I like the entry system using the card. I liked the door downstairs being always open warm and lit up. I liked the showers and toilet. Although one toilet didn't have the toilet roll dispenser working. And the toilet roll doesn't flash easily. But everything was fine and clean.
If you had to wear make up there is no sort of table close to the mirror to use so the middle bed gets to be used for this purpose. Coz one can't use the floor or their own bed if it's at the top or bottom of of the tripple decker. That would be a sweaty hustle. A use and fold away ledge of some sort of table against a wall next to the mirror would help.

In this quiet place, where comfort meets affordability, you will find beds as comfortable as a dream from the deepest sleep. The location, like a guiding star, leads you to the heart of the city, right next to the majestic King's Cross Station. And when morning comes, you don't have to go looking for it; down below, like in a fairy tale, a pub awaits, ready to serve breakfast that tastes like the beginning of a new day. This is a place where every step is like a poem, and every stay - like a chapter from a book that you want to read over and over. Simply - brilliant.

It was a great location, just steps away from Euston station and another 5-10 minute walk form King's Cross/St. Pancras. Also good walking distance from the British museum. On top of that, great having a place to grab a bite in the same building. But overall, if you're spending most of your day out and about and just need a clean and conveniently located place to crash for the night, then this is it!
Towel had to be rented for a rather unreasonable price, and when one of the hostel workers referred me to a "friend" who supposedly sold towels for 3 pound, it ended up costing me 9 pounds. Also, 10 pounds for a pint of beer is rather excessive considering it's possible to get the same pints for much less elsewhere. One last thing, although the bed mattresses were what I expected for a hostel, the bunks were rather squeaky, so I would often hear people when they were tossing and turning in bed. But to sum up, I would get drinks elsewhere and make sure to pack your own towel!

My 2nd stay in a couple of years, like the chilled laid back vibe of the whole place. Ideal for a stop over to go to a gig (which we did) or show. Love the selection of beers on offer and as a guest 10% off and late drinking option before crashing for a few hours before breakfast. I like the female only dorm choice which my family travel partner was able to take advantage of. I like it and for a one/two night stop over for myself would do it again.
Only stayed the one night so can't say i've got any dislikes. Also if i'd had a dislike on the first visit i wouldn't have re-booked or suggested to my female family member we use it as our stop over.

All round a great budget place to stay and incredibly handy location by Euston Station and can walk 20 mins to Camden Town by a straightforward route. Very friendly and helpful staff. You can chill in the pub 24 hrs a day, get drinking water easily and buy good hot drinks. Burgers we gorgeous! Plenty of showers available for use. Was early January and was warm enough. Was myself and my 19 yrs old son and we both enjoyed staying here and liked the vibe of the place đ
Only thing was the dorms were quite mucky...but the bedding was fresh and clean.

Great place to stay! đ A very comfortable and cozy hostel - everything you need for a comfortable rest. The room is warm, the beds are comfortable, and the atmosphere is conducive to relaxation. An additional plus is the availability of breakfast downstairs, which is a great convenience for a good start to the day.
The only small minus is the limited availability of the shower, but apart from that the stay was really good. The location close to the transport hub makes it easy to get to different parts of the city. I recommend!

Rating: â â â â â (Because I canât give 6 stars) Atmosphere The minute you walk in, youâre greeted by the kind of vibe that says, âRelax, youâre home now,â but with better lighting and way more personality Ale and Serena are the Batman and Robin of hostel hostingâif Batman also made killer mixers and Robin knew the best spots for a night out. Staying with them feels less like checking in and more like joining a adventure of fun times g Serena Need a therapist? Well, sheâs not qualified , but sheâs a great listener. Serena somehow manages to be nearly qualified Some say Ale so good at hosting that Airbnb tried to hire him but he turned em down Exmouth arms gain Rooms: The rooms are so cozy with all the mod cons Clean sheets, fluffy pillows, and enough space to make you forget youâre in a hostel If youâre lucky enough to snag a spot at Exmouth Arms , take it and run (donât actually run, Serena frowns on that đ Itâs where memories are made, laughter is shared, Highly recommend the team at Exmouth Arms Southern Soul Desire Crew

If you are getting the train, there is no better place for Underground, Euston, 3 mins walk, King's Cross 10. Local crowd filling the bar on most nights, particularly Thursday. Tends to be just double bunks as opposed to triple. Nice atmosphere. Shower cubicals large enough to shower and dress
Bit noisy in the morning, with HS2 noises, and because it is a great stop off for trains, people tend to get up early and crash about. My sleep deprivation over the week went through the roof. Privacy curtains would be good

The welcome from the staff member was fantastic, so informative and helpful. Created instant good vibes and relaxed me after a long and tiring journey. Also, the people in my room were so lovely. Location is good as itâs close to Euston station, but due to building works Google took me all over the place trying to find an entrance to the street the hostel was on. I think it would be a great place to stay with friends so you could enjoy the bar downstairs together đ
To be honest the bathrooms were a bit dirty. Itâs clear that the property is very busy and because of that maybe the bathrooms could do with a reset twice a day. There was no toilet roll for example in the bathroom upstairs when I got there or the toilet downstairs the next day. Also, I would have loved the option of a female only room. I was lucky as my room had great personalities but some of the people I met in the corridors put me on edge and made me uncomfortable. I was super appreciative that I wasnât sharing a room with them.

The atmosphere of a classical pub every time we went downstairs is indescribable for one that comes from the Latin part of Europe and always dreamt about experiencing a BRITISH PUB, great beer, great burgers, actually the best burgers I´ve ever tasted. The staff was above helpful, definitely friendly, Simão was the best, always a kind word and a smile..... The Exmouth Arms is close to all the kind of public transportation one needs to move around London and yet so far from all the messy crowd of tourists. WE LOVED IT!!!!! Will be back!
The only thing to point is that the shower next to out dormitory had no hot water!
