I enjoyed my stay a lot. The facility and the bedding were very clean, and the location is just perfect for public transportation and restaurants.

The receptionists were amazing except the one I met on my arrival day. She literally clicked at me when I went back to ask for a WiFi password. She didn't even wait to hear from me first. Afterwards, I didn't want to disturb anyone, and neither did I accept the services. It would also better to have heater kettle in the room.

Room was large and comfortable. Shower worked well. Room was very quiet, no external noise was audible. Location was great, 4 minutes walk to Savignyplatz railway station. Also close to cafes and restaurants.

First staff member I encountered was very rude. I dealt with others during the stay, who were very pleasant and helpful, but the first one really soured the experience. No usable lift. There is a lift, but it does not stop at each floor, just the landings (very odd setup).

It was a single room for one person with an individual bathroom. The room size was limited, but to pass the night, a bed, a desk, and a bath only for myself, worked great at an excellent cost. The hotel is located in a nice area with plenty of restaurants and nightlife nearby. The tram station is less than 5 minutes away walking.

The front desk is on the first floor, it looks old and is not visible directly from the entrance stairs. The rooms are also on the second floor upstairs, there is no elevator available. The distribution of the rooms is unclear. Difficult to find parking near the hotel.

No breakfast was available but several good coffee shops are nearby- I esiecially liked the Cappuccino on the corner if Knesebeckstrasse and Momsenstrasse.

There is a major problem for anyone with mobility or some health difficulties. In order to reach the reception area one has to climb a steep staircase and to my room on the hotel’s first floor it was 48 steps from the pavement outside. While a lift is available for reaching rooms on higher floors, it is accessed only after climbing the stairs on at least 30 steps. This should be stated on all information about the hotel.

Nice and clean hotel and room, comfortable bed, great room cleaning service and good bathroom. Good location. Easy and quick check in and check out.

Wifi is as bad as no wifi, disconnecting every 1-2 minutes. Feels like the hotel has a cheap home router for the entire building. Wifi is the worst show stopper. No fridge, if you bring a couple drinks or snacks, there's no way to chill them.

The location is wonderful, everything was just around the corner. I want to thank Anna and Vladimir for hospitality, I really liked my room, it was neat and very quiet during the night. I definitely would like to come back!

We had some issue with the keys that stopped working on the second day, but Anna helped us a lot and the problem was resolved very easily. I also wasn't a fan of a big pillow, but it's a personal preference. Other than that, everything was okay :)

The room was the same which was showed in picture. The room was quite spacious and clean. The biggest advantage is that it is very close to train and bus station and we do not have to walk long distances.

The main entrance door was very difficult to open even after trying multiple times. Hotel should have breakfast option.

Nice location just 3 mins away from different options of transport, you can be in the central station in just 8 minutes. Reception is open 24h so you don’t need a key to access to the building like I read it was saying somebody. I arrived hours before the check in time and I could leave my luggage in the reception room. The room was nice and the heating was working perfectly.

- i wish it had breakfast option - there is a club just in front of the hotel so if you stay over a Saturday you might heard some loud music and people at some point during the night

The location was good and the room was clean and even had a small balcony.

No breakfast or parking. But street parking was available and there's also a decently priced parking garage a couple of blocks away.

The location was perfect, right around the corner from the Savignyplatz stop. There are many cafes and restaurants nearby. (Oh, and there is a 24-hr convenience store right before you enter the train entrance). The bedroom was small but comfortable. They let you store your luggage.

English would have been helpful. The night staff only speak Russian. The building is a bit strange w/ the elevator in the back (and the elevator only stops between levels).
