The staff were excellent, we had a few teething issues which were quickly resolved. The staff which we dealt were very helpful, can only remember one name Stuart, he was very great. Location is excellent, would stay again.
Minor things . We stayed for 3 nights and the cups were not washed once, we left the ticket on the door to be cleaned, only the bed was made, bins still full, no teas or milks were topped up. We had to ask for top ups. Door key didn’t work on numerous occasions at the first door downstairs so had to keep asking the staff to let us through

Very friendly welcome. All staff on breakfast were very nice and welcomed in the morning before eating and while taking our room number. Breakfast was great. Lovely food and good choice.
Day 1 - put the sign on the door handle for no cleaning required. Day 2 - removed the sign as we had run out of toilet paper but room wasn't cleaned and ended up with a sign on the door handle despite me removing it in the morning before we left for the day. Day 2 - what's apped asking for toilet paper. It didn't arrive so we asked at the bar for it later on. It was delivered within 5 minutes of asking face to face. Day 4 - got a reply from the what's app saying it would be delivered but we were already checked out and at home by that time. Room was very stuffy despite window being open and hard to work the thermostat. Windows above the beds were loose and didn't stay up well. Socket on wall next to the mirror is loose.

The hotel is in a great central location. The room was good, the bed was a good size and very comfortable. I was given an accessible room, which I didn't require, but it was perfectly usable. The room had an interconnecting door with the next room; there was a small amount of noise from the next door, but nothing which caused a problem. The view was over a central courtyard, which was OK. The food and drink offered on the ground floor are excellent. I had an evening meal and breakfast on both days of my stay. The breakfast offerings were varied, with hot and cold options and of very good quality.
There was an issue with the TV in the room; it wasn't a big problem as I wasn't in Belfast to watch TV. I found the air-conditioning switched into heat mode in the middle of the night. I don't know if it was something I did or not, but I woke up in the early hours very warm. There was a continual hum in the room which didn't come from the air-con. It wasn’t a huge issue but was noticeable.

Staff so friendly and helpful, above and beyond expectations. Breakfasts really good, pizzas and snacks excellent. Rooms very clean despite refit going on. Staff really well organised. Only negative was the beds. We had twin beds and they were very narrow. Beds were sturdy good mattresses and toppers, good duvets although the duvet covers very oversized, just the beds too narrow which impaired comfort and sleep. However it was a good location for city centre the staff and facilities for food and drink were excellent and the hotel was very clean. Best budget hotel I’ve stayed in for a long time.

The breakfast was absolutely amazing. The scrambled egg was the nicest I have ever had. Everything was so tasty and so fresh. It was actually tastier than you would get at some 4 and 5 star hotels. Everything was so clean and spotless. Nearly all the staff couldn't do enough for you. I will definitely be returning if I go back to Belfast.
The only fault I had was when we arrived at 7 15 we were told that we had to be down by 7 30 for last orders for dinner. I thought that was very odd. We had breakfast and dinner included in our package and we weren't ready to eat then. When I asked the next morning I was told that dinner was served until 9. So I was very disappointed with this.

Loved the manager and the guy who made the cocktails for the updated Christmas cocktail photos . Gave us loads of ideas and help with what to do and what pubs to go and visit. Double room very spacious Everything was literally in walking distance and was so easy to get to
The sink pipes smelt when running the taps in the bathroom . There was a staff member called Jonny , I found him quite rude. He needs to be careful what he says about the troubles as it can offend people also somethings should be kept for his private life and remain professional when his meant to be working

The hotel was in a convenient location. We checked in early and the hotel stored our cases until later in the day so we could go sightseeing. We paid for breakfast on our second day, plenty of choice and a fair price. We also got a pizza from the bar to take back to our room, one was big enough for 2 to share.
The view from our room on the 8th floor was the balconies of the flats behind, the net curtains masked the view. We were given the wrong directions to get the bus to Belfast City Airport, the stop on Queens Street is for the International Airport, we needed to get to Grand Central Station.

Really great and super affordable hotel close to everything in Belfast. It took no more than 20 minutes to walk to anything. Check-in was easy. Room was super clean and cozy. Never heard much noise from the outside. I didn't try the restaurant downstairs but there were always folks there having a bite and I saw people bringing drinks back up to their room.
The only thing to note is that after a certain time (10PM maybe?) the front doors are locked and to get in a staff member has to visually see you to come and open the door. It was only an issue for me once when they must have stepped away to help someone or use the restroom and I was left outside for a few minutes hoping someone would see me. Otherwise there was always someone there to let me in.

Breakfast was very nice Hotel was clean and bed was comfortable plenty of room if in a room of your own Good location near city centre and bus station Staff nice and friendly Hotel does 24-7 pizza can purchase which were very nice. Cleaning staff were very good at cleaning hotel room each day.
Air con kept cutting out during the night and automatically switching to heat Pillows were not the best Bar closed early at 2200hrs for two nights of stay which was disappointing other nights was around 1am - stayed in a few hotels within Belfast and most hotel bars has been open much later for hotel quests

The location is great. An easy walk to get to buses at City Hall for all areas and the red hop on and off bus starts there too. The bus from the airport to the central bus station cost less than £5 for 2 of us and is about 7 mins walk to the hotel, just up the road. Belfast is such a friendly city with great pubs with live Irish performers. Good restaurants and shops.
We had lots of clean towels and sheets were changed during our 4 night stay but no extra toilet paper was put in the bathroom so we had to sort that out . Luckily we bought milk as that wasn’t replenished everyday of our stay.
