Comfortable room with lots of space. Nice bathroom with a good power shower. It took some time to work out the light switches and aircon- I didn't get it right and the fan came on loudly at 2am presumably because it had gone out of temperature range. ( Some form of written instructions to stop this happening would be nice) Good breakfast selection with a calm atmosphere - I think there was every variation of breakfast available Short walk from Old Portland Road and Regent's park underground stations Directions to rooms from the Foyer could be clearer, especially for those using the stairs

My husband who is sight impaired/restricted mobility, was helped by staff..made it so much less stressful for me. Our room was spacious with support rails in the bathroom and emergency pull cord. All staff were attentive, professional and made us feel very welcome and valued as clients. Food in the bar was fresh and presented nicely. Guiseppe gave us a warm welcome. Breakfast was a whole experience on it's own. Again profession staff, the restaurant was run with precision. A staff member helped us to get suitably settled at our table. So much choice of food. All served and presented beautifully. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and will definitely book again. Thankyou to all the lovely staff.

Just one thing. There were housekeeping trollies outside our room door during our stay. Not nice to come out of the room to that being the first thing you see. Also an open door into a rather dilapidated storage roo., I think it was. Door remained open during our stay and the trollies were there the whole time. My hubby used his walker on the trip so we were able to get past the trollies but had he been in his wheelchair I would have had to get the trollies moved..but this was the only not so good comment.

Comfortable, and clean rooms. The housekeeping staff deserves a huge applaud for commendable cleanliness and being kind and friendly. A super nice breakfast spread. Enjoyed a relaxing weekend before traveling to Liverpool.

Soundproofing should be considered for the front-facing rooms. During breakfast - Removing plates and coffee from the table when someone steps away to get something else is not ideal. It might be beneficial to implement some kind of a "table reserved" system for guests during breakfast to ensure their table remains available for the duration of their meal.

Staff were friendly and nothing was too much trouble. Staff organised me a gluten free breakfast which was coeilac safe. The bed was very comfy. Location was great. Walking distance from Euston station and lots of bus stops and a tube station across the road. The hotel was lovely and we looked forward to staying here again.

Four lifts but only ever two in use. Spent a lot of time waiting for the lift! Room didn't look exactly as in the photos, it was a little smaller and had no chaise longue. Gluten free breakfast had to be vegetarian - some gluten free bacon or sausage would be nice and not difficult to do as they are widely available. The room was a little warm and the AC didn't come on until the middle of the night.

This hotel was very impressive - the overall design made it a luxurious experience from start to finish. The room was spacious, clean and well presented! There was a little fruit plate left out for us on arrival, which was a lovely touch. Conveniently located by Great Portland Street tube station too, so transport links are great for central London. Would certainly stay again on my next visit - very affordable for such high quality facilities.

There was nothing not to like, though we didn’t make use of the bar / restaurant so can’t comment on that. I’ve stayed in many London hotels and this is excellent value for money.

We had a fantastic stay at the hotel, which was perfectly located with many sightseeing spots within walking distance. The breakfast was a highlight, offering a wide variety of delicious options to start the day. Our room was clean, comfortable, and well-maintained, providing a cozy retreat after exploring the area. The staff were incredibly friendly and helpful, making us feel welcome throughout our stay. Overall, it was an excellent experience, and I would happily recommend this hotel to anyone visiting the area!

On the downside, we stayed in a connecting room, and the soundproofing was quite poor. However, it didn’t bother us much and didn’t take away from the overall positive experience.

Modern, clean, staff worried with details and always ready to attend. Great Restaurants and Bar inside and a good gym to workout. Super close to 2 undergrounds stations and close to another 2. Room size was great. Guilhermina was fantastic at Reception she should be a golden standard regarding client relationship.

The shower has no door so it is impossible not to wet the floor every time even by taking super care and with a towel close to it. Besides that a little bit of a light coming from some emergency device close to the door avoid a total blackout. But minor details they did not worsen my stay.

Breakfast at the Level was phenomenal. Beautiful, ample space and it had anything you could have wanted. Lovely staff. Snacks and drinks available all day, nice space to relax. The restaurant was good as well. Bellhops, front desk, concierge all pleasant and helpful.

No A/C when we arrived. Fortunately not too hot but how do you have A/C break down in July! It did eventually get fixed. We arrived at 5 pm, settled into our room, went out for walk, and returned after dinner to find leak in bathroom. Had to pack up and move to another room which was not the same as our original room. It was fine and spacious, but did not have the full couch or table and chairs as pictured. We managed but a bit disappointing. Elevators very very very slow. Not enough for size of hotel. Location outside of hustle and bustle of London and a bit far from sights but quiet at night and comfortable.

The rooms had a good size, were clean and well stocked. The lobby was spacious and the lobby restaurant and bar were bright, had a welcoming feel and plenty of seating. The location was exceptional as it was within walking distance of Regent’s Park, Portland Square tube (Hammersmith and City, Circle and Metropolitan lines), Marleborne High Street and Oxford and Baker Streets. Even Uber rides too and from the hotel were quick and therefore inexpensive as the streets leading up to it were relatively less busy.

The elevators were good but were not functioning a few times so we had to use stairs. Otherwise the elevators were fast and comfortable

Superb location for my purposes for this trip. Room was on a smaller size for the price it cost. Cleaning stuff was exceptionally nice and accommodating.

Hotel is pretty big so it didn't feel homey and cozy when passing thru in the lobby - thanks for this question, i didn't realize how important that factor is to me when I travel... I like a farm and friendly HELLO from someone in the lobby, especially when traveling alone. Otherwise, hotel is really well maintained for it's size.
