The hotel is located close to Victoria Station, about a 5-10 minute walk away. Bus 24 passes in front of the hotel if you want to take public transportation, and is also close to Pimlico Tube Station. The reception area is small but adequate. The room is just the right size for three people, with a very clean and spacious bathroom. Additionally, there is a complimentary breakfast provided, which is great.

Location was great, extremely close to Pimlico station, and the bus stop is located exactly in front of the main door. and within walking distance of the central station of the city, called Victoria Station. The staff were sweet and supportive as they fixed my fan really quickly. and showed me other options for the room if i wanted to change.

The breakfast egg was smelly and watery, and also repetitive. I was there for 8 nights. It was a disaster not to see the change. Maybe you guys could make a slight change on odd days, for example, to offer tomato omelette or sunny side up fried egg or something like this. The room wasn't spacious either.

We had a pleasant stay at this hotel and would recommend it, especially for travelers looking for a centrally located place in London. - The location is excellent – close to Pimlico and Victoria tube stations, and within walking distance of Big Ben, the British Parliament, and Hyde Park. - The hotel was very clean and the staff were friendly and helpful. - A big plus is that you can store your luggage if you arrive early or have a late flight. - We stayed in a triple room which had enough space for us. The beds could be a bit larger, but overall it was comfortable.

The breakfast could use more variety, but considering the central location and typical London standards, it was acceptable. Overall, we had a good experience and would stay here again!

A very nice hotel within walking distance from Tate Britain, in whose Library I was doing research. I travelled alone, but felt very safe in this location. The hotel has got a 24-hour reception, and the staff is very friendly. The room was super clean, warm and cosy, and it was serviced daily. There were British TV channels on TV. I had everything I needed: a desk with tea tray, some space to store my luggage and clothes, a hairdryer. Some basic breakfast was offered in the morning, which I appreciated, because it saved my time and money. Right outside the hotel there is a bus stop, and the bus takes you to Trafalgar Square. Pimlico and Victoria underground stations are also very close. I thoroughly enjoyed my stay!

Every receptionist was really kind and available, i appreciated how clean the room was. The position was also pretty convenient, considering the Pimplico metro station 5 minutes away by foot and the bus stop exactly in front of the hotel, you just had to exit the hotel, not even cross the road. Allover pretty satisfied, as well for the price.

If i may mention a side note, which isn't that negative, while going down the stairs for the Breakfast room the smell wasn't too nice, but when you reach the breakfast room you don't smell a thing anymore, so it's not a big deal at all.

It was in a great location and it’s a beautiful building, the facilities were great and our twin was perfect for two friends and we still had plenty of space. We had a gorgeous view from the window and it wasn’t too hot in the room despite being on the top floor. The bathroom was very clean and had lots of amenities, shower worked well and there was plenty of space. The staff were friendly and accommodating, we really enjoyed our stay, thank you very much!!

The lift felt a little unsafe and it looked very outdated so we were slightly worried about using it but we were in the 4th floor so it was necessary.

I was initially quite concerned about this hotel due to the number of negative reviews I had read. However, I was pleasantly surprised to find none of those concerns reflected in my experience. We stayed here over Christmas, and I’ve rarely encountered such a warm and genuine welcome. The level of cleanliness was outstanding, and the staff were exceptionally kind, attentive, and always smiling. For my next trip to London, I won’t think twice about choosing this hotel again. Additionally, the location is fantastic—there’s a bus stop right at the entrance, offering direct routes to some of central London’s most iconic landmarks.

The location was perfect and made activities around London seamless. It was quiet around the hotel but super convenient getting to the busier parts of London. The Tate Britain and Westminster Abbey were high on my priority list and they were less than a 20 minute walk from the hotel, which was ideal. There were also two train stations less than a 10 minute walk to get to the city centre and a bus stop right outside (but I didn't use it). It was my first time solo-travelling and the location felt very secure. I booked a single room which was more spacious than I expected and the room was warm and comfortable. I also didn't realise the hotel offered a complimentary breakfast when I booked, so that was a pleasant surprise.

My room was on the ground floor and the walls were very thin. This meant that, despite being down a corridor, I could often hear the comings and goings of people through the lobby which was sometimes disruptive late at night and early in the morning when trying to sleep. Two of the four mornings I was there, a loud (smoke maybe?) alarm also went off randomly before 7am for no apparent reason. Luckily I was already semi-conscious but it was still quite a fright. I can't complain too much about the breakfast since it was free, but I did notice the toast was almost always burnt and there was no ability to toast your own bread.

The rooms were quiet which was fantastic, great location walked everywhere and saw lots of the iconic sights within 15/20mins. They provided a very modest but adequate free breakfast which was a nice bonus- although they said it was continental but it’s not what I would class as continental. Eggs-boiled or scrambled, beans, toast, cereal and fruit, oranges, apple and bananas.

When we arrived they asked for photo ID for the children, their email said only needed for over 18s so I didn’t have the children’s ID (it’s not something I would carry naturally) that was a little stressful start to our short break. Thankfully the manager came and said it was ok and then all went smoothly after that!
