Lovely personell, nice breakfast and the location is within walking distance of Old Town. As a family with baby we would have scored it a 10.

We broke two coffee mugs and had to pay 300thb. We did not break them on purpose... I mean I understand if someone thrashed a room you charge money, but a coffee mug should be colleteral. Also they showed proof of that we broke it with printed photo's which seemed a bit much. 🤔 I mean we cleaned the mess ourselves. it's not that we were denying either payment or that we broke them in the first place. Seemed too much for the cause. Never have been charged for breaking a glass ever...

We were guest at this hotel for a few nights and everything was above expectations. A very clean and up to the standards hotel with kind people that will help you with every kind of question you have to make your staying as pleasant as possible. Situated in a really quiet place it’s just perfect for chilling a few days. The location of the hotel makes it easy for you to reach the Old town and shops around just by walking a couple of minutes. They have partnerships with a few companies that offer day trips , you pick and choose and they’ll do the rest. They helped me to organise a surprise for my husband and it was really amazing. Many thanks for that❤️

It was a great stay and it is close to old town. The breakfast had many options for vegetarians too.

Location was good; around a ten minute walk to the centre of Old Town. Laundrette and convenience shops close by (within a minute walk). The hotel restaurant served a wide range of food and prices were about the same as other eateries in the area. All staff were friendly and helpful. Really glad we spent a little bit more to have access to the pool on level 1 as the ground floor pool was in the shade for much of the day. Fittings and fixtures throughout had a "luxe" feel to them.

Room was generally clean but could have maybe done with a deeper clean in the bathroom (a bit of limescale build up).

We stayed at a few hotels around Phuket for our holiday and this one was the best by far. The hotel is modern, clean and well set out. We had pool access rooms, which was very nice to have after a day out in the heat. We were also lucky to get an adjoining room for our teenagers to share. The breakfast was excellent, with a good variety of selections. Good shopping and restaurants are within an easy 10 to 15 minutes walk from the hotel, with a convenience store just across the main road. Staff are friendly and helpful. Bonus points awarded for the complimentary ice cream machine at Reception - it was a nice add-on and much appreciated!

If I'd known how good this hotel was before I got to Phuket, I would have booked more nights here!

Great location if you want to explore Phuket Old Town! The hotel staff and concierge are very friendly and helpful. The room was good value for money with good Aircob. Breakfast was fine. You can book bikes, shuttles and tours directly with the hotel.

The water from the sink was smelly, better leave the sink running before using the water (shower was ok). The furniture is suboptimal and left barely any space to put our stuff (no closable wardrobe and provided coatrack has air purifier with very bright display on top). Laundry is available per item, which is way to expensive.

Everything begins here. If you ever wish to know Phuket, come here. All your journey begins here. From the management to all who serve in this hotel are superb. They attend and assist all your need. Breakfast is fabulous though this hotel is surrounded with plenty of small eatery serving vegetarian meals or any others. If you are to explore the beauty of Phuket Thai cultural, to see the wonders of Phuket Old Town, this is the best place to start with, to lodge in Ratri Hotel Phuket Old Town

NONE.. EVERYTHING IS PERFECTLY PERFECT!

We loved staying here so much for just 2 nights - wish it was longer! When we first pulled up in a taxi a member of staff came straight out to greet us and help us with our bags which was so so lovely after a long journey. Check in was also easy and all the staff were so welcoming. The room we had was so cute and seemed very high tech - the shower even showed the temperature the water was at on a digital screen.

We missed the free ice cream both days as we were out and about so would have loved it to extend past 7pm. But also understand they have to clean the machine etc., so not really anything to complain about!

My daughter left her soft toy during our stay and we called back the hotel and was disappointed when the hotel staff told us they were not able to find the soft toy. We were very surprised when the staff called back the next day to inform us their outsourced laundry found the soft toy. Great efforts in satisfying your guests!

On the first night of our stay, the water pipe burst. Although, it was disappointing. I was pleasantly surprised that the security guard and the reception staff came quickly to inspect before contacting a technician to come down immediately to fix the issue.

- The staff were so friendly and they even let us check in a bit early to our room after a long day of travelling! - The room was so comfortable and clean, really can't fault it at all! The air con was just wonderful as it was SO HOT when we stayed! - The location was great for us! We liked being a short (10 minute) walk from the centre of old town as we liked the peace however if you want to be right in the centre then this might be a little bit far away. - The pool was an unexpected highlight. I didn't expect us to spend as much time as we did in the pool but after a long day in the heat, we would come back in the evening and cool off by the pool with a cocktail and with the live music playing. The moon light on the wall made it a really lovely setting!

It was a really wonderful stay so I really am nitpicking here! - They have live music playing up until 10:30 each night. This wasn't a problem for us at all as we could only hear it slightly from our room and were still able to sleep however if you are a light sleeper or need absolute silence when you sleep then you might not like it. - breakfast was just ok (again very nitpicky as we still happily ate breakfast there every morning).
