Perfect location. Just walking distance to South Kensington tube station. Nice neighbourhood. Room was nice. I had a street view. People in the lobby were friendly. They tried to help. All appliances were working properly. Bed was comfortable. The deposit of GBP 150 which was blocked was released as soon as I checked out. I sent an email to ask the situation and quickly I got a response with document which was very professional. Overall, I had a good time. I plan to stay again.

Just bring your soap with you. There was no soap in the bathroom. I asked for one but they said it's not provided. You can buy it in the market on the way to the hotel and also grab water. Only a few TV channels. Not a big deal, but there could be more alternative.

The studio we rented was just amazing. Enough space for me, my wife and bavy daughter. Electrical Heater, a bed and a sofa bed, a desk, a closet and more drawers if needed. The staff, especially Adam and the Egyptian guy at night shift were very helpful and flexible. You will meet one "grumpy" reception girl during your stay, but she's collaborative and helpful. We had extra sheet, towel and blanket, upon request. We couldn't expect more. The location is few minutes from Glouster Road tube station with Piccadilly line that can take you straight to central London. Hyde park is at 15 minutes walk. Several restaurants and pubs, Tesco, Waitrose and Sainsbury's around the corner for groceries and dinning out. I wud definitely go back there. Oh and you won't find cheaper than that in the that zone.

There's a 200 GBP deposit that you'll have to pay at the check-in and you will not collect thwm until check out. This is frustrating as Booking mentions this only down the bottom of the page, whereas it should be a PS important note. It wud affect your budget if you intend to do shopping. The Elevator is too small. Bathroom towel drier doesn't work. You got neighbors in the other side of the road, so you will need to lower the curtains to have some intimacy at night time.

Location,quietness of the room.

Would have preferred some view but not a real complaint as thanks for the room position we found our stay very quiet. As mentioned before dish soap and basic kitchen accessories like sugar or coffee are lacking

Great location. We were able to walk to the train station in 5 minutes. There were grocery stores close by, just near the train station. Also close to attractions such as Natural History Museum, Victoria and Albert Museum, Kensington Palace, Harrods, just to name a few. The bath was great to be able to relax in after some very big days of walking long distances throughout London! Plenty of food options close by if you want take away or a restaurant meal. We used the kitchen facilities and fridge to make our own food most days/nights. Free to use washing machines and dryers. Staff were very helpful.

The person in the room above made a lot of noise throughout the night walking around their apartment, which we heard very easily. Also, when they were moving chairs and things, you could hear them dragging along the floor. Only bothered us a couple of nights. Otherwise, it was a relatively quiet place to stay.

This was our first accommodation in the London and it was great thanks to its awesome location. It has comfortable beds (even including folding sofa bed - it has proper mattress as on the bed). Our apartment was clear and the small kitchen corner meets all our expectations for heating the meals. Hotel staff guided us during checking seamlessly and they gave us all the information needed.

It was cold in the room when we arrived, but switching heating on solved this problem. If you need to have warm room in time you just arrive, call to the hotel in advance to check the temperature in the room.

No breakfast as not a hotel; studio apartment short-term let. Very clean and tidy, great location. Safe and comfortable. No complaints at all; would recommend for these who are happy to be independent and like to eat out.

Staff a bit boring but perfectly polite. If you are looking for a clean, tidy, comfortable and convenient place to base yourself then this doesn't really matter

Excellent Value. Room newly renovated and very clean Comfortable bed Plenty of storage space Safe Plenty of seating and a table. Good bathroom Didn’t use the microwave, hobs or fridge but all looked fine. Good wifi

Safe is on a high shelf which may be difficult to access if small. No instructions for safe though easily found online (take one battery out, put back in and press red button above batteries then enter code you want to use followed by tick). TV had no reception as cable in back is loose just needs re terminating so expect it wil be fixed fairly quickly.

Do Not Read the Bad reviews as they are all bullocks ! Honestly this place exceeded my expecations after reading some reviews before actually going there. The staff are very helpful, the size of the room is Top ! the location superb, as has easy connections 6 min walk to the station. The bathroom also comes with shampoo shower gel etc, the Sauna and gym are very comfortable and so is the Jacuzzi. I have used all the facilities of these premises before commenting on here. The neighbourhood is the poshiest area, really good vibe and has some local coffee shops and pubs around. I will def recommend this place.

The mattresses need to be changed - they are too soft.

Great helpful staff, happy to show me how to work unfamiliar appliances, lift to all floors, washing machine available, 24 hour staffing at front desk is great, extra linen and toiletries as required. Great location near 2 tube stops with central/district and picadilly lines, loads of busses, handy to town and palace, parks, museums etc...

Was not cheap but hassle free, secure and good for solo female if you want your own space with all facilities

I loved the location it was amazing! Had near by excess to tube station , bus station within 10 mins walking distance.... The studio we booked was cozy and comfy, had good facilities required for a short tripped .. and Moreover spacious . Staff members Andrea (the woman) and the guy staff were nice ☺️!

The hand shower was not working , while the head shower had sprinkler on all different directions ... And the water came out of the tub because of it. It was inappropriate to shower while the nob wasn't working properly. Wished to have common area to sit on.
