The hotel was ideally located right by the baywater tube station, with queensway just up the road. Many bus stops near,we even used the one right outside the hotel to get to the albert hall. Hotel staff were welcoming and always said hello as you walked past. We had the added bonus of a ground floor room, which was nice and easy when we arrived. Room was nicely decorated and bathroom facilities modern.

Could have done with a few more hooks for towels and coats. Room was a little small for 3 adults, but you always seem to get that with triple or quadruple rooms.

Rooms are decorated very nice. Cheap and cheerful. Staff were very friendly and helpful. Everything in the room worked as expected. Fresh towels, tea and coffee provided, good location - especially for winter wonderland. We decided to avoid the busy tubes and walked back from winter wonderland which took 30 minutes exactly, not bad at all! You can cut the time in half by jumping on a tube but we had eaten far too much and needed the exercise! There is a small Tesco and Sainsbury’s (express style) just around the corner. In the morning we walked to a tiny little cafe called Sociale Cafe after some googling and they did a lovely vegan breakfast for me and a not so vegan one for my partner. Loads of pubs and places to eat within walking distance. Would definitely recommend and stay again.

The property was great, if I had to give some constructive feedback it would be that the room was a tad dusty. I wasn’t bothered as we only needed a place to sleep for the night and I wasn’t expecting the Ritz for the price we paid. Also, we had the room directly linked to the reception area (G1) which made us giggle as the entrance was blocked by people’s suitcases being stored there and the mini hallway had a door directly next to ours that connected to reception which was a bit cosy and meant we had the window right at the front of the building on the ground floor… this wasn’t a problem, it was just a different vibe to what I imagined.

I stayed in a single bedroom of a bed without window. Level -1. The location of the hotel was perfect, near of 2 metro station, good restaurants and markets. The room was clean and the shower was perfect, although there was no hanger for the towels. The staff were nice and kind. I would stay there again if I don't find any cheapest place to stay.

The only concern was a strange orange stain on the carpet beside the bed, it seems that a guest poured food or something in the past.

Easy check in. Our flight was significantly delayed and we didn't arrive till near 1 in the morning but were greeted by friendly staff and it was no trouble. Bed was very comfy, I slept so well and it was also pretty quiet too. I'd have preferred to open a window instead of air con but realise it's a safety/noise thing and this wasn't a big issue just personal Preference. We only stayed two nights but we were given fresh towels second day and our bed was made. Room was very clean and location was excellent as it was so close to the subway. There are also some cute places for brunch within walking distance. We walked from the hotel through Hyde Park into the city which was an enjoyable alternative to the busy subways. Would stay again when visiting London. Area felt very safe and I would be happy staying here as a female solo traveller also.

A little noisy in morning with cleaning and people checking out but that's pretty standard in any hotel so it wouldn't put me off staying again. There were a few hairs on the towels when we arrived but these would have just been missed by housekeeping and again wasn't a big issue but might be more disturbing for other guests.

It’s beautifully decorated and lush furnishings. The room was super clean and offered tea/coffee facilities. Lovely shower and the beds were the most comfortable ones I’ve ever slept in. The family room was snug but perfectly fine for our two night stay. Have I mentioned how comfortable the beds were?! It worked out good value for money to book a two night stay here in a family room rather than a two night stay for a double elsewhere in the area.

Our room was right at the top so three flights up (six sets of stairs) which was OK but with no lift it might prove difficult for those with mobility issues. Also, the room being in the snug size meant it would have been an issue for my mum, for example, who is a much larger size.

The location was excellent in terms of travelling to other areas of London. It was really good being so close to Hyde Park for an early morning walk or jog. The area was quiet at night and felt very safe. The room was pleasant and clean. It is difficult to find a 3 bed room - so this is a bonus. The bathroom was new and very nice. It was also good to have air conditioning and tea and coffee making facilities. We had to return to the hotel to track down a pair of expensive pair of sunglasses we'd lost. The man on the desk said they had been found when the cleaner was cleaning the room. We were really impressed by their honesty.

The room was very small which isn't a problem if you are out all day. As with most city hotel rooms there is not enough room to store or hang up your clothes which isn't great. A few hooks on the wall would have been good.

For a single room it was actually very spacious! Beautifully decorated, with a desk, wardrobe and safe. There is a tv on the wall. They also provide a kettle with tea and coffee. Nice shower room and they provide shampoo. Very clean!

The shower had a rainshower and a smaller shower head. The rainshower needed to be descaled as the water didn't really flow properly. The hairdryer is fixed to the wall. I imagine so people don't steel it. Unfortunately I think someone previously yanked the cable too hard as the raw wires were showing. I informed the Reception desk when I left and they assured me that all issues would be fixed for future guests. I wouldn't hesitate to stay there again.

The location is so central, there's a tube station at about 2 minutes of walk, it helped us to get around without worrying. Beds are very comfy and washroom has everything you need.

Washroom heating didn't work so it was cold to go in there. It's a small room so anyone travelling with medium to large size of luggage would face difficulties opening. Also there's no elevator/lift in this hotel, so you would have to carry your luggage if you stay above ground floor.

Location is extremely good, a minute away from tube. Plenty of restaurants, bfast places & convenience shops in the area. Also very close to Hyde Park. Rooms are very clean, shiny new comfortable bathroom, with big shower cubicle. 24hrs reception, very helpful & kind.

We had an issue with tv not working but it was sorted as soon as we pointed that out. Old telephones did not work. Rooms are very compact (almost tiny), but that can't be changed really.

I really enjoyed my stay here as a solo female traveller. I felt safe in the hotel as well as around the surrounding area. The room looked exactly like the pictures and was very clean and comfortable. I could not fault the room at all. The staff was helpful and polite. I appreciated the 24 hour reception. I saw other negative reviews about the downstairs single room which I got. To be honest I have no idea what they were complaining about? It felt safe and was the same as any other normal hotel room.

This isn't even negative, but next time I would stay more central to my planned activities in London. Here was so handy for transport and getting anywhere with the nearby tube stations. It's just that you're stuck with only tube transport here if everything you want to see is elsewhere, since walking may not be really feasible. If you are seeing a bunch of things spread out all around the city, then here is perfect since tube stations are so close. Like literally 2 minutes away
