We have stayed at Chelsea harbour a few times and has always loved the stay the rooms are lovely

How ever this morning woke up to a phone call from one of the staff about some complaints and £250 trying to be taken out of my account for something that I didn’t do and was unaware of …clearly was an accident by the person who done it (girl was with us) so spoke to the lady at the reception who said not to worry about the payment and won’t be charged arrived home and got another phone call from the same rude lady demanding payment for the damage I repeatedly apologised and said I do not have the money to pay for it to then her reply was she will report it further

Paid 100 pound for balloons and chocolates and preseco but only got balloons first had to wait until second day for rest so bit of anti climax for wife and that took two attempts at reception

Always a long wait at outside dineing two lots of guests left because of this

rooms are big, good balcony.

the food we ordered in the result took far too long. we couldn’t check in till 4 pm we was waiting around for 2 hours.

Rakesh helped set up a sofa bed in the suite he was professional polite and friendly. We were upgraded to a suite but did not get twin had requested something to do with the booking. But with sofa bed was fine. Good breakfast Anchor restaurant very expensive Spa area great

I loved the fact we were greeted by friendly staff as we drove up and it was very easy to park just outside the hotel. The room had a great outlook and was already prepared as a suite so my daughter's bed was ready. The staff were very friendly and helpful. The pool was lovely and there were enough loungers for us. Food was delicious - we had a fantastic meal in the restaurant and breakfast in our room was incredibly tasty.

Unfortunately the lift was broken so we had to use the staff one. Our meal in the restaurant took a little while to come out and some of the waiting staff could be a little more attentive - they were however very friendly. The food when it arrived was delicious and good value for money. The lockers were tricky to use in the ladies' changing room.

Complained about strong smell of marijuana in bed room from air con or window repeatedly over the days and night of stay. Staff sympathetic said would check out but no feed back received during stay. Breakfast dining understaffed, 5* hotel but had to get up and pour my own coffee as waiter kept forgetting to serve that table. Spoons are low quality like from a cafe. Breakfast bar self service but hot food could be better. Parking very expensive on site room mini bar only has water and tea cups are tiny. Had a drink from the bartender when sat at the bar and got charged a service charge .

Shower was excellent Room was clean Bed was super comfortable along with the pillows Only downside, although very minor it was noticeable, that the wardrobes higher shelf was dusty. Simple to fix, so no real issues until someone chooses to place clothes there and finds that part out.

Wasn't anything I didn't like, staff suoer friendly and helpful, atmosphere relaxing. Dinner and breakfast were great. Don't think there was anything not to be liked. The pool was not available due to repairs but not a big deal for the stay, my other half enjoyed the spa greatly. Would definitely come again.

The suite was nice. It was my birthday weekend and there was welcoming messages on the tv screen, a slice of chocolate cake left with a welcoming note in the room. The beds were decorated with welcoming messages. That was a very kind gesture. The staff were very nice, friendly and welcoming. The bathtub , the shower and the toilet. - The design of the suite accommodating both a bathtub and a shower with u separate entrance to the toilet from the corridor is very thoughtful and useful. The beds and sofa were very comfortable. The breakfast was great. A good buffet selection . It was very delicious and a great start to the day.

I had expected a five star hotel like this to have a minibar with complimentary water, soft drinks and nuts. There was no minibar but there was a small fridge for our use. Also the room service menu was not that great. . The service was prompt but the food could be better.

Spacious, clean, well equipped rooms. Use of pool and other leisure, such as sauna & steam room & gym.

Used room service for breakfast. Our food took 1hr 30mins to arrive from ordering. We had a whole meal & drink missing for one of our guests. Also we were overcharged for an additional meal we hadn't ordered. We weren't given enough cutlery. By the time the cutlery and drink arrived, the food/drink had gone cold. Although rectified easily and refunded for additional meal, it wasn't as smooth sailing as planned, especially as there is additional charges for room service/tray charges.
