The location was good,close to both Victoria Coach Station and the train station/underground and taxi ranks, making it very accessible for all of the major tourist sites. The hotel staff were very welcoming and accommodating, and were also very knowledgeable when it came to giving directions and transport information. The hotel itself was spotlessly clean. My friend and I had a room each and we were very satified with the facilities within it, tea/coffee, telephone, etc. The bed was very comfortable and the water was hot in the shower and of a good pressure. There were free toiletries for use. We were only there for two nights and all of the linen and towels were changed each day and of good quality. The breakfast included cereals, toast, and your choice of English breakfast components, and there was plenty of it. There is no lift in the hotel, as it is an original Victorian building, but this is made known in advance. My friend and I are 70+ and managed the stairs ok. If in doubt I would suggest contacting the hotel as I am sure they will try and accommodate any mobility issues raised, if they can. The security was excellent, with minisafes in the rooms, and all of the internal doors leading to the stairs, had extra security, as well as the main outside doors. All of the staff made us feel extremely at home and there was a great atmosphere overall enjoyed with the staff and other travellers.

There wasn't anything to dislike. I would definitely stay there again when visiting London.

The hotel’s location is perfect, with close proximity to the main landmarks of London. The hotel staff were very polite and hospitable. The English breakfast was hearty and delicious. Overall, we enjoyed our stay very much.

There are only two things to note. The first is the room premise—it’s very small and a bit old, but we knew about it beforehand. The second is the heating. We stayed in February, and the heating was operational only during certain time intervals, starting from late evening until morning. Thus, the room temperature was not comfortable, as we were used to a higher room temperature. Perhaps this applies to all facilities in England, as in most places, the room temperature was not satisfactory.

Room was quiet and clean. The hosts were very friendly. Breakfast included was tasty and an excellent value. WiFi was reliable. Overall we slept well and were glad to stay in a locally owned hotel. Our triple room was on the lowest floor. There were windows but no view. The carpeting and furniture were tired, not cheery like many of the photos show. There was no way to control the temperature of the room other than to open the windows, and it was a little warmer than what we preferred.

I had a wonderful stay at this hotel! It’s a simple place with everything you need, but what truly makes the experience special is the amazing staff. They made me feel like I was visiting their private home—so warm, welcoming, and genuinely attentive. From helping with metro directions to preparing a takeaway breakfast for my early flight, they went above and beyond to ensure my comfort. The hotel is also exceptionally clean, which I really appreciated. Just a small note—depending on your floor, you might get some extra exercise! I stayed on the top floor, which turned out to be a great way to burn off my evening dinners. I highly recommend this hotel and would definitely stay here again!

Nothing to complain

It was cosy, warm, welcoming and sparkling clean. The staff so nice and friendly, we had a great stay.

The breakfast until 9 AM - when on holiday we tend to sleep until late and some mornings I missed the delicious breakfast they had. If possible to extend it at least until 10 😁

We really enjoyed our entire stay at the Luna Simone Hotel! The room was surprisingly large and the staff were really more than friendly. The furnishings throughout the hotel, including our room, were discreet and we really liked them. Our bathroom was also really great - everything worked without any problems. I must also say that I have probably never seen such a clean hotel! Our room and beds were spotless and the bathroom was also spotlessly clean. The breakfast suited us very well - there was everything we wanted. Although the hotel is in a very busy London area, we had no complaints about noise (our room was on the 3rd floor though - we don't know if there is noise pollution on the lower floors). All in all, however, it didn't seem to us that you could hear much from outside throughout the hotel. There is a stop for the number 24 bus right outside the hotel door, which also runs throughout the night. It runs to almost all of the city's famous locations (Victoria Station, Trafalgar Square, Covent Garden, and many more) - so the connection is really great. The nearest supermarket is one street away from the hotel. There are also many pubs within walking distance. To summarize, we can only say - absolutely amazing! We would love to come back any time!

This is a very cosy hotel in a great location. The staff is amazing and very friendly, you feel really welcome. The breakfast is a set menu every day but you can always ask to change a thing or two. If you are planning to move around by bus ir underground the location is perfect. The bus that goes to the most iconic places like Westminster Abbey, Oxford street, Trafalgar square etc stops right in front of the Hotel. The Victoria Station is also in a walking distance. Overall a very pleasant experience.

It was not a problem for us but probably worth mentioning that you need to use the stairs a lot in the hotel.

A lovely welcome when we arrived, easy check in and we were in Room 4. The room itself was a ground floor room with a window looking onto the Main Street. Was a little bit noisy but no drama still could sleep perfectly fine. The room itself the carpet was a little bit tired but everything was spotlessly clean. Good shower plenty of hot water. Breakfast there was a limited choice but you know what it was just what you needed. A choice of cereal, a fresh orange juice, toast and either boiled eggs or fried egg bacon and beans. All cooked to order, really good. What makes this hotel stand out from the crowd is the staff. Very friendly, interested in what you are doing, really personable especially the boys at breakfast. They should run a school for future hoteliers to show them how it’s done. Again everything spotlessly clean. Thank you so much for looking after us, if we come back to London this is where we will be staying.

The staff was exceptionally warm and helpful. The location was just an 8 minute walk to Victoria Station and the 24 bus drops you at the door. Several sights were within walking distance. The room was in good condition, clean and comfortable. A full breakfast, with many choices, was served each morning. There were several good restaurants in the neighborhood.for dinner.

While the external look is typical of the numerous townhouses turned into hotels in the Pimlico area, what sets this one apart is the management and staff. This family-run business has its own special atmosphere. The staff made us welcome from the moment we arrived. They shared a helpful list of restaurants for the evening. Breakfast was excellent and the friendly atmosphere was a wonderful way to start the day. There was also a generous supply of tea and coffee in the room.

The smell of cleaning products or air freshener in the room was a little strong on arrival, but cleared when we opened the window. At the time of writing, there was no lift in the property.
