Awesome location very near to Haram few steps away Amazing staff specially "Mm Samerah" @ reception She did always great, very polite always smiling nothing rude, very kind with people helping a lot if required something. I Will be visit again Inshallah

Everything is fine but internet very slow !!

Staff was very welcoming and had professional attitude . Sameera in the front desk was amazingly helpful and made sure I received the best service. She also was very friendly and her positive attitude made me feel very welcomed and being taken care of.

It would be great if someone could monitor the number of people who get on the elevators all at once. It would be safer if people just not get too crowded in the elevators.

The property is the closest to Haram. Walkable distance .The staff is very friendly and the front office team is very helpful and professional specially Ms. SAMIRA and Ms. TAGREED ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

Staff was amazing. Caring. At reception, Ms. Sameera and one other lady, And in the restaurant, Mr. Abdul razzaq. All were very courteous and understanding. They accommodated very well.

Location very close to lady gate 339 and 338. Super housekeeper of 9th floor.always smiling and very courteous. Receptionist Samira was polite and outstanding..always smily

Lift nightmares we always have to wait for a long time 2nd point key has to be recoded each time we go out of the hotel. Always a very long.queue . Yesterday morning I waited an hour in the lobby. Those 2 points need urgent improvement

Very close to masjid nabawi - 3 mins walk. Good value for money. Very clean. Well organised. Large rooms, nice toilet, with shampoo soaps and towels

Not much meat in breakfast, but was still good nonetheless. Wait too long for lifts.
