The location is perfect, close to Underground and Kensington Gardens, a stroll away from Science Museum and Natural History Museum. We had a room with a street view and it wasn't loud at night. Many convenience stores and takeaways nearby. The staff is remarkably helpful! The bed was comfortable and big enough for us. We were on the 3rd floor and had an elevator just outside our room. The room was on the small side, but had space for our clothes, a table and two chairs and the kitchen was well equipped for us (though it is funny how they give you two of everything -two forks, spoons, etc).

The room could be cleaner, lots of dust under the bed, the shower has also seen better days, generally an update would be welcome to the furniture. The door leading to the building was kept open using cello tape, would have felt better if this required the key card as well, but overall we felt safe anyway.One problem that we had was that there isn't any bedside lighting, this should be added, as it's not convenient having two people in the room to constantly rely on the ceiling lights .

Everything we needed as a family is all there. Price was not too bad considering the dates that we travelled to London. We had a little kitchen to eat a hearty meal before heading off to roam around busy streets of London. Very good location near to Bayswater and Queensway station. Bus stops to centre is just around the corner. Car park is available nearby aprox 5mins walk. There is an asian mart close as well. Staffs were nice and accommodating. They came quickly fixed the broken exhaust fan. Thumbs up! We really enjoyed our stay!! 🥰

Great location in a quiet street within a short walk of two different tube lines and numerous places to eat. The room was spotlessly clean and the beds were comfortable. The staff were friendly and helpful and were happy for us to leave our luggage before and after checking in/out which was a massive help!

The room wasn’t the same as the picture online. It was actually a basement room with the only window looking out onto a small courtyard that was used to store the cleaning equipment. This made the room feel dingy and was a bit disappointing. Then small things- no hand towels, no tea towel or plug for the sink and only one mirror and it was in the bathroom! With three teenage daughters- nightmare!

GREAT LOCATION NEAR TRAIN STATION. LOTS OF RESTAURANTS. ROOM WAS PLENTY BIG AND AS DESCRIBED.

CHARGE 30 GBP FOR EARLY CHECK IN NO MATTER WHAT. Was told to check in at 145pm I would need to pay 30 GBP DOESN T MATTER IF YOUR ROOM IS READY. Charge extra to clean room and for late checkout. . There were like 15 people waiting to check in right at 3pm for this reason. So we left and came back late and couldn't even change our clothes after long flight . Second person to check us in was wonderful , kind and polite. Check out was smooth and easy. Shared my concerns and he was empathic and kind. Overall good place. Just didnt appreciate the unwillingness to check in an hour and 15 mins early without paying the fee. I would have liked if he had checked if our room was ready instead of throwing the 30GBP in my face .

Staff were friendly and helpful on arrival, we arrived early so dropped our bags off. The whole building and the room itself were spotlessly clean. The room had exactly what we expected and needed for our stay. We were able to leave our bags after check out as our train was late in the afternoon and again the staff were more than happy to accommodate us. They gave us some useful information about things we might like to see/do and pointed out nearest transport links etc. Will certainly stay here again when we next visit.

Fantastic location. Close to two tube station. Staff is very friendly and efficient. Nice smell throughout the building all the time. Quiet, no party noises at all. Room is clean everywhere. Microwave and mini refrigerator is very useful. I used iron board, hair dryer as well. A lovely mini home away from home. Single bed is a little too soft. Overall very impressive. We will come back soon.

Can't find the floor level of my room easily. Room number and floor level could be marked out clearer.

Staff were very accommodating we arrived from a long haul flight from Australia about 9am and they let us leave our luggage until our room was ready, the bonus was our room was ready earlier than expected and this was much appreciated. We stayed twice over a two week period as we arrived in the country and then again before we departed back to Australia. We were 2 adults + 2 kids. Bayswater is a beautiful area and walking distant to hyde park, tube station and shops.

Amazing location, close to Kensington gardens and a sainsburys near by, easy to hail a black cab at the end of the street, close to underground station, big enough for our family of 5, nice to have the tv in the evening with Disney plus for the kids, clean apartment and the staff were friendly.

It was very warm and the air conditioning was noisy and didn’t help much, the people in the upstairs room were noisy untill late at night and the beds weren’t very comfy so we didn’t sleep well but was all fine for our one night stay

The location is excellent. There are subway lines 3minutes from hotel. There are also a lot of bus lines to the city center. The hotel is near Hyde park which is great for walking, looking at different animals. Near are also pubs, shops, restaurants (subway, mcdonals, kfc...). The room was clean, there was enough of space for 4 of us. There is a small kitchen with all that you need. Staff is really nice, you can leave luggage in hotel before check in and after check out.
