Having a full kitchen made it easier to eat healthy (and cheap) during my trip. The close proximity to my office made the morning "commute" of walking 2 blocks incredibly easy.
I needed to extend my stay due to flight delays. When I called to extend my stay, the desk agent told me I'd just need to book an extra night. THEN HE HUNG UP ON ME. I managed to book anyway and told the separate desk agent about my having two reservations when I checked in. She was confused but told me that was fine and I wouldn't need to check out then back in to hold my room. The next day I double checked with YET ANOTHER desk agent who had to change my room cards and have me sign for the SECOND reservation to avoid housekeeping removing my things during the day before my next reservation started. Having to go through so many different individuals just to handle an extra night in the hotel was a major hassle!

I like everything except the parking because if you’re gonna park at the parking lot for the hotel, it should be a discounted fee for the weekend that you’re staying or if you’re staying more than three days or two days that it should be discounted
Where I did not like that it should have served more than coffee. It should’ve served like donuts, muffins oatmeal cereal, something

To be honest, I went into this hotel skeptical because I had read a slew of awful reviews on Yelp and Google, ranging from the halls stinking like drugs, to homeless in the area, dirty, rundown... if I didn't book a non-refundable I actually would have considered changing hotels but I was wonderfully surprised. The staff were incredibly helpful, the room was HUGE, clean, all amenities you could need - I was here for an event at the convention centre and was SO convenient for that. Literally a 2 minute walk so I could keep returning throughout the day. Near a huge safeway to buy food, area felt safe. Absolutely ignore any negative reviews. This was a great property to stay in.
One night there was a huge domestic fight happening in the room right next to me. I rang reception twice about it, the poor guy seems frazzled and mentioned he would call the police. I said that was a good idea as it sounded like the guy was getting out of hand. Like LOUD, doors banging....crying.... but nothing seemed to happen with it. No staff went up to knock on the door, no police were called, so I listened to it for an hour then I think the woman slept on the sofa bed and shut herself away. So was disappointed that there wasn't any immediate action or concern for them or for the fact it was 1am and a huge disturbance to other guests. But perhaps the guy just was in over his head and didn't know what to do.

The Front Desk staff were truly awesome--many from the Philippines. I particularly enjoyed talking to Rachel. All of them--the guys and the girls--were great. Was attending a conference at the Marriott--where my vintage Burberry trench coat was stolen. I wish I had left it at the Eldon Suites!! I did trust the staff. There is an entire kitchen, which I did not use. One thing I LOVED: There was a real feather pillow in the closet...and I only like feather pillows. Very clean and convenient....and reasonably priced. I also loved the gorgeous artwork--some pieces sort of seductive (and beautiful...) Very comfy overall. This is the third time I've stayed there...
TV is hard to figure out how to use!!

We had a wonderful stay at this hotel, and I can’t recommend it enough! Our room was huge and incredibly comfortable, with plenty of amenities that made us feel right at home. The large kitchen was fully equipped with a dishwasher, kettle, and all the pots and pans needed for cooking. There was also an iron, ironing board, and a safe for added convenience. The hotel is located in a great, quiet area, perfect for a peaceful stay. The beds were very comfy, and the bathroom was stocked with all the necessary amenities. What truly stood out was the excellent communication from the hotel staff. If we return to Washington, D.C., we’ll definitely stay here again.
Although the room didn't offer a view, this didn't affect our stay at all, as we spent most of our time exploring the city. A few days before our arrival, they informed us that the AC might not be working and they offered us the option to cancel our booking without any fees. We decided to go ahead with our stay, and they assured us that fans would be provided to ensure our comfort. In the end, the AC worked perfectly, and we had no issues at all.

Staff were so welcoming and understanding as we were traveling with 2 little kids. The rooms were spacious and loved that there was a full kitchen and fridge/freezer. I love going to this hotel vs. other big named hotels because of the space and convenience. I also appreciated that our rooms were cleaned/tidied every day during our 4-night stay.
Wish there was at least a water filter in the fridge or a water station at the lobby to fill our bottles. Also would be helpful if there was a ramp to help bring our bags up and down the stairs at the lobby.

I liked that it was cleen & the kitchen appliances, and that it was clean
We took the room knowing there would be a queen size bed & an open sofa. The sofa was very old & torn, you couldn't set on it and get support for your bac, not to mention sleeping on it. I think for the price we payed, the hotel could be able to buy a new sofa that would be comfortable to sit on, or sleep on, if it is considered another bed

Quiet, clean. The layout is spacious with lots of closet space. Convenient location. Felt like an apartment in the city. Staff was professional and courteous . Bed was comfortable . Full kitchen and short walk to restaurants, grocery store and drug store . Decor was very nice through out the property
If the sofa bed is needed the mattress was not the most comfortable. But there is enough bedding provide to make it comfortable if someone is ok with sleeping on the sofa and not a pull out.

The kitchen and the bedroom were amazing. This felt more like an apartment than a hotel. The refrigerator was full size and it was perfect for leftovers and snacks. My room was really spacious. There is a metro stop about a block from the location but it was close enough that we walked to the mall each day (less than a mile).
There was plenty of room in the bedroom for a second bed. I wish they would have added another bed instead of having the pull out sofa. The sofa bed was really uncomfortable and I ended up just sleeping on the sofa instead of pulling out the bed.
