The property was beautiful and had a very welcoming appeal. It was very clean and during my walk through I encountered housekeeping actively cleaning as well. The rooms were very clean and no detail was overlooked. Things looked very well maintained overall.
The only thing I didn’t like was the fact that the water on the counter in the room was not complimentary unless you were an elite member. Honestly, if someone didn’t take the time out to read the whole note hanging on the bottle and just seen the words complimentary they would assume it was free based on it. Outside of that, everything else was great.

Clean and comfortable
Afternoon and evening front desk staff were not friendly and even unprofessional. They were rude and seemed bothered by basic questions. They cut me off several times and acted is if I was a problem because I asked how the valet service worked since no ome was outside at the stand. The next morning at check out, the young gentleman was very friendly and helpful. The car valet service was slow but the gentleman working the first night was friendly. He needed some help considering it was a busy memorial day weekend.

We had a double queen room with sofa bed for 4 persons and we staid 3 nights: it was spacious; the beds were comfortable, The room and the bathroom were clean. There were enough towels. the bedroom was cleaned everyday. The parking was easy to use. There is a Giant store (groceries store) at the corner.
The sofa-bed was not comfortable to sleep. The fridge was a little small. We had only 5 tea and coffee pods for 3 days (but a cleaning lady gave me kindly few more tea pods when I met her in the hallway).

Lack of parking information during late check-in. During check-in only option available was valet at a higher cost. Ended up paying for multiple nights Valet parking despite vehicle being parked throught the stay, we used taxis and user to get around. Street closures in area and around town due to NATO event at convention centre nearby. Perhaps Cambria hotel information or Booking.com should have made reference to NATO event during search for accommodation over these days.

The room was very spacious. I appreciated the separate den area and two tvs in the room, so the kids could watch what they wanted on one. The staff was friendly and accommodating. Location bonus: there is a Giant grocery store across the street that was super convenient during our stay.
The room had some wear and tear to it, especially in the bathroom. Huge water stains on the walls by the sink, and the grout on the floor needs some scrubbing.

Room spacious, clean and quite! The lock down elevator, felt more secure and safe. Like the refrigerator and the suite set up for 4 people. Conveniently located to stores, restaurants and lots to do. 10 minute walk to DC Convention Center.
The shower only had one door! Not sure if it was missing or just made that way. The entrance door to the hotel made a very noise every time it opened an closed. The restaurant did not offer any vegan options and no oat or almond milk.

I loved the location, we were just a few minutes from Penn Quarter which made it easy for our bridal group to Uber to events. The rooms were spacious, our main two queen suite offered enough space for 8 of us comfortably to hang out and celebrate before splitting between rooms to sleep for the evening. Parking in the retail garage was cheap overall at $30 for an overnight and the elevator from the retail garage led us right into the hotel. Also, the rooftop was amazing! We went to the rooftop area after ordering pizza in and we had the best time sitting in the lounge area, eating pizza, sipping drinks, and enjoying the views.
We loved everything about the property. The only criticism we could possibly give is that we would’ve liked a breakfast included option for the room, but we ended up eating as “Unconventional Diner” around three blocks away for brunch and it worked out!

Hotel was in a great location and tourist attractions were all in a good walking distance from each other - be prepared you will do a lot of walking in Washington! Room was spacious and allowed all three of us staying to have plenty of room. Roof terrace was gorgeous at night, we sat up late into the night playing games and having drinks so it is great for relaxing after a long day walking. Lots of food/drink spots nearby and felt safe at night walking about
We were put into an adjoining room with someone else staying at the hotel (doors were locked) but it was very loud. Seemed as if it was a family of six staying in the room next door - I understand it wasn't necessarily the hotels fault for someone else being noisy but not sure if a non-adjoining room would have been quieter We were also expecting there to be a pool but discovered on our first day exploring the amenities that the pool was drained and was out of use - we were not made aware of this when booking or checking in so this was disappointing

Location was good for local restaurants and shops (25 minutes to national Mall) . Pool and breakfast looked good although we didn't use them. Staff were friendly, modern furnishing & area feels safe.
Minor things such as lack of free drinking water for guests unless your an elite member. A little cramped for a large family of 6. Electricity plugs not all worked properly.
