Location was perfect the room was nice the only issue was the lifts only one was working and took too long to get up and down . This issue has been there since February . Something has to be done or else the hotel will lose a lot of potential hurlers in near future

The elevator was like catching a bus at times. But the visit overweighted that.

The room and the view is amazing ! The lights in the room are very practical and nice!

The lobby is very small. And the swimming pool is very small too! The swimming pool doesn’t look like the photos.

Lifts were very slow in coming and often full so you couldn’t get in after waiting for them to arrive.

We booked two rooms as a family. The rooms are quite quiet relatively speaking given it is facing one of the busiest road of Bangkok. The location is excellent. It is close to some decent Michelin restaurants and a shopping mall of reasonable prices so you have many choices. Also, Netflix is provided at the room.

1. The stay was a bit expensive. 2. I am not interested in the bars and the marijuana shops but yet not bothered by them even I was travelling with my kids. Fortunately, this hotel is not surrounded by these shops, you can take the path to the BTS station or Terminal 21 without passing through any of these shops. 3. The lift. I stayed here before, and I’d forgotten how stupid the lift is. Previously I stayed on floor 31, this time on 23. Both times we were baffled with the lift, you press the button to call it, it comes, but goes straight past your floor to a floor above (or many floors above), then eventually comes to your floor. Then it takes off in the opposite direction you wanted to go, on my last visit when I was on floor 31 I waited for over 20 minutes before the lift actually arrived. It would have been quicker to walk down! Then we ended up going up and down between floors for another 10 minutes before.

Good view since the room like I expected, also the inside of the hotel is great, I enjoy the pool with a bar, the breakfast in 35 floor, Italian dinner in 38, better that I expected in fact, so that is a good point for lovers of Italian food, and 39 for Thai food. Also was clean the room every day, with clean bed and towels, and they put water, would be great if I find inside the freezer because the hot was extremely. Near to the metro, in the last days we found that was better than grab or tuk tuk. In general a great experience in the hotel. Is a good point when I enter to the hotel or their restaurant and they already know me, it happens whit a few employees. Thanks a lot to the girl with the blue jacket in the lobby for all.

For improve, like five stars hotel will be great for the customer when you go to the breakfast a complete list about the client that have with the name and numer rooms, like to much hotel do, because I was like written with a pencil and latter they confirmed. I ate a lot in their restaurant, in my opinion, maybe is better to ask firts if the client want to charge to the room or pay the bill, in my case I prefer pay in the moment and in one moment I was obligated to charge the dinner to my room and pay in the check out.
