Modern large apartment and a beautifully equipped kitchen with large oven, fridge, washing machine and tumble dryer. Large comfortable bed. Large shower too! Quiet area and a 5+ minute walk to an excellent Bakery, English pub and restaurants.

The direct view from our windows was a building site and parking area but we were out most of the day therefore it did not really matter. Bedroom has a net blind which does not block out the bright sunshine in the morning. No manuals for aircon and kitchen appliances but we managed to get them to work. The access to the apartment is in the ground floor parking area which was confusing to find at night as we were dropped off at the front "Rental" entrance. All in all, minor issues.

Everything about the apartment was absolutely perfect, incredibly spacious, everything we needed inside the apartment for a more than comfortable week in Nashville. The building is kept to an impeccable standard and the rooftop pool and gym facilities were amazing. Location was perfect, just a stones throw away from a great bunch of restaurants, shops and cafes in the gulch. Only a 15 minute walk from downtown Nashville and Broadway and also just a 10 min walk from a 7 eleven and McDonalds if in need of quick/easy food, snacks and essentials after a LONG travel day like us! Already planning our next trip back and will definitely be staying here again!

The blinds in the apartment are pretty see through and our view was over a construction site but this didn't really impact our stay at all, just an observation!

The apartment has large, confortable spaces. It’s very clean, modern, and it’s equipped with utensils, pots, dishwasher, cooktop, microwave, and washing machine. Big glass windows and double-height ceiling in all the appartment make it even more confortable. It has large bedrooms and bathrooms - all of them with closet - a big living room integrated with the kitchen, and it’s close to Broadway Street, which is also very convenient. There is also a nice gym and swimming pool on the rooftop, but I didn’t use it. I saw viewed lots of properties and hotels on booking.com before I booked this appartment, and I can day that this is definitelly the best choice for groups or families that are looking for a good place to stay in Nashville. Best price, best quality, best location ever! Pictures reflect exactly how the appartment looks like. Self checkin and checkout worked very well.

I didn’t like that I stayed there for 2 days only. I could easily live in that appartment.

The apartment was excellent - very clean, safe, and in a great location. It’s close to everything you need and just a short walk to downtown. Communication was fast and extremely helpful throughout our stay. Beds were really comfortable, and there were plenty of towels and additional soaps and toiletries. We also used the pool facility, which was very good and a nice bonus to the stay.

The only small downside was the blinds, as they let in a lot of daylight in the morning so if you are a light sleeper make sure to bring eye mask.

The location was amazing! It was away from the noise of the busy part of downtown but still within walking distance to great restaurants, shopping, and just a 15-minute walk to the main strip. The convenience was amazing!!

When we arrived, it seemed that one of our bathrooms had not been cleaned. There was a dirty face towel in the tub and the floors were sticky. When I reached out to the staff, they were responsive and sent someone the next morning to clean, who did a fantastic job. However, it was a bit unpleasant to deal with the dirty bathroom on our first night.

Location was amazing. The apartment was very spacious and worked well for 3 couples.

One of the three bedrooms - linens were dirty and there were no spare linens in the apartment, so the couple staying in this room had to sleep on top of the bed. After a couple phone calls the next morning, new linens were delivered in the afternoon. As someone that has been in the hospitality business, I would have thought a small discount would have been applied, but just a "we're so sorry" was the response. The sheets were very very dirty. *Would have also liked to have known that one can not access the apartment early. I asked, and never received a clear answer. Just letting me know that no, at exactly 4 pm, your code will access the apartment, so do not waste your time arriving early.

The room was very clean and had a full size kitchen. This was helpful because we were able to make breakfast every morning and save a few dollars as the area is very expensive as far as restaurants and shops go. The area was clean, safe and was full of young people walking, running and I'd assume going to and coming home from work throughout the day. The rooftop pool and lounge area was very nice and the gym had ample equipment to get through a workout. If you don't mind walking and getting in your steps, it's an easy trek straight down 8th Ave to Broadway.

Our room was on the back side of the building and about 100 feet off I-40. Exit 209 to Demonbreun St is right there and all we heard was Fire/EMS sirens, motorcycles racing and 18-wheelers using their air-brakes all night long (12am - 4am) disrupting any potential for a solid night's sleep. I would have rather dealth with the construction on the building across the street in the front of the property bc that was only during the day!!! Also, floor 5 is used for AIRBNB, VRBO rentals while all other floors are for residents, many of whom have dogs that they let crap in the parking decks so you have to be on constant lookout not to step on any tootsie rolls as you walk back into the building.

Location is fantastic- felt very safe, the pool on the roof is wonderful- we enjoyed that each night we were there. We stayed in. 2 bedroom. The text msg instructions were very clear on how to enter the building. Loads of towels in bathroom and for Pool, dishwashing soap, dishwasher tabs, paper towels, Kuerig coffee machin with a few coffees‘s plus creamer, sugar, tea bags a nice little touch .

The mattresses are pretty soft, thats a preference thing, but would have been more comfortable sleep with firmer mattress. It would haven been helpful to have one dishtowel in the kitchen. Maybe there was one somewhere in the apartment but I couldnt find it.. just a minor point- I will definitely be back

Very Spacious apartment with everything you need. Comfy beds, washer, dryer and dishwasher very handy.

Instructions for check in and parking arrive way too late. We had a 3 hour drive and arrived 5 minutes before check in time and still had no full address, no instructions on where the apartment was or how to access the parking lot. We finally got the text with access codes and instructions at the exact check in time. 4pm. So it was stressful especially when we were tired .

The apartment was really nice, the upstairs pool area was lovely. It felt very spacious. I liked the location - not central Nashville but the Gulch is walkable to the centre and has its own facilities and vibe.

This is minor but just a contrast to other accommodation options. I found there was quite a lot of info from the management company, but since it's very automated and hands off, it felt a little impersonal. Charging for car parking, whilst normal in Nashville, also felt a bit harsh, as I would expect most visitors to need it.
