Everything was fantastic. All hotel staff, including room service boys were very cooperative, polite and always sorted out our requests. Although it was a buffet style breakfast, however. waiters at breakfast hall always asked us whether if anything is required at Table or not. All waiters possess humble personalities.

Breakfast menu items needs to be increased. Some additional items e.g. sweet and saltish laban etc. can be added. Varieties of seasonal fruits can be increased. To avoid rush / long queue at live cooking area (egg making area) a token system can be implemented. Guest can order the item, obtain token and collect it later or waiters can serve at his/her table . This will reduce the rush at live cooking area. Speakers can be installed at rooms for listening live Azan.

- Amazing location, few steps to Almasjid Alnabawi, too many restaurants, shops and mall around the hotel, easy access to Almasjid Alnabawi - Clean room, comfy bed, good smell all over the hotel, quiet, espresso machine n room, nice view - The greatest breakfast I have ever seen, variety and the best quality of food and drinks (many types of cheese, dairy products, fruits, salad, fresh juice, cooked food, bakery corner, foul and falafel corner and more .. ), very delicious - So friendly, helpful and professional staff. Special thanks to Ms. Manal at guests relations, Mr. Mohammed Albloushi from IHG and the cute girl in the Almunawara gift shop, I don’t have her nam, thank you so much.

The staff was excellent, shout out to Hamid at the front desk. Him and everyone we spoke to were courteous and respectful and extremely helpful. Location wise, it is literally a stone's throw away from the women's gate which was helpful for my elderly parents.

Every day of our stay we got a call from Khadija at the front desk to ask if our stay was going as expected. Normally, in other locations and hotels it would not bother me. But time in Makkah and Madina is so short and sleep schedules are totally flipped. I did not look forward to getting these calls in the middle of a nap.

Directly in front of the Prophet Mosque, specifically to a women gate/area which is a plus if you traveling with women. Breakfast had nice varieties and was of high quality. Room was spacious and clean and the haram view was breathtaking. There are tons of shops near by and some good food spots but it tends to be very crowded all the time (especially after prayers) so I recommend including dinner in your reservation Madinah Train station is 15-20 minutes away by car which is important for people coming from or going to Makkah

Elevators can be a tad slow and crowded come prayer time, so plan accordingly

the Staff made me feel like home. I was there to visit the Madeena haram mosque and the location is superb! my room was fantastic overlooking the mosque!

the elevators are too slow and out dated but I understood they are renovating. the price per night is expensive so im not sure if this time is considered season or not!

All amenities are super old, the 5 star hotel needs to be totally renovated as it’s out dated , the bathrooms are not suitable for elderly people as they cannot lift their legs to the bath tub to take the shower , their should be a small chair or bench type so that the elderly people can sit On it and take a shower. Waterlogs in the bathroom and we had to call for a bathroom sweeper to move the water to the drain , total renovations required as we are paying same five star hotel rates as in Dubai and expect class looks & feel. The reception has an old sofa couch of 5 seaters , the reception set up , the dining area ,all the amenities are super old , But service is very good, food is great, location is the best

We had an exceptional stay at Darul Iman Medina. From the moment we checked in, we experienced amazing hospitality from all the hotel staff. The hotel in itself is extremely well maintained and looks very brand new. The room was very clean and spacious as well as the bathroom which was spacious and very clean. The pillows are heavenly soft which was so fortunate as we were getting to sleep in short spurts but still managed to get restful sleeps. The absolute highlight is the location, you step out from the back of the hotel and the haram gate is right in front. Will most definitely stay here again. Thank you to the management for an amazing experience.

The dinner menu can be improved but then again this wasn’t a main requirement for us.

The best part for this was the door man/ they were amazing help with luggage and always willing to help. Front desk was fast and responsive. The tour guide on the other hand, be careful we got comfortable and he gained our trust. He only showed us 1/2 of things we wanted to see. Go outside hotel for your guide and help. My husband and i paid 700SAR each for 2h driving around and only two locations we really got to see things the rest he drive around they were closed. Were suppose to open at 4pm and when contacted “he said he was done ” I’m disappointed on myself for trusting him more than anything, i should’ve never paid him until she showed us everything

The Location of Dar Al Iman Hotel is exceptional. It is in fact a wonderful location as its gate is directly facing the gate of Masjid Al Nabawi, especially the women prayer door 16. The Hotel ground is considered a part of the holy Masjid Al Nabawi. There is no better Hotel location for guests seeking prayer on time in the prophet mosque. The room was spacious and wide, very well equipped with everything we needed during our stay, offering a beautiful view of the central city area of Al Madinah. The beds were very comfortable. The room and its private bathroom were also modern and clean. The star of this Hotel is its staff, especially the Rotana restaurant staff starting from the Head Chef of the Kitchen and ending by the youngest waiter trainee in the restaurant hall. All meals in the restaurant (Breakfast, lunch and dinner) exceeded our expectations. This restaurant, overlooking the holy Masjid Al Nabawi offered us the best dining experience ever, from the exceptional quality of the food served in the open buffet, to the variety of choices, to the presentation of food that feeds the eyes before the mouth, to the outmost cleanliness and the outstanding service from all the staff members to the restaurant guests. We would like to heartfully thank every single person who made our stay an unforgettable one, just to name a few: Mr. Mohamed Al Motairy from the customer service for his helpfulness and positive attitude towards his guests as well as his team members. Mr. Awad, Captain Touqeer Alam, Captain Falahy and Trainee Sayed Abdullah for their excellent service at the restaurant. Mr. Mintu Miah from the House Keeping. Ms. Dhay for her warm welcoming and kindness.

There is nothing to mention. It is a dream hotel.

Alhamdulillah my family and I had an amazing experience here. We were able to get a royal suite room which had 4 bedrooms officially and also a small 5th bedroom which is really meant for servants/help which we did not utilize. There were a total of 2 en suite bedrooms and then 2 bedrooms had a bathroom directly outside of them in the hallway. There was a 5th bathroom that was close to the living/foyer area. The appearance had more of a classic look instead of modern. The kitchen was a little outdated but honestly it was very clean. The furniture had more of a classic look but well kept and not falling apart. Staff was tremendous in all aspects. The reception staff, cleaners, restaurant staff all went above and beyond at every opportunity. They made the stay amazing. One of our large group members had a momentary health issue and the restaurant staff was extremely helpful which speaks a lot in a time of an emergency. The concierge kept helping my wife in booking her rawdah appointment and kept checking in constantly even though that was not an absolute necessity within her job. The proximity of the hotel to the masjid itself was amazing. It was so easy to get inside of the masjid without having to leave extremely far in advance. Inshallah I will plan on staying here again in the future. Overall, my family and I which included myself, my wife, my 4 children, my parents, and my in-laws all had an amazing time at this property. Only negative is that the breakfast could have had more meat options but honestly there were a lot of options in regards to cheeses, non-meat entrees, juices, salads, yogurts, eggs, breads, pastries just to name a few items. I am a big meat eater and there were typically only a few meat items. With that being said, it is breakfast so I can not flaw them too much there. Honestly, no other issues/problems we encountered. Overall very happy as I stated earlier. Inshallah plan to come back again in the future if Allah wills.

See above re: breakfast meat items but other than the lack of meat items the remainder of breakfast was great and tasted great too. The kitchen in the royal suite could have been more modern. The hotel did have some images of some future remodels planned so maybe the kitchen will get updated in the future. I am honestly just being nitpicky as I could not think of any other negatives at this property and both of these negatives are so minimal and trivial.
