Staff were very friendly. Rooms were lovely, some nice touches. Breakfast was really yummy. Particularly enjoyed the sticky rice in pandan leaves. Yum! Location is perfect, right in the centre, but not noisy at all as it's off a slightly quieter street and rooms are at the back. Beautiful old building!

Bit strange to have towels for sheets

Room is huge, comes with air-conditioning, two bottles of water daily and all the basic amenities. Breakfast is in common area daily, basic but filling and free. We got treated to a little Thai food with breakfast, could be donuts or sticky rice wrapped in banana leaves. Extra water and coffee/tea available 24/7 where breakfast is. Location is old town, mere steps away to lots of cafes, restaurants and bars. Also a few minutes to bus stop that takes you to Patong Beach or ten minutes to airport bus stop in other direction.

If anything air-conditioning is noisy but is old and works. Did not impact my stay whatsoever and will stay here again.

You are getting so much more than you paid for. Really good for the price especially location wise as you're right in the middle of phuket. The beaches are a bit far but overall only critic I can make on the location. The beds are quite hard but sleepable. Cleanliness of the room and facility is perfect had no issue regarding that. Just when sleeping they leave a large towel on the bed to use to cover yourself at night with anotber two towels in the bathroom to use to dry yourselves. The hotel staff are really welcoming and kind when you enter and talk with them. The breakfast in the morning is a small selection but a good way tk start the day and if you're unhappy with it theres plenty of places around to eat. Overall, really good for your money and if you are looking for a reasonably priced, clean and central stay this is the place to be.

Really big room, clean, firm beds but comfy, clean shower with VERY good water pressure. Staff were exceptionally kind and helpful. Breakfast was simple but good, toast and toppings and sausages for western options. There was also gelatinous rice local treats in banana leaf both mornings we stayed, first morning with fish and coconut and the second a sweeter banana. Both delicious.

Beds a little hard but still comfy. Aircon was a little weak, had to have it on max airspeed and coldest setting for a while to cool down. Usually a room would be freezing with this setting but in this case it was still only coolish the next morning. Was still comfy temperature but coming from colder climates might be a little warm.

The hotel was relatively clean, and quiet at night. There is a water machine which is great. And it’s right in the heart of old town. Staff were great in helping us book our boat to Phi Phi so I would recommend booking with them.

Mixed reviews about this place, definitely fine for a night or 2, but price wise we’ve had better for cheaper. The bed is extremely hard, I know this is a thing in Thailand but this more so than other places, I woke up with a sore back. Also the duvet is a towel, actually 2 towels, one each for the double bed. I think a bed sheet would be better than a towel. Despite the room being overall clean, there was someone’s hairs all over the floor.

Very clean, I mean extremely well kept! The staff is really hard working and it shows. Location is great this was my second time in Phuket and I loved this hotel’s proximity to all the places I wanted to go. Close to the Sunday night market as well! Breakfast had boiled eggs, bananas, toast and banana cakes which was sufficient for me.

There were many mosquitoes in and outside the room. The drainage in the sink had some issue and it was not auto-draining. Please note that for both these issues we did not let the staff know as it was late at night. Had we told them I am sure they would make proper arrangements.

Check-in was smooth, the location easy to find: the owner takes great care to send you ahead of your arrival a detailed information how to get there, very well done! The room was not big, but ok and the beds good. Breakfast (included) was a highlight, the owner prepares herself two different rice dishes in banana leaves, very delicious. The whole hotel is managed with great care and love. The lobby is beautifully decorated, and the location is fantastic in the middle of the bustling touristic town!

We booked 2 separate beds because in the website there were no king beds available and they accommodated us in one upon arrival. The room was very clean. The location perfect if you want to stay in old town and close to the Rassada Pier. The hospitality of the staff was incredible since they offered breakfast not only the night we were staying but also the previous morning when we arrived. The price-quality is very worth it.

What I found strange is that you don’t have bed sheets just super big towels to cover.

Excellent location within walking distance of Phuket Old Town at a great price. We only wish we could have stayed longer! We had an early flight, and they kindly prepared breakfast for us in advance. The owner is super nice and responds quickly via WhatsApp.

The internet was slow, and we had trouble connecting while staying on the second floor. Additionally, the power outlets didn’t seem to work properly my phone took a long time to charge, and the provided hairdryer didn’t operate at full capacity

The location, it’s just right at the Old Town street. Though they have the same food for breakfast every day but it was still good. The staff gave us some fruits too that were not served on the table and we really appreciated that. They cleaned our rooms as well so every time we came back from our excursions, we had newly changed bed covers.

The bed, it was a little hard and during our last day, there was a power interruption and no running water as well.
