Centrally located (just two stops to Victoria station and close to the Natural History Museum, Victoria and Albert etc.). Area is safe and upscale. Cafes, Pubs and superettes galore. Just a few minutes from Earl Court's station. The rooms were cosy and warm, bedding clean and bathroom well appointed. All necessities provided (tea, coffee, shampoo, shower gel). Shower pressure was great and water temperature perfect. Breakfast was a simple affair, but variety and quality was good. Staff was friendly, no issues at all.
Old building means you can hear the neighbours, but I was up at 6 every day so didn't care. If you go to bed early and are a light sleeper take some ear plugs. Some of the less accessible corners in the room would benefit ta deep clean, but that is only an aesthetic issue. The breakfast could be improved if they would offer rolls, too.

I asked for a lower ground room as my mum has difficulties with stairs. They gave us a ground floor room which was great for my mum! The Shower room was fabulous and modern, the room clean and fresh. The location from the tube station also a bonus, just a short walk down the road! Staff very friendly as well.
The breakfast was very basic. I understand it was continental but the toaster wasn't very good, you had to pop the bread down 3 times to get a decent toast. The tea bags need better canisters, someone swapped the lids on the jars and I ended up with a green tea which i don't like- perhaps use different coloured jars instead?-.

Our stay was really great! The location is excellent, very close to the Earls Court station (still Zone 01, and you can get anywhere in central London from there) and many shops, restaurants, and grocery stores. The room was spacious and comfortable. The available breakfast has everything you need to start your day without worrying about eating outside and spending extra money on breakfast. If you have a dietary restriction, you can let the staff know, and they will try to accommodate you.
It's not a big deal, but the bedroom window was not properly closing. Which turned out to be fine because the central heating was too much for us; we'd wake up sweating in the middle of the night. We then figured it out, and we were able to sleep comfortably. It might be important to note that they do not have an elevator. Gladly, we stayed on the first floor, so we had no trouble taking our luggage up.

Very nice hotel. The room was spacious and very clean. Every day the housekeeper was cleaning the room and we always had clean towels. The room was warm. We always had hot water. The bathroom was renovated and seems brand new. The neighborhood was very quiet. The underground was 7 mins walk away. Tesco, shops, restaurants and coffee shops were 5 mins away. The staff were very polite.
The only bad thing is that there is no lift. Our room was on the third floor but it was actually on the 5th. It was really hard to go to our room with the luggage we had - we had 3 big suitcases. It was exhausting to go up and down 2-3 times daily. It would be much appreciated if someone would help us with the luggage.

I recently stayed at Chelsea House Hotel in London for one night with my family, and it was a pleasant experience. The hotel is in a great location, close to public transport and within easy reach of some of London’s main attractions. The staff were welcoming and helpful, making check-in smooth and hassle-free.
Our room was clean, comfortable, and well-maintained, providing a cozy atmosphere for a short stay. The beds were comfortable, ensuring we all had a good night's sleep. Despite being in a busy area, the hotel was surprisingly quiet, allowing us to rest well. Breakfast was simple but sufficient, and the overall value for money was excellent. If you're looking for an affordable, well-located hotel in London for a short stay with family, Chelsea House Hotel is a solid choice. Would definitely consider staying again!

Lovely helpful and accommodating owners and staff. Good security and facilities. Excellent location 5 mins walk from Eare Court Tube. Good shower pressure. Coffee and tea to help yourself to during the day. Clean sheets and towels. TV in room. Tea and coffee facility in room. Lovely Christmas tree and lights. Left luggage storage m. Beautiful old building. Breakfast basic but OK and plentiful. Great coffee. Comfy beds.
Double glazed windows are old and bowed so don't fit properly and a lot of street noise at night if facing main road. Rock Hard pillows. Last residents old socks in cupboards so not cleaning inside cupboards. Needs decorating and modernising decor but would cost a lot on a building this size even painting the walls plain neutral colour rather than patterned wallpaper would work wonders though.

The hotel was in a great location 5 minute walk from Earl's Court tube station, allowing easy access to London. It was a really nice area with shops and bars nearby. The hotel was really nice and the bedroom and bathroom were surprisingly big for London. The bed was big and really comfy and the rooms were clean. Breakfast was continental with a good choice of cereals, yoghurt, fruit, pastries, and toast. The staff were really nice and helpful. We had no TV remote in our room, and the gentleman on reception was really helpful and apologetic. Overall, it was a really nice hotel at a good price with easy access to London. Had a great stay and will definitely stay again.
One minor criticism, could do with an additional mirror, preferably a full-length one.

Great location, price, friendly staff. Shower was excellent, nice bathroom fittings. Continental breakfast was good; nice to have it included in the price, which was very reasonable for central London. My room was cleaned during my two-night stay, which was welcome as not all hotels offer this service as standard now.
Not quite as polished presentation as other hotels; only one bedside light provided and wasn't very good, main light didn't work (blown bulb?), the power cable to the kettle seemed too short to meet the inaccessible plug socket so I had to move it to use; the extension cables/ plug socket hanging over the wardrobe was a bit of a concern, which I didn't touch, but nothing that constituted a major problem.

Great value by London standards. Five minutes walk from Earl's Court station. Located in a charming old building typical for West London, so it felt authentic. I had the room in the basement-with-windows that are so common in these historic houses. It was bit dump, but windows could be opened, and there was a heater to warm the room up after the airing.
Queue for breakfast. I was an early starter to commence the breakfast, and then I felt pressed to finish my morning coffee faster than desired, as people were standing by the restaurant door waiting to get seated.
