I had a truly comfortable and restful stay at Good Hotel. The entire space was clean and cozy, and the bed and duvet were some of the best I’ve experienced. Soft lighting and the absence of blue light from electronics helped me sleep deeply. The room was a bit small, but the first floor felt like a stylish living room, filled with comfy sofas and desks. We spent two days there drinking tea and reading, just like at home. Others were working, having meetings, or chatting, creating a lively yet relaxed atmosphere. The staff were all friendly and full of energy. When I accidentally left something in the room, they went out of their way to find it for me. I was especially touched by Manager Ibrahim’s cheerful personality and his kind attention to me as a middle-aged Asian woman. It made my London trip even more special.

Room allocation for noise mitigation between rooms.

The hotel is situated on the river banks, at the place of old dockyards. Threre is public transport, which can be used to access the city centre. The rooms are basic, but good enough for a short stay in London so I can definitely recommend it.

I would not exactly say that it is a problem, and most probably is part of the general conditions and pointed out, but upon check in you are charged 90 pound deposit. Mine was cancelled within the day of check in, so no big issue. Still it all depends if you can afford to have such an amount blocked. The noise isolation of the windows overlooking the street is not perfect, but the place is not very noisy, so this did not inferfere with sleep.

The room was a stunner with a beautiful river view. Plenty of room in the main part, a super cosy bed, and good storage. The location is excellent if you're attending an event at the 02. There's a pizza bus,Heroica, directly outside the hotel. The cable car station is right beside that. There's also a Tesco Express directly across the road, and I ordered a late night Uber Eats McDonald and it came in 10 mins. Staff are very friendly and there are nice lounges to sit in during/after your stay.

The bathroom was a bit cramped. Particularly getting out and trying to dry myself from the shower was not the best, as I was bumping between the sink and the screen door. I am not a skinny girl (UK 16) and I do think if I were a bit larger, the bathroom wouldn't quite accommodate you as comfortably as it could. The black paint also made the shower floor look a bit grubby. I would have liked to have the option of having a TV, but I did sleep very well with the sound of the water outside.

Great shower. Comfy bed. Tiny room, but so well organised that it seemed spacious. It was a pleasure to come back to every day. Pretty view of the water and lights on the trees in the square opposite the hotel. Very close to the cable cars that go over the Thames. Excellent location if attending a conference at Excel. There is a Tesco very close by. Bonnane Pizzeria is great and for lunch or breakfast Fratelli's cafe near Tesco is very nice. The in-house restaurant is great. Modern heating control was very welcome since I was staying in a cold January.

The European plug outlets were annoying

Cosy little room, small but well laid out, so it doesn’t feel ‘small’. Love the scent of the hand/shower gel. Nice location, short walk from the train station. next to the cable car station, it’s nice to get this to the o2 while enjoy some lovely view. Although the ride is only 10min, during the night with event on the queue can take a while. Any small issues during the stay, staff delt with promptly and with a pleasant manner. Tesco and restaurants near by.

It would be nice and feel more secure if there’s peak hole on the door. Not very sound proof, I can hear next door chatting and snoring. More ideal to get a room that’s away from the lift( that’s where people get in and out and most likely to chat while wait for the lift) Maybe higher floor will be better, first floor I can hear loud flush sound from upstairs. A very random and odd choice of decor in a hotel room, a portrait of a boss baby, feel like wherever I am the baby is staring at me.

The location was perfect. We were going to the O2 in the evening and it was quick and easy to get there. We were greeted by lovely, friendly people on reception. Our room was great. The bed was really comfy and we got a great sleep. The worry dolls were such a lovely idea thank you. The shower was perfect, and I didn't want to get out :) It was lovely and peaceful and nice to look out on to the front and watch the world go by. Breakfast was really good and you can relax and look out on to the water. We loved the names on the doors and a picture of who was being sponsored in the room. A lovely touch to see. Overall we had a fantastic stay.

The design is so beautiful and comfortable, the views to the river are stunning, the staff is so friendly and polite, and their contributions to Guatemala children is a really kind initiative. Also, there are many gestures in the room left for the hospedes which makes the stay super comfortable and maintain the vibes. I’ve been very positively impressed by this hotel and no doubt I’ll repeat my instance:)

stayed in room 177 London, it was an upgrade which was water side, I think as I was moved from the allocated room when I checked in everything met my expectations as of the room nicely decorated.

It took multiple flushes to empty the toilet but that's sometimes happens for me but it was like every time at the hotel, when the bed was remade I woke up during the night & had to put the bed cover back on properly & for some reason I thought there was a TV in the room but I soon got over that. Breakfast is a little expensive.

had a wonderful stay at the Good Hotel in London, conveniently located near the ExCel exhibition center. The location was excellent, making it easy to get around the city, and the hotel itself had a great atmosphere. The staff was friendly and welcoming, always ready to help with any requests. My room was cozy, well-designed, and had plenty of natural light, which made it feel even more inviting. I truly enjoyed my stay and would highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting the area.

The young gentleman with glasses on, who were at the reception on Oct. 20th' afternoon around 5 p.m. and on Oct.21st' morning before 11a.m.,.was so kind and helping. He made our stay at the Good Hotel a really Good stay indeed. He came out from the hotel without hesitation to explain me how to use the parking at the Crowne Plaza when I was having a hard time figuring out where to park and how to use the system. He also let me extend the checkout time when my husband was not feeling well after his sudden hospitalization which happened the week before. Both quick decision from his kindness was so overwhelming that I felt nothing bad about the blackout we experienced during our stay.Those accidents can happen. I not only believe he will always be a woderful hotel-man who will make his guests happy but I also hope and beleive he will have a great bright future making many people happy on his way. Thank you!!
