Great location. Loved inverness. Room was great.
Check in was poor. Was sent a code when booking months ago - it had been changed, and no notification was given. Had to call office while standing on a busy street, in the rain, all our belongings getting soaked. Management company had changed the code. Thankfully while we were waiting to contact anyone about getting in off the street, 2 people came by and let us in. So much for security, but we were grateful to get out of the rain at least. A text came the next day, a full day AFTER check in with actual info on how to check in. Really poor job they did with check in.

Location was amazing and central to everything. Handy little apartment with plenty of space. Lovely decor and well equipped kitchen. Had windows which were easily opened to let in fresh air.
There was a fairly loud humming electrical noise a lot of the time, mainly during the night - not sure what it was. There was also 73 stairs to the 4th floor where we stayed, but that wasn't really an issue for us and was well documented before we got there. Also, being Australian, we struggled a bit to work out how to use the heating system - we're not huge fans of heat and stuffiness. But we could open the windows which was a bonus.

It was a 3 minute walk from Waverley train station, easy to find, and centrally located to everything! The apartment was clean, spacious and the bed was super comfortable. The views from them were a bonus!
There was nothing not to like! It had everything that you could possibly need!

I liked the location. Very close to High Street, train station and shops. Loved the old windows, with the new one that opened. Kept the old look but with modern warmth. I loved having a separate bedroom instead of a all in one room. The safe was fantastic. Made me feel good my passport was locked away safely.
The dishes and cutlery in the kitchen were not balanced. Odd number of plates and cutlery. Also, no bread knife. I would have liked instruction on how to used the stove, stove top and dishwasher. I was unable to use the provided soap and shower products. They must cater to men as the scents were very masculine and strong. I would also have liked a door chain to secure the door when I was in the apartment. I did not like the 51 steps I had to drag my luggage up to. A little luggage dumbwaiter elevator would be AMAZING. I thought I was going to have a heart attack by the time I had all my luggage in the apartment.

The location was superb! Right beside train station and bus stops. Directly facing Edinburgh dungeons and a very short walk up the hill, and you are on the Royal mile. We stayed from Monday (st paddy's day) right through to Thursday, and the place was so quiet, clean, peaceful, and comfortable. Everything we needed to even have a cosy night in and checking in and out during the day while out exploring. We are looking forward to returning with the rest of the family.
In the interest of being honest, we had 2 minor things that we can't even call complaints. The layout of our particular studio apartment wasn't to our liking (i.e., tv wasn't in a good position to the sofa). We simply rearranged it and put the furniture back before checking out. And not really a complaint but a word of warning, there is no lift, just very steep stairs. LOTS OF STAIRS. My husband and I are relatively fit, and even though the steps were daunting, they were completely manageable! However, if you have mobility issues, unfortunately, this amazing spot won't suit.

I had a wonderful experience during my stay! The coffee/tea and biscuits were delightful. As for the location, it couldn't have been better! It was conveniently situated close to major attractions and offered easy access to local dining and shopping. Overall, both the breakfast and the location contributed significantly to a fantastic stay.
While I had a great stay overall, there were a couple of areas for improvement. The absence of a lift was a challenge, especially since I stayed on the top floor; it would have been much more convenient to have easy access to my room. Additionally, it would have been nice to find more food options available, such as complimentary bottled water, milk, butter, jam, and a selection of pastries or bread. These small touches would have enhanced the overall experience and made it even more enjoyable.

This was a wonderful stay. The apartment is thoughtfully designed and decorated and spotlessly clean with everything you could need including a coffee machine, fully equipped kitchen, and high quality towels and toiletries. There was a laundry room with 2 big washers and dryers for us to use and the staff were always friendly, helpful and responsive. There are 34 steps up to the apartment but they are carpeted and easy to negotiate. The apartment is super quiet and cosy because of the double glazing and stairwell doors. The location is perfect for train travellers and right near all the main attractions. This was a really wonderful stay. Thank you Destiny team.

Great central location with easy access. We could walk everywhere! Check-in and check-out were simple with just a code, no keys needed. Communication was good – I got answers to all my questions, even if sometimes a bit delayed. I was also able to leave my bags in the storage room after check-out. The kitchen was well-equipped with everything we needed. The ovens, kettle, TV, internet, and heating all worked well. There were plenty of power outlets. The place was clean and modern. The airport bus stop was just 2 minutes away. It was also very quiet.
There was no elevator, and staying on the 4th floor was a bit of a challenge due to my partner’s knee pain. The whisky-scented soap in the bathroom was a bit unusual – while some might enjoy the aroma, others may not like it at all. The view from our room faced a narrow gap between buildings at the back, so it wasn’t very scenic.

We had an excellent stay. I would highly recommend the apartments. You are a two minute walk to the bus stop and train station. There is lots of food places and shops locally. Pubs and bars are also nearby. We didn’t have trouble with any noise. Our apartment overlooked the Christmas fair that was on at the time You are a two minute walk from the royal mile, 15 minute walk from Arthur’s seat and a 15 minute walk from the castle. You can travel everywhere on foot but if you need to use public transport It is available. It’s a half hour bus journey from the airport and we used the bus to get to our room. The room is well equipped comfy bed and sofa in the living room. kitchen facilities were great toiletries in the bathroom fan in the bedroom with hairdryer on and on board towels and bedding are also provided Thank you destiny for a fantastic stay we would highly recommend
The stairs are a negative, the apartments are spread over 5 floors and there is no lift. We had the second floor room 1 so not too bad but had we of been higher up we wouldn’t have been too happy. We were aware there was no lift when we booked.

Very central location, 5 minutes from train station and 10 from from city centre. Nice appartment, well insulated from noise outside, warm and clean.
No lift in building meant lots of climbing
