The staff was super friendly and helpful, my friend was arriving on a different day from mine and they were super accomodating, on top of that they offered me a laundry service since some apartments come with a washing machine and some don't. The building was super quiet, yet close to the centre and easy to reach, very close to Haymarket station from where you can take Tram and Train Services. I will definitely recommend it in the future, I felt as if I was staying at my own home.
I don't think I have anything to complain. Perhaps a little more selection of teas would be nice to have? and a sponge for the kitchen. But these really are minor personal things to suggest that don't change the wonderful review.

The location was good. About a 20 min walk to old town. What makes this place worth it, is the staff. Everyone was amazing., they really go above and beyond to make sure guests are comfortable. Everything you need, restaurants, grocery stores are about a 5 min walk. Could not recommend this place more for anyone traveling to Edinburgh for the 1st time. The staff at the front desk really went above and beyond with helping me as I was looking for an apartment in Edinburgh for the 1st time. I will come back with names of the staff so hopefully they are recognized for their hard work.

The apartment was large and spacious and very convenient for our purposes. Price was reasonable as it was midweek.
The central heating boiler was very noisy, more than just the noise you would expect from a boiler. Noisy rattling sounds. The bedding was spotlessly clean however the pillows had a very stale smell and were unpleasant. Park garage was really a mess with lots of rubbish and pigeon droppings over everything. The whole set up, apartments and parking looked as though it really needed a stricter regime to keep it well maintained.

The room was very comftable and clean, it eas lovely and quiet, the kitchen was well equipt and the bathroom was a decent size, beds were very comftable. Unfortunately for us our daughter was poorly with a sick bug on our last night and didn't quite make it to the loo in time and threw up on the bathroom floor, we didn't have the facilities to clean it up in the room but reception are ooen 24/7 and the guy on reception came to our rescue at 3am with a mop and bucket and was super helpfull and even offered to clean for us!! Exceptional customer service very friendly staff. Lovely apartment we will be staying here again in the future!

Excellent choice. The flat is excellent, spacious, comfy and clean. All the appliances worked perfectly, the kitchenware was good and efficient, and they even had a washing machine.
The only problem is the Location. It was very hard to get to the place even though it was not far from a Train and Tram station. Google Maps didn't work properly. The area is full of new building blocks, offices and hotels, and the area is aired and clean, although the neighbourhood environment is not so nice to walk around. Distances are not far from the main attractions, but the pathways are not too nice to enjoy, especially at night. That was the only downside.

Bed was super comfy and a good size. Everything appeared clean and tidy. Good location within walking distance of all main attractions and good choice of restaurants and bars. Close enough to main shopping area. Appreciated the free parking, and it was easy to find.
I felt overall the room was a little dark and the lighting could be improved. For instance, in the bedroom, the long , full length mirror as no light near to it. Also internal doors to our apartment could not be left open , which we didnt like as we were travelling with a child so would prefer to have the doors open - we propped them open with a chair so it was easily sorted. Bedroom was quite cramped, whereas there was a large hall or vestibule-i would prefer less of a hallway and more room around the bed.

The property included all the essentials required for a small family trip. It was comfortable and warm.
Hot water was rarely hot. It was more closer to warm. Having to keep asking for toilet roll was a little frustrating and would have been nice if they gave out a pack of 4 rather than 1 roll!!. Double glazing door in room 1 block 7 needs to be seen as it doesn’t shut properly. I wish I had booked the 2 bedroom apartment as it’s more spacious as the 1 bedroom apartment is a little claustrophobic. It’s a half decent place in a great location but a little over valued for what it was.

The location of the aparthotels is not in the old town or middle of prince street but it’s really close to every thing you would like to visit , there are 3 bus stations near you that you can use to go anywhere you wish. The garden view is so peaceful and pretty. And the area is quiet and truly comforting. The water pressure and boiling is working really well.
Along our stay the room cleaning didn’t visit our apartment but once, I don’t know if we were supposed to ask for cleaning ourselves each day. Also the floor had an annoying noise in some areas of the apartment but other than that everything was great.

Very cozy apartment and very quiet neighbourhood. The bed was so comfortable! Also, the heating system was amazing and very useful. The bathroom was well equipped, and we loved the towel heater. The common balcony was a pleasant surprise. The TV with Chromecast was amazing. The staff was incredible: they were really nice to us, always ready to help.
More kitchen utensils (knives, bowls, pans, plates, etc.) would be good. There was a dishwasher but no tablets/pods for it. There was no dishwashing sponge. There was a layer of dirt underneath the sofa, as well as on the kitchen drawers.

The location was perfect, 20 minutes walk into the city centre, but there was a bus stops and tram stops less than a 5 minute walk away. The apartment had excellent facilities and comfortable beds. The size of the room exceeded our expectations. The only thing was, there were no door stops, so a bit noisy at times, a trivial thing. Everything else was fab. Loved that we had a small kitchen/ dining area so we could enjoy breakfast before we set off for the day. Stay City provided tea, coffee, and sugar There was an iron and ironing board available to us as well, everything we needed at our fingertips. The staff were very friendly and welcoming, I would definitely use Stay City again.
