Nice staff, clean room, comfortable bed, good kitchen, a lot of towels, looks not old, can leave bags after check out

Unexpectedly cold, pillows are too thin, some small things were missing or too used and old (like an opener for bottles, or a dishwashing brush, rags or dusters for a floor, a doormat, a shoe spoon, etc..). Thanks staff they gave an electronic heater right away, but thats not the level of so big apart hotel. Should be more serious heating in rooms - this hood instead of central heating doesn’t work at all.

The apartment was fantastic, clean, and the addition of a small kitchen area is amazing and makes a stay so much easier. The staff were great and willing to help in any way possible, and the whole atmosphere of the place made for a comfortable and restful stay. Location was perfect, with Savignyplatz station a short walk away, and also great shops and places to eat all within walking distance too. The price was quite a bit cheaper than a lot of places I was looking at when finding a place to stay, but this was not a reflection on the quality of the accommodation in any way. Such great value for such great accommodation! I would highly recommend staying here.

I had no dislikes at all!

Property is spacious and well located. The fridge is full size, makes it easier for longer stays, especially with children. Has a bathtub, which is awesome for kids. Also lots of closet space, making it easier to have a more comfortable stay. Staff is very friendly and elevators are quick

We reserved the room for 3 people, and the sofa bed was only single size. A double size costs nothing, would have been nice, especially since the sofa bed is a 4cm mattress on top of the sofa. Other Adagios have a larger sofa bed, this would be nice next time.

The receptionists are very friendly, and the room is excellent with a well-equipped kitchen and ample facilities. The location is conveniently close to the station. The children really enjoyed playing table tennis and football on the ground floor.

We requested room cleaning on the third day, but the receptionist informed us that no cleaning service was available. While they politely provided us with extra toilet paper and trash bags, when we approached the cleaner for help with disposing of our rubbish, we were directed to do it ourselves in a small room. Additionally, when we asked for clean towels in English, our request was ignored, so we had to take the towels ourselves and inquire where to dispose of the dirty ones. The cleaner did not respond to our question. Furthermore, the air conditioning was not functioning, and when we reported it to reception, they gave us a fan. However, the room remained uncomfortably hot.

The apartment is very functional. Although it is not very big, the space is very well structured. It's very clever how they fit in the kitchenette in the room with everything we need to cook some meals. It even has a small washing machine! I was positively surprised. There was a very big window with a relaxing view to the backyard, and everything was clean and tidy. The bedroom also has a big TV and a sound equipment to hear the radio or music from a usb pen. The gym is great, and the breakfast couldn't be any better. The food was delicious and there were enough options, and the place where we take the breakfast is also super cozy and modern. The location is also good with a Lidl supermarket right in front, and subway at just 10 minutes walking. But Berlin is a big city, so everything seems a bit far away when travelling in public transport.

The only thing that's missing is very simple to resolve - the apartment should have 2 high kitchen stools / chairs, so we could eat in the kitchenette.

Good value for its price. The kitchenette in the room was good. The room was quite spacious. Location is good, the property is clean and modern. Really cannot say anything bad.

Check-in process was rather long and complicated. Too much papers and questions, even though all the info asked was already on my online reservation. Germany never changes :) I even vas forced to register in the hotel's loyalty program. Nothing bad, just takes a lot of your time for nothing. Also, they do not have late checkout (at least as I was told).

The duty manager at the reception had a sense of humour when we arrived. The small apartment is well-appointed with a good kitchenette. We had a great bathroom with a full bath. We have been here before and always were happy. The location is of course fantastic.

The parking arrangement has changed since last time we were there and the new one is expensive and inconvenient. The wall plugs for lap top connections is a bit far from the bed; we would have needed extension cables.

Clean (except some balls of dust under the bed) and comfortable mattress. The hotel is located in a great district. The apartment has some facilities if you’d like to cook or prepare breakfast. Child friendly. It was also very quiet so that was nice. I think it was the best deal in terms of price - location - services offered.

Most of the staff don’t speak English very well (except for the nice blonde lady who unfortunately wasn’t there when we checked out). My partner was asked if he took out the trash, if not there would’ve been an additional fee for it, whereas it’s nowhere mentioned. Also, they asked for the credit card as guarantee in case of something happens - like what? We had some issues starting the car and asked for help, at the reception we were met with sorry can’t help, nothing more, not even a suggestion or anything that might help us. The pillows aren’t very comfortable. They tell you there’s no free parking available on the street but if you check a bit around, you can find free parking if you really want to (and are ok to walk 10 minutes).

The rooms are fully furnished suite apartments. We loved that the room was furnished with convertible furniture. The bed could be pushed up to the wall, and underneath it was a sofa. We loved this feature since it gave us the ambient we needed for working during the day. In the room, there is a fully equipped kitchen with all you need. The wifi was good, and the hotel was quiet. There is a communal area in the lounge with games and sofas. We loved the neighbourhood. It was clean, quiet, and calm—something hard to find anywhere else in Berlin. It was also within walking distance of the subway and S-Bahn. Pets are welcome! Our dog was very relaxed in this hotel since he could not hear anything going on outside

The two ladies in the reception could be nicer and welcoming. They were so stressed about doing everything right on the booking system that they forgot to greet us. The did not even say Hi or Bye. The hotel is perfect, the staff could be improved.

Very handy and well stocked kitchen, with 2 supermarkets over the road, quite close to a tube and bus station. Spacious room, nice bathroom, decent breakfast consisting of a small amount of hot food, meats, cheeses and breads. The apartment was perfect for a family of 4. The neighbourhood wasn’t busy but had things to do.

The room was slightly dusty, a couple of stains on the walls, the location isn’t the most central but as long as you know this you can plan how to get into the centre with a mixture of buses and tubes
