Between March 15 and March 19, my colleagues and I stayed at Maden hotel. This review intends to express our most sincere appreciation to your staff for their professionalism which made our stay in Madinah very fulfilling. You may wish to know that for over the last 25 years my colleagues and I have come for UMRA in the last 15 days of Ramadan. During this time we have stayed in many hotels in Madinah including but not limited to, Hilton, Movenpick, intercontinental Darul Hijra, Anwar Al Madinah Movenpick and Crowne Plaza Al Madinah. I must say your staff handled us extremely well to our complete satisfaction. In particular, I would like to single out Mr. Saleh Al Hariqi for his dedication and professionalism from the day we made enquiry about your Hotel until the day we left for Makkah. Please convey our special appreciation to him. Our stay at Maden hotel has certainly left a permanent positive impression about your hotel for which, we will have no hesitation in recommending other clients including my fellow diplomats stay at your hotel. In Shah Allah we will see next year if not sooner.

Location is great .. great staff very good breakfast .. rooms clean .. almost everything you would expect in a 5 stars ..

Good Location, close to Haram, shops, food courts and easy to get a taxi from there or a cart to Quba usually parked outside the hotel. Staff is very friendly and helpful. The House Keeping team was excellent. Did a brilliant job of cleaning up the rooms daily. Rooms are huge and spacious,clean and have all the necessary amenities and coffee/Tea facilities. . Welcome coffee and fruit basket on arrival. Lifts are quick and efficient. Only 12 floors in the hotel. Very nice coffee shop in the hotel for takeaway drinks but it also has an outside seating area with a minimum spend with a nice view of the mosque. I enjoyed my stay and would definitely come again In'sha Allah!

I had the suhur buffet once. I found 150 SAR too much and I feel the quality of food could have been better. But its still not all that bad. There was a fair amount of variety. Just needs more quality taste wise.

His dedication to ensuring guest satisfaction was truly remarkable. He went above and beyond to make my stay enjoyable, offering assistance whenever needed and always with a friendly smile. His attention to detail and willingness to accommodate special requests made a significant difference in my experience. Saleh’s hospitality and professionalism reflect the high standards of Maden Hotel. It is staff members like him who make a stay truly memorable. Location! location! location! The location for my elderly mother to take her to Masjid e Nabawi. Loved the woodwork and cozy clean rooms. Exceptionally professional Restraunt staff. Omar, Jehan Ali, Sheikh Asif, and tall guy at live egg. All with genuine, polite, empathtic mannerisms. Although it was costly for breakfast and Lunch,, but I preferred to do so for food safety. Food was ample, fresh with variety. Fresh juice, fruits, vegetables, tea, coffee was always available. Abdul Rahman , the duty manager (exceptional individual), and all other staff I interacted on M1 reception were professional, polite, and attentive to guests. Room service was always present on floors, and I had to call them at odd hours as per my Mothers need, and they helped as requested. Door guards on both ends did their jobs attentively, and the new guard was vigilant to ask me to show the hotel card.

Tour operators attendant and server with mustache in restaurant were impolite. Didn't like the attached washroom layout. Too big. The shower, the toilet, and the sink should be at arms length of each other. Needs to have more hand rails for support for elderly guest accessibility and shower should have 'folding wall mounted seat' and an additional hand shower. Side tables were too busy with lamps and cords, which made them be few inches away from wall with potential for stuff to fall behind them. (Suggestion) Incorporate lamps into the headboard and side table flushed to the wall. Reduce the lamp to onebso personal items can be kept on side tables. There is no need for a leather tissue box. It's not practical and takes too much space.

The house keeping staffs were really good. The restaurant staffs were really helpful. They went out of their way to make us feel comfortable. Little things they did made us feel very special. All the staffs were friendly, welcoming and communicative. Hotel location was great. Room size was one of the biggest that we ever stayed in. Whatever time we needed anything, they always attended with politeness.

Our check in was at 4pm. However our flight arrived early.. I sent an email asking for an early check in few days before arrival which they replied with the asking time. However when we arrived they said that email doesn't mean anything and there is no room. I had a special need child with me. It was 6am. They said it was impossible. However upon paying a full day charge for 10 hours left of the day, , they did give me the room which at first they said they have no empty room. I found this was not very humane act. Any how all other experience was great. Hence I rated this hotel excellent. Just to clear this was the reception staff.

I liked alot the service and the treatment that was given specially during the dinner time from mister Jihan, you are doing great sir. I would like to appreciate his work and service. The house keeping boys on 11th floor did a great job in cleaning and changing the bedding and all perfect and amazing job. I would like to visit again. The best of all was the view . It was amazing.

To be honest the only thing that made me angry was a security guy I don't remember on which gate he was but he kept asking me entrance card everytime.. like come on man how many times will u ask. He got me mad i hope the hotel looks towards it. And even at the reception there is one guy he was so rude with us and other customers.

This hotel is a gem for its location, very close to the main entrance of haram, right next to the pedestrian food street, surrounded by mini markets and eating place. The lifts are many and fast, the security personnel were vey attentive and helpful especially during peak time before and after salah, holding and directing guests for the lifts. In house cafe, both at ground and mezzanine floor. Spacious and helpful concierge staff to keep your luggage. Accessibility room was spacious and comfortable with decent sized single beds and multiple pillows, laminated floor, flat surface through out the room and bathroom. very clean. The housekeeping staffs were friendly and welcoming. Amenities were complete, nice and with luxurious packaging. Fruit basket was extra and nice gesture.

The reception staff could have been a little more helpful when the guest arrived early. I have to insist that they process my check-in even before the room is ready, so that we don't crowd the reception at 4pm. They did when i persist. The window was small, but necessary.

The room is spacious and Nicely furnished . Very comfortable bed .good size of closet and the number of drawers . Very good lighting in the room . The hotel has more than 5 elevators to server gusts rapidly . Very good location close to bus stop .also golf car station to masjid Qiba .

Unfortunately bath rooms very old With stained sink . Stained shower . It’s seems room is renovated but not the bath room . The food is over priced for in-room dinning . House keeping keep forgetting to replace the small towels .

Amazing hotel. Newly built. I was pleasantly surprised how good the hotel is. State of the art technology and amenities considering needs for pilgrims. Check-in was a breeze. They even offered me an upgraded room with city or mountain view. Brother Saleh Alhariqi helped me with my needs at the checkout he was very kind and attentive and was able to extend my stay as requested. He and other staff members, including room service bell boy they were all very . The manager and staff in the restaurant were friendly. I bought their breakfast for 2 days and it had a lot of quality options and variety of food. This hotel is a 3-5 minutes walk from gate of Masjid e Nabwi. This hotel is 4 minutes walk from bus station that takes you to the train station.
