The overall stay was great. The breakfast was good, the rooms were clean and comfortable. And close to the mall.

The only thing I didn't like was when I arrived the system was down and they had to write down my card information on a sheet of paper. Said they would process everything once the system came available. And yet I haven't been charged yet a day later. Also I had two housekeepers enter my room twice trying to clean at 8am and 9am when check out isn't til 12... Both apologized for the mistake. Other than that everything else was good.

Everyone at the front desk was helpful and kind, even when there was a problem with our original room. The room we eventually stayed in was spotless, the beds were comfortable, and the shower was amazing. I literally took 3 showers in my one night stay just because the water pressure was that awesome. The breakfast was pretty good, they had eggs and breakfast meats, an oatmeal bar, toast and bagels, cereal, waffles, the works. The pool looked great but upon arriving I realized I forgot my swimsuit, but it looked clean and nice. For $120, this was an amazing value and I look forward to returning to Nashville and staying at this hotel again. Nothing. We had an almost flawless experience!

Everything was wonderful- the staff, the rooms, the breakfast, and the proximity to restaurants and attractions! One of the people in our party left her luggage unattended and it disappeared. The reception desk folks reviewed the video and found the guest. Then they called them. It was picked up by mistake by one of their group. The guest brought it right back and that’s all because of the efforts of the staff. That’s way above and beyond!

Hotel was easy to find from the airport. The staff were great. They have a shuttle you can take to downtown Nashville which is very convenient.

The only complaint I have is that the pipes, when someone would take a shower, had a high pitched scream that was VERY LOUD and continued as long as people were showering. Super annoying so early in the morning. Front desk immediately said they would check into it when we told them and had a video of the sound. Hopefully it was fixed.

The Operations manager, Jean; was so sweet and accommodating. We arrived in Nashville at 10 am and she allowed us to check in early which helped make our stay so much better. Also another front desk gentleman recognized me from our stay last September! This was our 4th stay with this property and we will be back! Thank you!

We were in Room 236. The Heater/Air Conditioner was noisy. We could sleep, but it was very loud.

In a nice quite location but still within easy reach of Airport, Grand Old Opry, the Opry Mills and other local attractions. And only 20 minutes from Downtown Nashville. Staff very helpful and friendly.

Indoor pool wasn’t heated so too cold to use. Room was overlooking the pool so no natural sunlight coming through which left it very dark even with lights on.

The staff were all friendly especially Rachel. The hotel was clean and comfy. The breakfast was plentiful and lots of selections. Check in and out was easy . Laundry facilities were a plus. Convenient location. Also had a shuttle service to downtown for a fair price.

Friendly and helpful staff, clean and comfortable room. Good location a close drive to the place I was going and walking distance from Logan's Roadhouse

Breakfast was poor compared to other similar hotels, specially the eggs and sausages were very soggy. Elevator is noisy, noisier than what I would consider normal. Made me a little nervous to use it

Easy access to get to the mall & the Gaylord as well as close to the main highway. The staff was very nice & answered any questions we had or concerns. The beds were very comfortable which is hard to find in accommodations not your own home.

The breakfast was sufficient but needed more option on meat such as bacon. They also had jelly but no bread or biscuits to make toast. This if not really a complaint because the stay was enjoyable & our connecting rooms were clean.

Easy access to The Grand Old Opry which is why we booked this hotel. We used the shuttle service ($10 return/person) to attend the The Grand Old Opry Christmas Show. Very convenient. Next day we used the shuttle service again to head downtown to experience Nashville in its finest. We enjoyed our stay as the rooms were a great size, suitably furnished, the bed comfortable, the bathroom was a good size and clean. Breakfast was standard hotel breakfast but service was great, the room was clean and the food well stocked.
