Fantastic room overlooking the river. Loved the free ferry. Great views from the terrace whilst having a drink. Excellent food at the restaurant in the evening

Cooked breakfast was lukewarm and cold

Quirky rooms with bare brick walls and nautical theme. The free boat shuttle from Canary Wharf is frequent and good fun! Free cookies on arrival :)

The nearest tube is across the water at Canary Wharf, which is 10 mins by boat and then another 10 mins walk.

Spacious room. River / Canary Wharf view. Really handy to have the free ferry to get across to Canary Wharf - short walk to loads of bars / restaurants and the tube. Or get the clipper east to Greenwich or West to rest of London. Very friendly, helpful staff.

Nothing really. Would be helpful to have bottle refill station in reception.

The location was perfect for phantom peak. The beds were really comfortable and the bar staff make lovely cocktails. Also the view of Canary wharf at night is pretty great. One of the best breakfasts I've ever had at a hotel.

The drink prices left something to be desired. However, the quality and service helped soften the blow.

The staff were fantastic. Location was gorgeous. The public spaces are well decorated and high quality.

The rooms are a little tired. They need money spent on them. Sound proofing was poor. Could hear every foot step in room above. Squeaky floorboards outside our door in the corridor. Could hear other guests taking showers.

The bed was very comfortable. Great breakfast. Free ferry across to canary wharf to catch the Uber boats into London, which was great.

There are no fridges in the rooms only in family rooms. It is advertised that they have them.

The staff were very friendly and helpful, they couldn't do enough for us. We stayed in a 2 bedroom family room which was brilliant. There was a TV in oth rooms, plenty of space, nice bathroom, and a surprise balcony area overlooking the London skyline. Each room has its own heating system and was lovely and warm. Tea and coffee were provided, but bottled water has to be paid for. The breakfast was amazing, we are vegetarian and there were so many options, including vegan croissants and hot food options. There were cereals, fruit, toast, and much more. The free boat crossing the river was very handy, but check evening times as we got stuck for 40 minutes waiting for one later on.

The heating system was fine, but tricky to figure out. Even though there are instructions on the wall, it took a few goes to get it right.

The staff were great, breakfast lovely and the ferry to canary wharf made it so much better. We'd booked for August with the kids too and we were going to cancel due to the distance to the centre however once staff informed us of the uber into the centre it added to the trip. Checkout at 12pm is great too.

Only part I didn't like was being woken at 11am (went back for a nap after breakfast) by knocking at the door, asking if we were checking out that day. We were, but checkout was 12pm so not sure why we had to be disturbed to ask.

The staff were very helpful and pleasant. They were always ready to listen to requests and assist where possible.

I asked for a walk in shower facility on arrival and was given an alternative room. The shower was great but the room was exceptionally small in comparison to other rooms. This was not pointed out initially and I didn't like to complain.
