The hotel was lovely, modern and clean. Beautifully presented. The breakfast was very good, lots of choice, and really nice quality, the view out of the window at breakfast over the water was lovely.

Not everything was clear, the coffee pods I was unsure if they were complimentary. One of the ladies on reception (know her name but don’t wish to name and shame publicly) was quite rude. On arrival at the hotel, there were 2 queues, it wasn’t immediately clear which queue was to check in, but I realised as I got closer to the desk that I was in the wrong queue, the couple that had come after me let me go in front because they could see I had arrived first. The lady on reception when she called me forward asked if I was before the couple (which is a fair enough question) but when I said yes she then went on to ask again if I was sure I was in front of them. She barely spoke to me after this and was quite unfriendly, which is a shame for my first impression.

The hotel was in a very quiet area next to the river. Every member of the staff team were friendly, helpful and courteous at all times. Breakfast had a great choice and the food was lovely. We had Meghanan as our waitress in the morning, each morning she greeted with a smile and spent time finding out how our day before had gone as well as taking an interest into our upcoming plans. We had our evening meal which was amazing, Shirley was our waitress and again, very polite and helpful. She had a great knowledge of the menu and was able to advise us with our choices.

The pillows were too soft. However I’m sure if I had asked they would have changed them.

We had a fantastic time at this hotel! We were staying whilst attending a concert at the o2. It’s a perfect location, friendly staff and lovely room. It was my partners birthday and the card/cake from the hotel was a lovely touch! My only very small criticism would be that the rooms which overlook the river, the curtain in our room didn’t pall all the way over to the the edge of wall so in the morning the sunlight was beaming through the gap. But this genuinely is the only minor thing. Other than that, our in room breakfast was perfect, the on floor ice machine was great and our room was fabulous with lovely views of the Thames/o2. The bath overlooking too was perfect, nice and big for 2. Would 100% recommend and stay again.

Really big rooms, very spacious especially if you have a lot of luggage. Built in ironing space that made it easy to iron and store it quickly. Bed was very comfortable. The bathroom had both shower and bathtub which was very comfortable and a nice touch. Lovely shower gel provided at the sink, bath tub and the shower. A walk-in closest in the bathroom which made getting dressed easier in the morning. Staff were helpful every step of the way and made it very comfortable for us from booking to checkout. As requested they made sure we had rooms next door to family and a connecting door made it easier for us. Nespresso machine was a great feature. The hotel is by the Thames which was very peaceful and security at the hotel was great especially at night so you feel very safe.

Rooms are a little dark and could use more light especially for getting ready around the mirror. Not so much on the hotel but location wise getting to the tube isn’t great. The DLR is nearest which isn’t connected to central so you need to get to canary wharf and change. We took the Uber from canary wharf which costed around £6++ which we didn’t mind as there was 4 of us. But the location by the Thames was very nice and peaceful. ice machine on our floor never worked the entire time and we reported it to staff

Beautify hotel with lovely views of the river and the O2. Breakfast was amazing. We had the suite which was perfect for me and my teenage son. He slept on the sofa bed in the lounge area so we effectively had a room each but were also still together.

There was no bedding for the sofa bed. Luckily we noticed this early so asked them to make the bed up by the time we came back from a concert in the O2. Also it’s classed as being within 800m of the O2 but there is a river in between. It was ok as we could catch a tube but not sure if they should advertise the distance differently. As if on foot or on a taxi it’s a couple of miles away.

I recently had an excellent stay at the Radisson Blu New Providence Wharf in London. From the moment I arrived, the staff at the reception were incredibly helpful, ensuring a smooth check-in process. The management went above and beyond by organizing a special surprise in my room to celebrate my birthday, which was a lovely and thoughtful touch. The room itself was very comfortable and impeccably clean, providing a perfect retreat after a day of exploring the city. The food at the hotel was great and reasonably priced, offering a pleasant dining experience. The breakfast, although delicious, featured the same spread every day; a bit more variety would have been appreciated. Commuting was relatively convenient, with a 15-minute walk to the nearest Tube station and a bus stop located much closer to the hotel. While the majority of the staff were polite and helpful, I did encounter a few staff members at the breakfast restaurant, including the manager at the front desk, who were a bit rude. Despite this, most of the team made our stay enjoyable. Overall, I had a wonderful experience and would like to extend my thanks to the team at Radisson Blu New Providence Wharf for a great stay.

Room was nice and spacious with a Gorgeous Bathroom that had both bath and shower. Nice big bed and amazing view of the Thames and O2 Arena. Staff were lovely and extremely helpful. Spa area was a nice touch and I had the most amazing massage whilst there. Room service was quick and the dirty dishes taken away nice and fast. Tea and coffee making facilities were great with all things needed. Got a complimentary drink on arrival which was very sweet. Night time was quiet and no noise was detected after 10pm. Nice location with just a 10 min walk to canary wharf.

The fruit platter i ordered for the room albeit lovely,I believe we're not washed before sent as some tasted a bit gritty (i had to wash them myself in my room.) Stains on carpet,although minimal are clearly evident. Paint work could do with a freshen up as looked a bit dirty in places and chipped. Few splatter marks on front of cabinets and tiles in bathroom that could have been cleaned but hadn't. Breakfast was expensive but not great. Bacon was awful and no toast,you only get a small piece of sliced baguette. Tiny portion of beans in a small bowl you would get a condiment in. Expensive but needs to show more effort for charging the prices they do.

The property was exceptionally clean. Exceeded my expectations. It was a great value for money. From when I first arrived at the reception - I was welcomed professionally and kindly . The staff did a good job at informing me about all the facilities I had inclusive of my booking and excluding my booking. Amazing location- with stunning views of the o2. The hospitality team were on point . The manager of breakfast - was kind and pleasant . He ensured that we had a good place to sit and catered to all our needs . I would definitely come back ! Amazing experience .

Beautiful looking hotel interior! Lots of extras available in the room. Beautiful view at breakfast. Very pleasant reception staff the following morning.

The lady that checked us in was very cold and didn’t make it clear which reservation number she needed and told us she couldn’t find us which made me panic. Then she told us she needed to take a £2 card payment. No explanation of why or that it would be refunded when checking out. She also never informed us of time and location for breakfast. Asked room number by lots of members of staff at breakfast, felt like we weren’t trusted. Would have preferred to have chosen seating at breakfast as had my autistic son with me that would have preferred to sit away from others.

Lovely hotel, friendly staff and great little touches - it really felt like they had thought of everything, like in the room - water, fridge, coffee machine, iron and board, bath salts. Outside of the room fantastic gym with sauna and steam room, umbrellas to rent, self-service convenience shop. We got a free upgrade on arrival which was the first time we’ve been upgraded in 22 years of travelling! Less than 10 minute walk to the tube, 15 minute walk to Canary Wharf. Great view of the o2, but deceptively not actually that close (£25 taxi or 2 tube stops - easy enough).

The service in the bar was very slow - ordered some coffees, albeit it was during checkout time, there was no tea spoons apparently. I read about the sauna before arrival but didn’t see that there was a steam room too (may have missed this) so I didn’t bother bringing a costume which was a shame.
