The location was excellent. Safe area by Kensington Gardens , nearby tube station , walking distance from Notting Hill . Room Was clean , recently renovated
Room got very hot even after we turned off the Heat. We slept with a window open and that took take of the problem. We could heard the loud noise of the doors closing in the rooms in our hallway. Annoying when you are sleeping. Bathroom was rather small .

"It Was a hospatile experience, comfortable and I enjoyed it, with no complaint".. The Hotel was with good value worth to add on the list options if you were visiting London and I would to like repeat i without hesitation. -Quite area, good location, walking distance. - 5 minutes to transportations and park, -24 hours open reception, with welcoming staff available. -Tidy hotel. -Clean. -accessible. -Good serviced and friendly helpful staff, that I believe your needs and requests, they would do their best to help you do it, without much struggle. -Room size was okay, you would feel it bigger anyhow as there is a good use of each space in there and much organized. -Bed is comfortable, decorations there feel as new with no smells. -When I checked-in , the Room was supplied by bottles of water, apples green and red, options of hot drinks. -Toilets were clean and hot water pressure is good, was nice showering and comfortable in use, provided by nice organised utilities. -smart TV, rooms is good isolated. - I didn't have breakfast there however, I noticed it was cheap to add by just 10ÂŁ. - lemon water and apples in the reception during the day. -I liked that, I found the room service working when I asked on 8 pm, good. - working vending machine. -Space for luggage storage, service there as it was full of tourists of different nationalities - lifts . - good innercourt view for my room. -Few Electric sockets.
Nothing actually no complain.. -No room signs numbers were on my floor walls corridor to direct me to the room numbers. -Would be a good promoting idea to add in room, if could install telephone in room, for reception contact feasibly instead of contact through personal cellular/also lighting the hotel name sign above the main entrance, however it was easy to be seen and recognize/ some work on the Google maps label.

Really friendly staff and super clean! The clean linen and towels were so soft. The beds were so comfy and we had the best night’s sleep.
That there was no window in the room, obviously just due to positioning, but a little bit of air would have been nice.

The staff was nice, the bed was decently comfortable and the breakfast buffet was good in a pinch. They give you free tea to make in your room, which was also nice. The best aspect of this hotel is its location. Many places are close enough that they can be walked to easily, and access to the underground is 3 streets away. Also, Kensington park is right next to it, and it is a very pretty place to relax in.
The fire alarm rang 3 times in one day for no good reason. It was fixed, but still. Unpleasant to be woken by it at 7 am. Also, the shower had a nasty habit of changing temperatures on it’s own and suddenly becoming very hot.

At the time of booking it was the cheapest possible hotel in Zone 1, close to the tube, which can fit a family with 2 kids. For the price we got a nice room with a bed and a sofa made into a bed and a perfect bathroom. It was clean, and for the price we had a breakfast. What more would you need? Oh, and it looked like recently renovated, or at least the room and specially the bath were in perfect shape. The staff was very friendly and last night we had to check out at 3am due to an early flight and they prepared a breakfast for on the go.
Whatever I write would be nitpicking. But let’s try. The mattress was not the best. The breakfast can be a bit more varied and have some more fruit and vegetables.

Perfect location, very clean rooms, fresh towels everyday (if you want), very nice and helpful staff. Good price vs. quality/location.

The location in a quiet tree-lined street close to Hyde Park and the buzz of Queensway was great. I had opted for a 'de luxe double room' but when I saw it, it seemed very cramped for such a name. The desk staff explained some of the rooms had been refurbished and that qualified as de luxe. However they went to a lot of effort to find me a corner room that was a bit larger and I was happy there. It had a great shower - big, overhead and handheld sprays, and a non-slip mat to keep you safe. I liked the 12pm checkout, but the price of that is no checkin before 3pm.
This is not a luxury hotel, not that it charges at those prices. You can't charge things like breakfast to your account, there's no concierge service, etc. The breakfast was pretty poor for what it cost - no Muesli, no fruit. Leathery eggs and thick bacon. Little variety in bread. Machines for coffee.

At this price, it was one of the rare hotels with air conditioning. Air conditioning perhaps was not needed for the London weather, but that is something I found out after I reached the city. But some form of AC is good for ventilation. The room was tiny but had just about everything one needs at hand's reach, including a plug point near the window and a good bathroom. The lighting was indirect and warm, with a hanging ring near the bed, and I liked it.
I wish the rooms were a bit bigger, but most rooms in London and Cambridge are pretty small for this price. But for a two-night stay, to visit the nearby places (Hyde Park is so near), this place was superb.

I travelled with my two children for a few days in London. The hotel is located just a few minutes walk from either Queensway or Bayswater station. The Queensway station is on the central line so is perfect for heading into central London. The area is lovely with lots of restaurants and shops nearby. The staff were lovely at check in and informed me that we could pay for breakfast any morning if we liked. We didn’t have breakfast at the hotel as we chose to go out for food so can’t comment on the food. The room is small but comfortable and had teas and coffees which were restocked each day. It was perfect as a base for us and I wouldn’t hesitate to book again.
Nothing.
