The room was great, quite spacious and very clean. Staff was very kind upon arrival and for the duration of my stay. The hotel looked amazing in general. Speaking of, the ground level looked amazing as well! I also had a great view on the 8th floor. Especially at night! The location was very close to the O2 arena, which was the reason for my stay. I was so happy I didn't have to take the train after my concert (the line to the underground was insane)!

The desposit for possible damages was insanely high. I stayed for 4 days and had to pay 400GBP. Which is about 500EUR! Almost half of my vacation savings went to the deposit after I already payed almost 1900EUR for 4 days. The deposit was indeed stated at booking.com, but it was still a pretty hefty amount imo. Sometimes people could be pretty loud in the hallways at later hours of the day. Not much variation at breakfast, but it tasted just fine nontheless.

Convenient location for concerts at the O2, although signage could have been clearer from the Tube station. Good size room with a really comfortable large bed. Great to have both a bath and a walk-in shower, and also good to have both kettle and coffee machine with plenty of supplies. Love the hot chocolate!

The covered walk to the O2 that they advertise isn't exactly covered. You have to go outside with only a couple of awnings and even some outside bits across a drive until you reach the building itself. So if it's raining, take a brolly! And the electronic Do Not Disturb light is not as effective as a sign hanging on your doorknob as in most hotels. I was disturbed, even though the red light was on.

Very comfortable room - large, airy, with very comfortable bed, pillows and duvet. Huge wet room. Location is brilliant for O2. Sky bar on 18th floor has fabulous, views and drinks. All the staff were extremely courteous, kind and helpful - without exception

We had building work on the roof outside our room. It didn’t spoil our stay but there was no view worth seeing! We had a problem with the shower which took 2 days to fix - however the staff were extremely helpful and it was eventually fixed on a Sunday evening so maintenance went above and beyond. We were also offered a discount and some lovely chocolates as an apology

The beds were amazing the room was really comfortable. Loved the coffee machine iron and ironing board. BIG plus a decent hairdrier in the room. All the little things like night lights outside the bathroom Big plus. The staff were very attentive and could not have done more for us very friendly and willing to help. Thank you.

The view wasn't very good i know this was a very last minute booking so no choice of the room and someone needed to have it. Not sure if this is taken into account on the pricing of the room as the view is part of the marketing of the hotel. Despite all this we loved our 2 night stay with you, and we will return.

Location was excellent. So close to o2, few minutes walk via a connected corridor. Arrived at 2pm and was able to check-in immediately. Greeted by friendly staff. Room was perfect for our stay, spacious, clean and part view of the river. We ordered breakfast to our room, with a small surcharge of £5, was excellent. We made use of the spa during our stay, loved the pool, jacuzzi, sauna and steam room. Complimentary robe and slippers to use during stay. Staff once again were very warm and welcoming. The rooftop bar was closed during our stay so we visited the clipper bar. With fantastic views, unfortunately we didn’t stay long as we had to meet friends at the o2. Check out was quick and easy. We managed to park in onsite car park, £52 to pay on checkout. Throughly enjoyed our stay, highly recommend especially if visiting o2. We will return if we come to o2 again.

Beautiful design inside and out . very clean good sized rooms with beautiful views , lots to do within the hotel I.e gym , spa , pool , sky bar , and more ! Breakfast was absolutely amazing with so much to choose from and all very well cooked and prepared, It’s right next door to the o2 and that itself has a lot to offer , local cable cart well worth looking into if your planning a stay ! Will highly recommend to anyone and everyone

There is not anything at all to complain about really altho one thing I think would be fair on the costs of staying the contents of the mini bar in the room’s needs to be cheaper or better yet free

**Fantastic Stay for an O2 Event!** My daughter and I had a wonderful one-night stay at the Intercontinental London - The O2 on April 19, 2025, while attending a concert at the arena. The hotel's location is perfect for O2 events. Our room offered a lovely view of the Thames, which was a delightful bonus. More importantly, the beds were incredibly comfortable, allowing for a great night's sleep. Every staff member we encountered was exceptionally helpful and friendly, which significantly contributed to our positive experience. The overall standard of the hotel was high, and the breakfast selection was truly outstanding, with so many delicious choices! I highly recommend the Intercontinental London - The O2 and will definitely return for future events at the O2.

Fab location perfect for the concert we attended at the o2 loved the walk through saved so much hassle of trying to get back through big crowds! Breakfast was delicious so much choice! Bed was super comfy and nice and clean. Staff very helpful and friendly. I would definitely stay here again and recommend to anybody staying over for an event at o2 arena!

I didn’t like that we had to have the £100 pre authorisation fee wish it was more clear when booking. Very inconvenient as I had only bought enough money for my trip I didn’t realise I would have needed that, now I have to wait for it to be released back on to my card .
