I have terminal cancer and live in Newcastle upon Tyne. I travelled down to be all day at UHCL on a chemotherapy trial drug for palliative treatment to hopefully lengthen my life esp with 3 young kids and husband who I am so determined not to leave. I felt really tired and nauseated on arrival at 6:30pm and begged for an upgrade - which I successfully granted room 1010 from a room that cost £280. The view was great. It was quiet - I slept so well and then the breakfast was amazing- perfect for someone with nausea and exhaustion- so much choice. I am coming back next week 25th Feb so will book and hope for an upgrade as I get a limit for expenses and this is just at my limit to stay overnight and

The location was excellent, 5-7 minutes walking distance from 2 very central underground stations. There are many high-quality restaurants and cafes in the area. Every time we returned to the room it was clean and tidy, and the staff was very friendly.
It's a bit petty, but maybe it's important for some people. Since we come from a country that's not England, we needed to use an adapter for the socket. The sockets next to the bed are located inside the nightstand, which is right next to the bed, so there was no space to plug in the phone charger with the adapter next to the bed. Overall, there are a few sockets in the room (we were two adults and a child). Additionally, there is hot water, but in one of the showers, it comes and goes. But these are really small things that didn't ruin our experience at all; the hotel was excellent in all the truly important aspects.

No.1 location. Next; super friendly staff, clean, quiet room, comfy bed and excellent breakfast. I stay here fairly often and this time it was even better, no noisy guests in adjoining room. Thank you considerate guests in the corridors. People are trying to sleep. Got the hang of the shower now so no cold surprises when it switches from hand to overhead drench! Also, environmentally friendly shower gels etc in larger containers, perfume not too bad. A big shout out to super reception staff who helped us with our luggage beforehand and room booking, very much appreciated. Excellent breakfast range of foods and decent bread. Top tip: Don't use the sliced bread by the toaster, cut a slice yourself from the decent loaves by the croissants. Also, tea and coffee are brought to you, for refills you may need to flag down a waiter/waitress. Plenty of staff on hand last time on a busy Sunday.
Nothing. Just worried all these positive comments may make it a bit too busy next time we book!

Never heard of the name Pullman before. One of the best hotels we have stayed in. Expensive but worth it. Location was perfect, next to St Pancras and the British Library. Several restaurants and fast food outlets nearby (McDonald's, Nando's). Lots of choice at the buffet breakfast. Big room, cleaned everyday. Lovely hot water in the shower. Lot of activity outside at night but quite in the room. Large, comfortable double bed. Appreciated the absence of interconnecting door. One of the reasons for choosing this hotel. Our room was on the first floor. Surprised and amazed to see Ladies and Gents in the corridor on this floor. Friendly staff. Raining slightly one day and were given an umbrella to borrow by one charming member of staff. Hotel, highly recommended.
Nothing.

Really nice hotel. We had a nice size family room. The staff were really helpful. There was a great variety of things to choose from at breakfast, and the food was really good. The hotel is located right next to Kings Cross underground station as well as St Pancras International train station, and there are a lot of shops and restaurants near by. It is also located next to the British Library. There are city sightseeing bus stops 5 minutes away.
The sofa bed was a bit uncomfortable.

Location excellent. All staff very friendly and helpful. Breakfast superb. Assistance with luggage brilliant. Housekeeping staff great. Great to have bottles of water provided each day as water dispenser outside of hotel didn’t work. (Don’t think that this was the hotel’s responsibility). The helpfulness of a member of the hotel’s reception team (young vivacious Italian lady), who recommended that we visited /explored Coal Drop Yard at the rear of King’s X, fascinating area, thank you for the suggestion.
The towels. Oh dear so thin and rough. Were they mine I would have cut them up to use as floor cloths long ago,. No absorbency, continually trying to dry myself on sodden towels. Would have happily completed the hotel’s ‘No need to clean room form but wasn’t sure if the t-bags and bottles of water would have been replenished. Despite brilliant job done by London’s Mayor, Sadie Khan on air pollution by vehicles, the net curtains were still dirty from pollution. I imagine something very difficult to keep on top of.

Loved the bar downstairs. Great location. Room had everything we needed, shampoos, lotions, coffee machine, ironing facilities, clean and comfortable with great mattress.
slow elevators. booking.com provided my guest as lead booker so took a while to find my booking and pay. Cleaners entered room whilst we were in bed even though it hadn't surpassed check-out time, we shouldn't have to put something on the door to tell a cleaner not to enter, please wait till check out time regardless or move it earlier so you have time to turn the rooms over.

Breakfast was superb! There was a wide spread, and breakfast was in a comfortable area with lovely design. The hotel gave us a lovely welcome with a handwritten card and 3 small cakes, that made us feel so welcome (especially as we spent 4 hours on train from Wales). Walking distance 8 minutes from either Euston or King Cross tube station and great view of London from lift lobby at hotel room floor (we stayed at level 14). The gym was great with similar awesome view, and had apples and drinking water, with 24 hours access.
No bottled water in room which seemed to be a trend in UK hotels, wasn’t a big deal as we could boil or buy from supermarkets at St Pancras.

Very clean and friendly environment, breakfast was superb, lovely vibe, gorgeous lobby, I booked for superior king room with sofa but was given junior king suite when checking in because of my 5 years old, which is ok but the sofa bed’s mattress was not very comfortable. But overall fab stay, will definitely recommend.
The sofa bed mattress, The shower floor was very slippery, shower mat was available but I would recommend a little longer mat.

Fantastic location a short walk from King's Cross and St Pancras stations. Nice view of London, very comfortable bed with good pillows, and a luxurious shower. We were only there for a brief stay so didn't have a chance to fully experience the hotel, but for a quick turnaround in central London it was basically ideal.
The room felt a little stuffy in the morning so I'm not sure I figured out the HVAC. I'd have asked the staff and I'm sure it would have been sorted, but we were already back out the door.
