Location: It is very near to both female and male prayer areas. When I say near, it takes almost 2-3 minutes to reach the prayer place and 5-7 minutes on average when we include the lift duration at busy near prayer times. Accessible Entrance at the side of Masjid anNabwi: A BIG PLUS for families accompanying elderly parents and especially wheelchair users. A very minimal slope (almost none) that doesn't need any additional assistance. Even in busy hours the guards were making way for wheelchair users and giving priority at the lift entry. This is something really kind of them and is not available at most other hotels. Suite: Clean, comfortable with a cozy modern touch. It has a beautiful kitchen. The kitchen has a microwave, dishwasher, washing machine, fridge, freezer combo, and efficiently working electrical stove. It is equipped with medium and large-size plates, forks, knives, spoons, cooking pans ( medium and large sizes), frying pans (medium and large sizes), serving glasses, and tea mugs. You will need to bring dishwashing liquid and washing powder/liquid to your use. Housekeeping and Cleanliness: To the mark, they were regular without even needing to be reminded. Easiness of grocery shopping: the hotel's entrance is in front of Bin Dawood Supermarket, making it much easier to get daily necessities. The Reception: They took a few minutes for a smooth check-in. We requested 1 hour late check out and they were pleasantly accommodating for the request. The staff at the reception were very helpful, respectful and polite in dealing with customers.

The utensils selection in the kitchen can be better. We took our frying and serving spoons, which were useful. But overall there is nothing we did not like.

We stayed at Taiba Suites last year as well, same time. The accommodation is great and the decor is nice as it’s pretty recently been redone. The location is the excellent. The front desk staff are mostly nice

The cleaning was terrible and the type of clean you received from the cleaners depended on the tip that they expected every day. They also appeared when they felt like it and the duties varied from day to day. I would recommend that a cleaning schedule is issued to them and that a supervisor accounts for their progression during the day. Alternatively, offer a more intimate service where a single cleaner or tow is assigned to 3 apartments at an extra cost. Or possibly a 12 hour butler service?

The name was change to makarem now. Taiba is the old name. I booked executive suites with haram view. The room is very big. Can fit 5-6 people. Complete with kitchen and washing machine. Very clean like in the picture. Comfortable. the location is good, very near to annabawi gate 333-330. Downstairs got shopping mall, bin dawood, perfumes store, albaik restaurants, karak and souvenirs shop.

Check in time is around 4pm. And hard to check in early. Except if your baby are crying then they will allow you to check in early. Most receptionist has this snobbish attitude and not that friendly.

Great location. The property has been renovated beautifully. The suite was very nice, clean and beautiful. The cleaning staff were very helpful.

No restaurant or breakfast at the property. The bathrooms flooded after taking showers. Not good drainage of water in the bathrooms.

I recently stayed at this property and was pleasantly surprised by its prime location. It’s conveniently situated near local shops and just a short walk from The Mosque, making it easy to explore the area. The decor is modern and fresh, setting it apart from other hotels and suites I’ve experienced. Overall, I highly recommend this place for anyone looking for comfort and accessibility during their stay.

During my stay at the property, I appreciated several aspects, particularly the modern decor and convenient location close to local shops and The Mosque. However, I did encounter some issues with the staff, as a few members, particularly from the Saudi team, seemed a bit rude and slow to respond to requests. Additionally, we experienced leaks in two bathrooms that were not addressed during our stay. Despite these challenges, the overall experience was pleasant, with the rest of the team being polite and accommodating.

The apartment we stayed in was amazing, the size, the facilities, and everything else about it was perfect. Also location was absolutely brilliant. Literally a couple of steps and we were in the Haram courtyard. The house cleaning staff also did a brilliant job daily.

The staff at the reception desk were the down point of our stay. Especially a lady named Maryam and another man whose name I can't remember seemed to be very rude and were not willing to accommodate any requests, even though we booked the deluxe family suite and paid quite a lot for it. There are also apparently no facilities in the lobby to use. We had requested a late check out as our train was in the evening. But we were refused this and when we asked if we could use any toilets we were told there non for us to use. Having my elderly parents with us and for the reception staff to be able to clearly see them sitting in the tiny lobby, and to still refuse us from using basic facilities like toilets was a major let down. And I hope this can be addressed immediately.

Location best possible hotel near haram specially if you are with your elderly parents. House keeping staff were good and diligent. I would say a good 3 star experience may be 4 star. But main question is if its value for money. Then Yes it is as your main purpose is prayers and how early and easily you can go to mosque. There was construction work going on right above our room. Extremely noisy. Receptionist was just like " oh i am sorry , we cant do anything." At the end its all location location and location.other things dont matter too much.
