Good location within walking distance of downtown. Friendly and helpful front desk.

Calendar in elevator said Up restaurant was available on Friday nights. We went to sit on deck. Two tables were occupied and waitress stopped us from going out and said it was not available because we needed reservations. She was very rude about it. We had gone the night before with no problem. She said we could sit in the bar area. They were all open. We picked a table to sit at. It was dirty and smelled terrible. We sat for two minutes then left. Mostly clean room. One spot of mold in doorway of shower and a couple stains on sheets.

Every staff member I encountered during my 2 days stay (about 7 of them) were friendly, helpful, and always asked if there was anything I needed (which is rare in today's world of customer service). They were so friendly I found my conversations with them much longer than I usually have (and I travel a lot in this area). I like the different choices at breakfast, the bistro-like muffins were amazing, as was the breakfast sandwiches & they were so easy to grab and go I really appreciated not having to really think about how to eat on the go.

I thought it was a bit odd that there was a thermostat on the wall, but when I attempted to adjust it the ac/heat didn't respond. It was only when I called downstairs and the maintenance guy came up, to show me the previous maintenance guy switch the actual controls for the ac/heat were on the actual ac/heater that I was able to get the room to cool down a bit from the 78 degrees it was when I entered it. A sign or something to let people know that would have been nice.

The breakfast was good and simple. The location from Broadway and Nissan Stadium is at a decent walking distance and so keeping the car in the lot is great way to save money. Having a lounge on the roof was perfect for a night of staying in if some of your group are feeling under the weather.

Their mini mart/kiosk is lacking of selections especially with some over the counter medicine I had hoped they’d have in stock.

Breakfast was amazing - staff members: LaRaychele Steele and Charles were amazing. LaRaychele is very personable, friendly and kept the breakfast area nice and clean and stocked! Charles kept the trash picked up and both, LaRayChele and Charles provided excellent customer service. LaRaychele was our favorite! Her personality and smile lit up the breakfast area each day of our stay! LaRaychele went beyond "the call of duty" to ensure our day began with a smile and a full "tummy". We appreciate all she did for us.

The only "constructive criticism" is that there were several days/nights that we did not have wash cloths - there was a shortage. The staff did their best, but for some reason, there was a "shortage". Everyone was helpful and listened to us.

The check in staff was extremely friendly and the facility was very clean when we arrived. The rooftop bar was great to have as an alternative if you didn't want to get a car and go to Broadway. Close proximity to the airport (15 min ride) Overall, the stay was good and hotel were good for the price we paid.

Booked two rooms and they were on different floors, which wasn't convenient, as we were traveling with friends. The breakfast was okay. Some things seemed stale and not fully stocked. A lot of construction outside of our room, so it was noisy. I know that's not the hotels fault, but it was just something worth noting. The location is more laid back if that is what you're looking for, which isn't a con, but it's about a 7 min Uber or 10-15 min walk to Broadway. The room (king bed) was smaller than expected, but it was fine for two people. The sick in our room was cracked and it looked like it was fixed in a hurry, might need a little more TLC.

The employees were all friendly and helpful. Plenty of parking and easily accessible. Breakfast ending at 10:30 was nice.

Would have liked more hot breakfast items like biscuits, bacon, waffle maker. Our bedding had stains on it and the mattress base had a stain. The hot water in the sink was cloudy and didn’t have much pressure.

Just Okay. They were short staffed and things were not being replaced on the breakfast buffet in a timely manner. So, we only ate there the first morning.

Housekeeping didn't change our towels when we requested. We had to called the front desk the next morning for clean towels.

Facility was very nice. Enjoyed the rooftop after dark. Breakfast was good and I was provided gluten free muffins on request. For those with celiac disease they should have been left in their separate packaging instead of put out in a case with other muffins. But thankful for them!

Thought the price was high as the location was OK, but not a short walk to the main attractions. Also, prefer not to pay for parking.

The room was very clean super comfortable, plenty of moving around space in room and bathroom. No outside noise. Location is perfect walking distance to Gulch and Broadway activities.

The UP Rooftop bar is open to the public and a great way to enjoy views and music. I would say market this area more to draw travelers and locals in. Maybe even serve the morning breakfast service up there. It's a fantastic and unique addition to your hotel!

Breakfast was good. I do miss the waffle maker. Eggs could have been better. But all and all it was good. The staff were great. From the front desk to house keeping, to management

I wish the gym was bigger. But better than nothing. The treadmills were good. Just a word of help. The treadmills need to be cleaned. Vacuum under and around them. They will last longer
