Location was perfect for our needs. Quiet road within a short walk of restaurants bars etc. Staff were absolutely lovely, Paul in particular. Friendly, helpful, attentive but not intrusive. Showed a genuine interest in all guests and generally a really nice bloke. Breakfast was great, choice of full English, cerials croissants etc. Very clean and well presented. Would definitely stay there again if in tbe area.

Nothing I didn't like. I did expect there to be a restraunt on site because it said as much on booking. Com. That wasn't the case but it really didnt matter as there were so many places to eat less than 5 minutes walk, and it was perfectly ok with them to bring take away in too.

The staff were very helpful and friendly and the room was nice with a good ensuite. My partner enjoyed the good sized bath with plenty of hot water. Plenty of teas and coffees with a pack of tasty biscuits and a sachet of hot chocolate. Choice at breakfast was very good and the chef was welcoming and very helpful. The hotel building itself looked really interesting and despite there being lots of shops, restaurants and pubs in the street at the end of the road, the hotel was quiet with lovely birdsong in the morning. A great place to stay.

The only thing i wasn't keen on was that i felt the pillows were hard but thats personal choice and i am sure that if i mentioned it they would proably have found a softer pillow. As we were only there for 1 night i didnt think this was a big problem and i slept well.

It was perfect for Headingley stadium and that it also had parking and was very close to local coffee shops etc. I suppose this is why the price is a little high for what it is. The building is beautiful and old. The staff were amazing and so helpful. We would stay again because of where it is.

Our bedroom had a new bed which was so comfortable and furniture was new to. The decor was a little run down and peeling a little. The shower over the bath was horrendous, even though I tried to control it because it was so powerful we ended up with water over the floor even though I put the shower curtain to try and stop it.. it just needs a little bit of money spent to freshen it up. Be aware that there are hundreds of students in this area so very busy in pubs at weekends.

Room nice and warm, king size bed and pillows very comfortable, duvet not right size for bed, more for a double, but we slept well. Bathroom dated, shower over bath, mat had to be requested, bit slippery without. Nice touch with the soap etc in a basket. Lovely quiet location, free car parking. We got a taxi into the city centre at a cost of about £8, better than driving in and trying to find parking. Staff were great, very friendly and helpful, breakfast was plentiful and very fresh and tasty. Check in time was fabulous, 2pm. We would stay again.

Very large room and comfy bed. A real luxury to have a place to sit and have a cup of tea. Bathroom was a great size and very clean. What made our stay (as well as the lovely room) was the staff. They were really welcoming and helpful, especially the night porter who got us some extra teabags and biscuits. Great breakfast too. I would definitely recommend and will be going back.

The only small thing was the bathroom sink didn’t drain very quickly. I should have mentioned when I left but it slipped my mind.

Room was very clean, and the staff were so very nice. I really appreciated how kind they were and how tolerant of my boys energetic behavior. The free parking was easy and it was just a short walk to the bus stop.

The shower had a poorly taped hose to the shower head, resulting in a leak that likely contributed to the poor water pressure in the shower. The breakfast was quite good, but, it could have been excellent with a few small touches like fresh instead of canned tomatoes, fresh instead of canned fruit, and a bit more variety. One can get a full English here.

The room here was splendid! Really spacious, warm and felt very cosy. The bathroom was lovely as well, clean and had both shower and bath, brilliant! Location wasn't too far from central Leeds (10 mins in an Uber) and the perfect distance from all the noise and bustle of the city. I had a fab nights sleep. Breakfast was well laid out and plenty of options. Can i also add a big thank you to the lady who allowed me to work in the room next door, i really did appreciate that!

Nothing, the hotel was fabulous.

The hotel was in the perfect location for our stay, very close to shops and bars and a quick 10 min taxi ride into Leeds but set down a quiet leafy street. The hotel staff were so friendly and helpful, our room was a very good size and the bed was very comfortable.

It’s not the swankiest hotel in the world but that worked perfectly for us because it was very good value for the price and it was perfect for somewhere relaxed and comfortable for our stay over in Leeds for an event.

The room was very spacious, with a ‘turret’ bay window. We liked the comfy bed, quiet location and friendly staff. Overall, the hotel has a nice feel to it with lots of character. We would come back.

The shower was a bit of a trickle, and was also quite old and a bit discoloured. The bathroom could do with a bit of repainting in places. Breakfast was well prepared, but the offer could be more imaginative.

This is the second time we have stayed at Haleys Hotel because we love the ‘home away from home’ feeling! We travel down from Scotland for slam dunk festival every year and this is now our go to stay. The breakfast is fantastic and everyone is so welcoming and friendly - nothing like being woken up to the smell of a cooked breakfast! Super easy to get a quick Uber into the centre and in a nice tucked away location from the main strip.

I can’t fault anything with this property we love everything about it.
