The room was cosy and the bathroom was amazing. The facilities were alot cleaner than most of the hotels we've been to. One of the best thing about the hotel is that it is very near to Dotonburi - which made everything really accessible. There is also a Lawson and 7-11 right downstairs, along with a very highly rated ramen restaurant which operates until 2am. The staff were very helpful during our stay and are really pleasant to talk to.

The hotel is literally right on Dotonbori, so access to good food is just a hop, skip, and a jump away. Staff was friendly and helpful, even for our luggage transfer after checkout. There's a free happy hour starting at 14:00 for those who want to pregame before a night on the town. The hotel was stylish and very sleek.

Rooms were definitely on the cozier side, but the beds are lifted for luggage storage, so it could be worse. Breakfast was decent and included Osaka specialties such as okonomiyaki and takoyaki, but was otherwise pretty run of the mill. Being on Dotonbori, night noises can leak in somewhat, but it was not problematic (maybe due to us being on the 13th floor).

The location was excellent for what we were looking for. It was very central and busy, with every type of restaurant available. We were travelling with teenagers and it felt safe enough for them to go out shopping in the evening on their own. We enjoyed the “Welcome Drinks” that were offered every day. The breakfast was well worth it!

The rooms are very small. We had to book two rooms - one for my husband and me, and one for our daughter. The hotel was accommodating and the two rooms were beside each other. Our friends were also on the same floor.

We did not take the breakfast but we did go to the "happy hour"-- mix your own drinks and snacks. It is in the same card-protected room on the first floor as breakfast. It was clean and very pleasant and we had a nice time chatting with other travelers. The location for visiting Dotomburi is the best! Take the bus to Namba (get tickets to the right as you descend the escalator) from the Itami airport-- It was so easy. It is a short walk to Vessel Inn Namba from the second stop (not the Namba Station stop which is below ground level)-- the bus driver will know.

Comfortable stay at vessel. Comfortable bed. Quite new it seems. It had everything i needed. Location very convenient. I would stay here again.

Good location (near dotonbori , Glico Man , shopping street and lawson) very convenient , Staffs are friendly and welcome , The breakfast was also very good. And they have amenities at the lobby you can select unlimited.

The staffs are not quite good in English but we can use google translate to Japanese. And they cannot arrange the car or call for the car for you to airport and not help anything so you have to manage by yourself.

Amazing stay at the Vessel Inn Namba. Staff was readily available to help and address any questions. They even helped with shipping our luggage to our next hotel. (have cash ready as credit cards not accepted for the shipping fee) Location is amazing, steps away from main attraction. Safe area and would definitely come back!

This little hotel is located in a central area. It is close to train station and restaurants. The paid breakfast was nice and the checking in ans out services were seamless. They were very helpful with my luggage delivery. The room sizes are to be expected of Japanese hotels.

There was a bit of a smell though when you first turned the air-conditioning on, and once in a while you'd get a strong whiff of someone having bbq.

We loved the location and the cozy boutique feel of the hotel. My son became ill the day after we arrived and the staff were excellent at arranging a doctors appointment and calling us a taxi to get us there. They were kind and very helpful, thank you for looking after us! Also, I love when hotels provide Pola Shampoo, Conditioner and Body Wash :)
