Bay Tree Cottage far exceeds any 5 star hotel. We received a lovely warm welcome from Susan, she was exceptional. Bay Tree Cottage is immaculately clean, beautifully decorated, luxurious and very relaxing. Susan has thought of everything to make it a first class experience. In our opinion it was faultless and we only wish we had discovered it sooner. It was the perfect place to re-charge and we cannot wait to return.

Susan met us at the appointed time and had lit a gorgeous fire which we enjoyed so much during our stay as it is winter. The place was spotless and so pretty. amazing beds like in a 5 star hotel. Dish washer, washing machine, ensuite bathrooms. Just so homely and cosy and beautifully decorated. Good TV and great communication with the hosts who answered any questions we had and were so kind. Great value for money. Would recommend and would go back!

Absolutely beautiful little cottage that exceeded our expectation. The weather was cold, but the cottage was snug and warm. The cottage is fitted out with anything you could possibly need or want. Beds were very comfortable, the bedrooms had plenty of space. The entire cottage was beautiful. Susan the host was very helpful and friendly. We will definitely return.

There is nothing in this cottage that could have been improved upon.

Everything about the property was first class. Quality was first class. No issues whatsoever.

Found duvet very heavy in main bedroom for time of year & had to move to single bed in 2nd room for more comfortable sleep. Also, as I use a wet shave, sink stopper in main en-suite was not working. So a little frustrating

Position, position, position. Idyllic views of neighbouring farmland but only minutes from Hillsborough (with visit to Royal residence and garden a 'must') and 30 minutes to Belfast. The cottage is stylish, immaculate and comfortable with luxury bedding. Susan welcomed us on arrival and was responsive to any queries we had during our visit. One of the nicest places we have ever stayed.

This place is very special... We enjoyed a wonderful 4 night stay. The cottage is beautiful...exceptionally clean, fabulously furnished, luxurious linens and towels. Everything feels brand new. The only thing more beautiful than the cottage is the people who own it. Susan and Willy are exceptional hosts, the kindest, sweetest people you will ever meet. We will be back!!

The cottage was simply stunning. It has been beautifully decorated and is spotlessly clean. It is such a relaxing haven, I really did not want to leave. The gardens around the cottage are beautifully maintained and there is a lovely view across the fields to far away hills. Susan is a wonderful hostess. She baked lemon drizzle cake and short bread biscuits for me to have when I arrived. They were gorgeous. I am already planning my next visit to Bay Tree Cottage.

Everything was prefect

Everything was good. Host ( Susan) very friendly and helpful. Accommodation finished to a very high standard with lots of extra comforts not normally available. Lovely outdoor spaces too if the weather is kind.

Absolutely evertything. I was stunned at the place when I opened the door, it is beautiful, clean, well decorated, very cute cottage in the country side. It felt like home.
