This is my go-to hotel whenever I visit London. It’s my third stay here, and I always have a great time. The rooms are comfortable, clean, and well-equipped, plus the hotel is conveniently located with excellent transport links nearby. The breakfast is also quite good.

- very small single room, but the space was effectively used so I did not lack any amenity - breakfast food could have been more varied

I think it all comes down to value for the money and in this aspect this is an excellent hotel. The room is new, you get room service every day, breakfast is buffet style with more than enough options (a few types of salami and cheeses, cheese spreads, yoghurt, honey, jam, cereal, fruit, coffee machine, juices, toasts and bread, pastry), the staff is mostly nice and the location is great. Very close to all the attractions and even more importantly the tube connections are great and proximity to the tube stations also. You have a few stores and lots of restaurants right around the hotel. This is more than one could ask for in London for the price of the room. We were also given an adapter for the UK plug-ins which was very much appreciated. Of course there are some downfalls given the price: the room size is small, the bathroom also with basically no place to put the toiletry bag on, there is no hallway so the entrance to the bathroom is in the middle of the room.

As I wrote above: the room size, bathroom size, also some of the staff at breakfast is quite cold.

It is relatively well located and there are several supermarkets and public transport nearby. The room was clean and the breakfast was extensive and you could always find something.

The room was quite small, but completely adequate since I was alone and out most of the time.

Quiet basement room. Twin not the single booked. Handy for several tube stations. Basic breakfast. WiFi and hot water fine. Will consider staying again.

No issues

The hotel is in a perfect position to reach the city centre using the underground (two stations are close to it, which means you can find three lines of underground and go almost everywhere). The room was clean, the staff was kind and the breakfast was varied, good for both sweet and savoury taste

The size of the room is not big but for few nights it's still pretty comfortable

Location is excellent; walking distance or 1 underground stop from Paddington, close to 2 underground lines, cafes and food shops. Also feels safe when walking back after dark. Staff are very pleasant and helpful. Hotel has single rooms, which many hotels don't have, so is well priced. It even includes a continental buffet breakfast. The single rooms are cosy but extremely warm, clean and well appointed, including the ensuite. Has everything needed, such a good towels, simple toiletries, tea and coffee and those useful little touches like tissues, a reading light and a socket by the bed.

No air con so summer could be tricky.

It’s in a good location, close to Bayswater tube station. The room was clean and breakfast good.

The room was a bit small and hot as no air conditioning.

The location of the hotel is extremely convenient (very close to 2 underground train stations and a bus stop and close to super market and restaurants. Personnel was very polite always willing to help. The room was clean (everyday change of towels), comfortable, warm with a very nice view. Breakfast was very satisfying with many different choices of food, coffee and juices. On top of that it was very helpful that coffee machine and kettle was available in the room and also coffee capsules, tea bags and biscuits also. We would definitely choose it again !

Everything was very pleasant. Maybe a small refrigerator inside the room would be helpful.

Standard double room was slightly on the small side. Despite being a smaller room, it still had enough storage space for my 2 night stay. Not sure there would have been enough room to store clothes for anything more than 2 nights. Double bed only had 1 bedside table - was a bit annoying but I got over it. The bed was very comfortable. The bathroom had a bath with a shower over. Lack of plugs near the bed made it difficult to have alarm clocks on our phones. I really enjoyed my stay here. I couldn’t really fault it. Staff were helpful. Breakfast was only continental style - not my normal. It was all perfectly fine though!
