- Really good location (we actually used buses mostly and some points of interest were within walking distance) - nicely sized room with a window - comfortable beds - very good value for money (in my opinion)
- the online check in didn't work as expected, specifically the e-key cards didn't work properly and we were given a regular hotel key card to our room. Thankfully, a staff member was present at the reseption desk and resolved this issue for us in no time. - the room lacks some kitchen features - there is a kettle, but no mini fridge/ microwave. The room is not suitable for storing food items such as yogurts/cheese. - very little hanging space in the bathroom for towels and clothes, and addition of a hanger or two would be great (this happens in many hotels, but still).

From day 1 of arrival, the welcome, the check-in, the security concept, the outstandingly well-equipped room (and bathroom), to the very rich buffet in the morning to the check-out (and suitcase storage) on the last day - everything went as you would like in a four-star hotel. The person is consistently very friendly and helpful. Questions and concerns are quickly answered and resolved. The security is not only ensured by the key card system, but also by the nice gentlemen who make sure that every guest can safely return to his (own) room around them. In addition, you can rent an umbrella on rainy days. And you should not be afraid to just ask for tips for an excursion or a restaurant. All staff really try to make the stay as unforgettable as you want. In my case, I would like to thank a big thank you to an employee named Anand. Unfortunately, I only got to know his kindness and helpfulness shortly before my departure. As a non-Englishwoman, whose mother tongue is a different one, it was a very pleasant and exciting conversation that I was allowed to have with him. Unfortunately very much too short. But because of his warm and attentive nature, he represented the hotel so well and prepared the perfect end to my stay. Should Anand read this, I hope we can continue the conversation at some point. Then my sincere thanks to everyone in the hotel. I am looking forward to my next visit in the course of this year. Thank you 🙏
I can list any criticisms.

Breakfasts were fresh, offered comprehensive choice, and were tasty and nutritious. Staff throughout the hotel were friendly, courteous and always helpful without being intrusive. Rooms in City Sleeper were well designed and modern. The en suite provision was good: functional and well planned. Lack of air conditioning was generally compensated for by effective heating and an openable window. Lighting in the room was intelligently located. Altogether then, we found this to be a very pleasant and well-managed hotel in an excellent location. For example, the number 14 bus two minutes walk away provides frequent transport to many desirable parts of the city.
We found the duvets rather heavier than we desired, the alternative being to remove the duvet from its cover and to use a large sheet over it as no rugs or blankets were available. Provision of an alternative - eg, a throw - would be a worthwhile solution here.

The room was spacious and the beds were really comfy. The bathroom was quite small but perfect for a short stay with a good shower, towels toiletries etc. Security was good. in that a key card was required to get to the area where are room was. The location was really good, very easy to get to the places we had planned to go. Also well served by a few local restaurants and small supermarkets.
The only slight downside was the windows are not double glazed so if there was noise it could be heard. More of a problem the second night which was a Friday end of month. It felt slightly cold but we realised when we were leaving there was a plug in heater in the room but we hadn't noticed. Also the beds were so warm and cosy it didn't really matter.

The quick and friendly reception. Comfy beds. The fact there was netflix on the TV. Fan in room. Rooms were modern and clean. Shower was great and added bonus of great products. Our highlight has to be the breakfast, great service from staff, food was really nice with a great selection, good layout, food was always topped up and was a very quick turn around with seating but you didn't feel rushed. Best experience of breakfast we have had from a hotel.
The heat of the room when we arrived, the heating was on with windows shut and it was like a sauna as it was such a hot sunny day. Thankfully we had a fan in the room and worked out how to turn the radiator off with a tiny switch. Plus there was no coffee in the room, you probably could request this though.

The room fully matched the photos, and the beds and pillows were very comfortable. The room was very warm, which is a great advantage during the cold season. The breakfast was quite good for its price, and despite the high occupancy in the breakfast area, we were immediately provided with a table and didn’t have to wait. The hotel's location was excellent; everything was within walking distance, and there were also small grocery stores nearby.
The room really lacked a toilet brush. It was fairly clean, but not perfect. It would be great if an adapter for charging could be borrowed at the front desk during the stay. The room had two USB ports, but they were far from the beds, which was not very convenient. Also, if you are sensitive to any noise, the radiators and thin walls might be an issue, though it wasn’t critical and didn’t bother us in any way.

Great location around the corner from the British Museum and 200m from Russell Sq station on the Piccadilly Line. Took about 15 minutes to get in to central London - Leicester Sq/Covent Garden etc. Good breakfast - could always get a seat and big selection. Comfy rooms with everything you would need. We had a room on the main road so occasionally it got quite loud but nothing too disturbing. Big luggage room and the hotel would keep luggage on arrival and check out.
First impressions at reception weren’t great - arrived early (around 9am) and were just grumpily told to put the bags in luggage hold. And then when we got back to actually check in there was a huge line that seemed to go unbelievably slowly. Whatever the process/system is to check in, it couldn’t cope with the number of guests at that time. Maybe it was just a busy time of year but it was probably a 30 minute wait to check in, in a very small space!

The room was incredible; everything was completely clean and set out brilliantly, the mattress and pillows were amazingly soft and comfortable. Shower gels provided were a lovely addition. The decor and feel of the hotel was amazing. All staff were polite, professional and welcoming. The breakfast was very good, fresh, tasty and appealing. My partner and I had our first trip together and this hotel helped making it special for us. 100% staying here more and more.
The prices of drink in the restaurant and the 24hour store were a little high. The shower was quite weak - Good temperature only not very powerful.

Absolutely great location - just a few steps from Russell Square station (direct Piccadilly line service to Heathrow). Within a walking distance to Oxford Street, British Museum and many more. The room was modern, clean with very comfortable and newly renovated bathroom. Very comfortable bed. Good and tasty breakfast, helpful staff.
No air conditioning in the room, just a heater (quite noisy), and a small manual fan (in the event of too high temperature). Also no toilet brush and no fridge. I think this should be essential for the 4-star hotel. Very thin window (I could hear the traffic) and door.

Beautiful clean modern room loved my stay in my room
Breakfast was not so good as we had to tell the waiter twice that all the Breakfast trays for the English breakfast were all empty we had to wait 20 minutes for them to refill the buffet trays 😕
