We stayed for 4 nights then returned for an overnight before coming back to the US. The staff here is wonderful. Jacob went above and beyond with a special request. The location is excellent. Just a short walk to Victoria train, coach and underground. 15 minute walk to Buckingham Palace. Lots of food and drink options and grocery just around the corner. Just be warned that this is a private hotel in London so space is at a premium. The rooms were super clean and provided what we needed but it is very tight. Not much space for anything more than a small or medium suitcase. Don’t plan on drawers at all and not too much room to hang things. Given that I would still return. The value was excellent.
Room was very small.

Probably the best place to stay in Pimlico/Belgravia! - amazing (!) owners, very kind and attentive - quiet and neat street just a few minutes away from Victoria Station - not overpriced (for London) - the rooms here are much spacier and comfier than similar rooms in similar hotels in the area - the bed and the mattress were extremely comfy And — I need to highlight this one properly — this hotel is unbelievably clean! Absolutely spotless. I can't even remember when I’ve been to a hotel with towels and bed linen that shiny white. It was a pleasure to stay here, and I'd definitely be glad to return next time I'm in London. Many thanks to the owners for being so amazing (and keeping the place that way), and to the cleaning lady, who does an absolutely gorgeous job!
The alarm (a false one, I guess) went off one night and then got stuck for a bit — everyone had to go outside, but it didn’t last long, and it was totally fine

Great location! The room is exactly as described and in the pictures, so it is very small and I would not recommend it if you have a lot of luggage. But it is very clean! The employees were also extremely nice and very helpful! Our room was available for check in an hour before check-in time which was also very nice.
There is not really any surface where you can leave your personal belongings (the small nightstand is already occupied by a kettle and cups, and the shelve under the TV is slanted so things easily slip off, and the sink is very small so there is no place to leave your toothbrush etc.). What was a bit strange is that the shower seems to only be able to give very hot water or cold water, no in between.

Great location halfway between Victoria Station and Pimlico Underground - 10 mins walk either way. Surrounded by a variety of eateries - traditional gastropubs, Thai, Indian and Italian restaurants, with a super street market a few minutes walk away. A Little Waitrose and Tesco Express just around the corner and a Cafe Nero in addition to several small business groceries and coffee shops.
Room was a little on the small side for two people and unfortunately our neighbours were a little noisy coming in at all hours.

The location was excellent. Very close to Victoria Station. Owner was so accommodating. They looked after our luggage for the day after we had checked out which was awesome as our flight out was very late in the day.
Having only a bathroom in our room meant we had to keep our room unlocked so the kids could use the bathroom overnight. Just a small inconvenience.

We made a last minute booking as our train had been cancelled following a theatre visit We didn’t get to the hotel until just before 11pm and the owner was lovely, he waited for us and gave us toiletries so that we could have a shower as we hadn't anything with us Bed was comfy and so were the pillows We were concerned what the hotel would be like as it was very cheap for London, we needn’t have worried as it was lovely thank you
Couldn’t turn the radiator down in room 1

It was exactly as I had expected. Small (we had the attic) but very clean and tidy with more than enough room to move around in. The toilet and shower were great and there was even a hair dryer and kettle with tea. The bed was fine, the only thing I would suggest is another pillow under the bed just in case you need it (as I did). Other than that, it. Is all you need for a budget friendly, convenient stay in London. The staff were lovely too.

Service was amazing, people are super kind and helpful. The cleaning was impeccable. I got the room with a separate shower and didn't think it was bad at all. You have a toilet and a sink in the room so its pretty good. Its a small room and probably with a bag would be hard, but since I was traveling with a backpack was more than fine. Highly recommend!

Very comfortable, clean, central room for an excellent price. The staff were absolutely lovely.
Bedroom was right next to reception so from 7am could hear conversations. Given the way the doors opened and the small space, only one of us could get out of the room at a time and had to manoeuvre around the door into the hall. Would be better to reverse one of the hinges on the door into the hall.

My family and I enjoyed our stay at the hotel. We could not have asked for more. I loved the ambience and also the location. The facilities in the hotel were just good for what we paid for.
We could not operate the heaters in the house. If the weather was cold; I would definitely call one of the staff of the hotel for assistance.
