The staff were helpful and attentive, the room was modern and beautiful, food was amazing (especially for a coeliac -gluten free). The hotel was close to the BTS and malls. And there was a beautiful pool. To go into more depth; Room - cleaned daily, loved the clean white sheets, and the AC. The fridge was a nice addition, daily drinking water, and lots of toiletries. I like the layout of the room with lots of storage space for unpacking. The TV had netflix which is a blessing when you want a night in. The staff were amazing and added extra touches to the room as I was staying here. Eg extra towel, bin. The bathroom had a walk in shower, with great shower water pressure. The balcony was also a plus. I truly felt spoilt and at home Food - there was so much choice, as a coeliac (gluten free) options was really important. For breakfast there was daily bread, cakes, muffins, pancakes. In addition to the usual continental, fresh fruit, salad, a selection of tea, coffee, juices. The was an egg station too , a selection of pastries, jams and Asian/Indian food. I also had dinner one night and loved the pasta and starters. The chef was fabulous and advised that if there was anything in particular I wanted he would do his best to prepare it. Gym/pool - very convenient to have these options. Gym is 24 hrs. Pool was 7am to 7pm - (I think) towels were also provided. It was nice to be able to take a dip in the morning or after a long hot day. Location - very convenient the BTS - Nana was a 2 min walk. Grab is also available. McDonald's was on the corner. Most malls were on the main road. Easy access to the markets too. There was a supermarket opposite the hotel and 7/eleven was just a short walk. Overall the staff are super helpful, concierge recommend many places to visit. The lounge also had a lot of seating if you wish to enjoy a drink before going out. Luggage storage also available on the days you checkout/check-in.

Staff were Excellent. Breakfasts were great with plenty of choice. Kris the Customer Support Manger was exceptional. Made our stay all that better when we required a room change.

I liked the staff here as they were all very friendly. I had conversations with a few of them and by the end of my stay they knew who I was. The pool was alright cool enough to recover from the heat but not too cold that your are gonna shiver. The room that we had was generous in size. The bathroom exceed my expectations too. The bottled water was very much appreciated and the best part was, it was included in the price of the room so no hidden charges there.

The only thing that I didn’t really like was the depth of the pool. Everything else met or exceeded my expectations.

Positive Aspects: Location: The hotel’s location is excellent. It’s conveniently situated [mention specific details about the location, such as proximity to attractions, transportation, etc.]. Room Cleanliness and Quietness: I was impressed by the cleanliness and tranquility of the rooms. They were well-maintained and provided a peaceful environment for my stay. Spacious Rooms: As a solo traveler, I appreciated the ample space in the room. It allowed me to relax comfortably.

Breakfast: Unfortunately, I found the breakfast disappointing. Unlike my previous visits before the recent renewal, the options were quite limited. I missed the variety and quality that I had experienced earlier.

The hotel was 10/10, the room were amazing . The hotel is located at a perfect spot. Nothing is to far, you also have nana train station next to you which is useful at times, the traffic is a bit much so the train comes in good use and much quicker (28 baht). The room has a smart tv (Netflix & YouTube). Food order is 24hr. I also had a balcony and it’s guest friendly.

Amazing stuff members. All very helpful. Khwon (front desk) and Jetsada kaewphila(security) are amazing people. They are very helpful just like everyone else.

This hotel is right next to a lot of Middle Eastern restaurants, which is great as you can have a choice of food. It is also in walking distance to Bumrangrad hospital, which is convenient. The pool is relaxing, but there are limited loungers. The rooms are clean, however, it is difficult to get connecting rooms if you are a family. The reception staff are lovely and very patient.

The foyer of the hotel smelt of sewage most days, which was a little off-putting, especially when eating at "The Coffee Club" which is attached to the hotel foyer.

The volume of the background music in the hotel hallways could be slightly reduced to prevent it from being heard from the rooms in the morning.

I have nice stay, and we like the hotel with good people and nice location, good rooms and good breakfast and easy transportation nice square shopping and markets including the restaurant at area different people different culture

I have stay at this hotel more than time with minimum of 2 rooms 2 weeks. But due to my flight schedule I have ask for late check out and was asked for additional charge for each room which not Feary special when you have been at same hotel more than time with 2 weeks stay and 2 rooms

The Front Desk, Concierge & Bellboy, Coffee House Staff, the Security Guards and the Chambermaids & laundry Staff they were all very nice, polite & helpful. My appreciation Thanks goes to Lady Zura & her Staff Coffee House. Also Lady Truck & three others i could not remember their names. 🙏🏻😘👼♥️🙏🏻
