Arriving an hour before check-in time, we were given complimentary early check-in to our room, which was also upgraded to a superior room. The room was spacious and clean, and the beds were comfortable. The hotel is located a short walk from the train station (12 minutes) and is in the heart of many of the sights on Kurfürstendamm. The breakfast was very good with a variety of options. I wouldn't describe it as a luxury hotel, but overall, I found it very good, especially considering the reasonable room rate.

A kettle and some tea bags might have been nicer. The coffee machine was great, though. The TV could have included YouTube or Netflix apps.

The location of this hotel is great. You can get a bus to Alexandarplatz or Mall of Berlin opposite the hotel, and there are uban options as well. You are located on a great shopping streat, with the most popular brands. The Zoo is 15 min away. The staff is great and very helpful. The room was spacious and clean. Hotel in general was very quiet and we rested well. There are spa options as well for 5 euros per person. Breakfast is ok. I don't like that same breakfast options are served every day, but still you can have a good breakfast.

The staff was very friendly and kind. Their hospitality makes you feel at home. The room was clean and comfy. Despite our room was at the street side, we still enjoyed the silence and slept very well as the windows were thick enough. The location is just perfect. Walking distance to the Kurfustendam central. Few steps away from metro and bus lines and very near of high-end shopping brands. The cost of hotel is cheap compared to it's standards. We would definitely stay here again next time.

Wifi stopped working and the staff nicely explained the reason about the service provider. It was down for the rest of our stay but I think the service provider didn't fix it cuz it was weekend.

Stayed here before and decided to come back upon returning to Berlin. Its easily accessible from the Berlin central station via either U-Bahn or S-Bahn along with a walk of around 10 - 15 mins for both. The hotel at the point of booking was pretty good value for money, certainly affordable in my opinion. It's located in quite a popular area but it's not noisy at night. It's on a main street which has various shops, cafes, supermarkets, and restaurants. The staff on both occasions have been very pleasant and accommodating - i.e. you are able to drop you bags safely if you are early to check-in which is what I did both times, which saves you having to walk around with your items after arriving.

Nothing of note. We used it as primarily just to sleep so didn't need to try any of the amenities, nor could I judge them fairly.

It's my go to every time when I'm in Berlin. I had a lovely big, clean room with a bathtub which I asked for and got. They always try their best to accommodate my requests. It's not a super new hotel, but it's very comfortable, clean and quiet, so I recommend it, if you're after a good night's sleep. Visited in 30 degrees heat and the air con was already on when I checked in and worked without a problem and quietly. Staff are always genuinely smiling and helpful and it's in a great location too.

I have had breakfast for the first time too and the food was good, good selection and staff were very nice, always busy and filling up the food. The only thing I personally didn't like was the fruit salad as it felt a bit old, with seasonal fruit cut up like watermelon being a little soggy. Other than that, no issues.

Breakfast was good .. Room was well organized .. Room was clean .. Service in breakfast was great .. Service in Front desk is great .. (but please give space for late check out for people with late air flights) ..

Bed cover is small & short .. Bath tub screen is short and too much water goes out on the floor .. No glass cups on counter to put tooth brush & shaving kits .. The front door of hotel was shut and only the swing door was working which made it bad with entering with travel baggages ..

Excellent location right on Kurfürstendamm st one of the famous Berlin streets. Easy access by train S9 from the the airport to Savigny Platz which is 6 min walk to the hotel. Excellent and polite helpful staff in particular Mrs Soe who checked us in and made our overall stay very pleasant. Fantastic breakfast with great abundance. Subway only a couple of minutes away. Great cafes nearby and the huge REWE sm right down the opposite corner. Excellent value for money highly recommend.

A few issues with the wi-fi

The room was big enough, very close to the subway, many shopping centers and restaurants around, paid parking available in front of the hotel and also a paid parking garage near the hotel, there was also a parking lot under the hotel, but it was full. The room was very quiet and with blackout curtains, we slept well there. Breakfast was a little different every day and had a very wide selection. The breakfast staff was especially pleasant, very attentive and friendly and fun.

The hotel was a 30-minute subway ride from the city center.

Excellent choice if you are going to visit Berlin. It is a short walk up to the Gedächtniskirche on Ku'damm, and you are seconds away from the nearest U-bahn (called Uhlandstraße) and minutes away from the nearest S-bahn (at Savignyplatz). The area around Savignyplatz is also excellent for dinner. The room was big, the bed was comfortable, and we were honestly surprised at how cheap it all was. Parking is also very cheap.

The only thing I could think about was that it was a little difficult to figure out how to get in and out of the parking garage. Otherwise, everything was very much perfect, and this hotel is highly recommended.

The location was very convenient. I was honestly surprised that my room was so spacious: the high ceilings and a large window really helped to create a nice atmosphere and a feeling of free space. The furniture was well-thought-out, with plenty of storage space and a nice desk to work at. I also really appreciate the reasonable location of the power plugs, which were easy to reach. The bathroom was nice and clean. Very competent and professional staff (thank you!).

I would give you a 10, but really, the wi-fi was a nightmare – the connection speed was so low that I barely made it to open an e-mail client and browsing webpages was virtually impossible. Normally I wouldn't care that much, but I was on a business trip and I actually needed a decent stable wi-fi which should not be that difficult to provide.
