For the money paid, I was satisfied with the night I stayed there and the room was modern and cosy!

Limited breakfast. Continental style in self-service kitchens situated on each floor. You are sharing one table with guests on each floor.

Great location and very clean. Bed was extremely comfortable.

The only gripe I have is that the room got very hot at night, with only a desk fan for aircon - could really do with having proper aircon fitted but I understand it's difficult to retrofit older buildings.

The luggage room did not lock and there were no tags on individual bags. The staff might be keeping an eye who goes into the room, but they did not make sure that people take only the bags they own

Excellent location, very friendly and helpful staff. Compact room but it had everything I needed. Clean. Late opening convenience store next door. Could walk everywhere easily. Could stow bags after checkout which was helpful. Plenty of hot water. Decent value for money.

The bed was big enough for just me but would have been small if for two people. The breakfast was nice and served on the same floor which was handy, but the cheese slices were in the same tray as the ham slices with one pair of tongs, which was off putting for me as a vegetarian. I left feedback about this so hopefully they will change this. I was surprised that housekeeping had come into my room whilst I was out to clear away the extra free toiletries even though I had a do not disturb sign on my door. Pillows are quite fat.

The staff were friendly & helpful. Every floor has a kitchen where you can help yourself to drinks, cereal, toast, ham, cheese and fruit in the morning from 7-10am. The location is fantastic. It is very central and near plenty of bars and restaurants. It's near a ot of the main bars that do live music in the afternoon and evening every day. A lot of these places serve food as well. The room has everything you need, tea and coffee facilities that are topped daily. Lovely shower and a tv that you can get YouTube on, etc. Towels are also replaced daily.

The hotel was noisy every morning early on. The floor boards and doors opening and closing all of the time we're loud. There were road works outside next to the hotel so of you are thinking of booking soon take ear plugs. It didn't bother me because I wore ear plugs so it didn't affect my stay. The bed was a small double & you have to climb over the person next to you to get in and out of bed. It's difficult because you can't do it without disturbing the person you are climbing over. Again, it didn't affect my stay. I was aware of this when I booked. Long stay I would have booked somewhere else, but we were only doing 3 nights. It was fine. The bed was comfortable.

Location is great. Excellent corner shop next door. Good private patio for smokers. Room layout is comfortable. Bed is comfortable. Good shower pressure and bathroom in general. Very clean. Secure. Lovely staff.

The lift sounds very clunky, drops when you step into it and struggles to get the doors open on certain floors. There is a usb wall socket in the room that shines extremely brightly, disrupting sleep. Not enough power sockets. Worst of all though is the breakfast room-a socially anxious person’s nightmare. A room with ONE six-seat table for the whole floor of at least eight rooms. People were bringing chairs in from their rooms because there weren’t enough to all squeeze around this tiny table.

Comfortable bed, plenty of room for a couple. Plenty of channels on the TV. You could see one of the Harland and Wolff cranes from the window! Incredible location, close to everything you need, including pubs, restaurants and the big shops. Centra was next door for anything you needed. Receptionist was very nice. Vending machine in the lobby. Only a short taxi ride to Titanic Experience. Room had a cool industrial feeling. It reminded me of the Rezz in Cork.

(mild complaints) Lift was very jittery. Stubborn flusher on the toilet. Weird noises coming from shower drain, especially after using the loo. The breakfast was nice enough, but sparse and only really for a quick nip in and out, plus the kitchen ceiling looked quite mouldy. If you wanted housekeeping you had to pay a small fee.

Close to all amenities. Warm rooms, bigger than expected (we were in a corner room so not sure if this had anything to do with it or if all are the same) with big windows. Basic but very decent breakfast with a few options, despite the limited seating available. Our room was very clean and staff were friendly. WiFi was strong enough.

Noise from the corridors every night such as doors closing, people talking while walking to their rooms, etc. Not fully the hotel's fault, but guess the doors/walls could have better soundproofing as we're not light sleepers and still got woken up every night because of this. Since the bed is next to a wall, it's almost impossible for the second person to get up without waking the other one up. Bed is also on the smaller side. Despite this, we were aware of it before booking, so it wasn't a big issue for us.

The bed was incredibly comfortable, and I appreciated the little touches like the complimentary bottled water and coffee. The housekeeping team did an excellent job of maintaining cleanliness throughout my stay.

Honestly, there wasn't anything I disliked during my stay. Everything was well-organized, and the experience exceeded my expectations. Great job by the team!
