Hotel is in an excellent location in the heart of Old Towne Phuket. My room was small but it was just me so it was fine. Bottled water is provided daily. There is a Michelin Award winning dessert cart across the street and a nice food hall a couple of doors down.

The mattress was on the firmer side. No washcloths or hand towels are provided. Because of the in-room A/C unit, you had to be in the room for electricity so the room was warm when you returned. There is no elevator but it's only one flight of stairs.

It is in a fantastic location! In the heart of Old Towne Phuket a block from Sunday Night Market. Room was very clean and they provide 2 bottles of water per day which you will need with the heat! Michellan award winning dessert cart right across the street as well as a small food hall.

There's no elevator. Because you have to put your key in for electricity, the room is hot when you arrive. I booked a 1 bed that did not have a window but that's on me. No washcloths or hand towels available.

location in the center, close to the old town of Phuket, spacious room, comfy bed and daily bottle of water provided, fridge and kettle in the room. short walking distance to the buses that are taking you to the beaches.

room was nice & clean, but I think because of all the food places, and street food stands cockroaches are normal, and we did found 2 in the bathroom across our stay, gladly they were not found in the room.

Room was very Clean in PerfectBathroom Floor was Clean and bathroom amenities replace accordingly Bed  was king bed  and bed cover bed sheet and duvet  all are goodi would like to thank to Ms Tip the manager of Na Siam she upgraded  my room  @ good View with window and also thank you so much for Housekeeping cleaning My room Ms Som  she great and hard worker   i will come back soon one i get my Vacation again we love Na Siam Guest House see you soon .....

Everything are perfect for me

The place is located in the centre of Phuket Town. The Sunday Night Market is just about 200 m away. The room was well maintained. Everything was working fine. Good security. Even though the staff didn't know English that well, they were very courteous and helpful.

Nothing much to dislike.

The location is excellent, good value for money, wi fi worked good, beds were very comfortable, it was clean, staff was nice. Rooms are basic but have everything you'd need for a shorter stay (fridge, hair dryer, water, soap...)

Be aware that there's a narrow flight of stairs at the entrance you need to carry your luggage over - wasn't a big deal for us but could be for some.

This place is in the middle of town but quiet. It’s hot modern concrete floors. I appreciated the quite good coffee available at 7 am!

I wish the staff had been more present/available. It’s pretty hard to figure out things in Phuket, like how to take a taxi even, or a ferry. I wish they’d been more helpful and present. They just weren’t there most of the time — it was low season, so perhaps that’s why.

Really funky/modern design of the rooms and the hotel layout, great location for exploring Phuket town. A little shop and coffee stall in the hotel lobby. Good shower and comfortable bed.

Shower gel/Shampoo not provided only hand soap bar. There was a lizard in our room when we came home on the wall but it went behind the air con unit and never saw it again. Only 1 toilet paper provided, however the next morning when we left our room there was a new loo roll and 2 more bottles of water for us.

Amazing location and the staff were incredibly helpful! There is a food court across the street and another around the corner with many bars and restaurants within walking distance.

The pillows gave me a sore neck.

The room was great. Loved the modern spacious decor with the brushed concrete and exposed brickwork! And there was a place to set up my laptop and work. Plus the location was incredible, right by the main Phuket old town streets and one of the michelin street vendors!

Because it was so central it was a little loud at night.
