The host is hospitable, easy to deal with and prompt in responding to any maintenance issues and access to the gym. I highly recommend this host. The unit is clean and tidy. Just 2 minor improvement recommendations: 1) The silicone around the shower area is mouldy. I did clean the door seal myself but unfortunately, unable to remove the mould from the silicone. It is not an issue for us however, replacing the mouldy silicone would improved the overall cleanliness drastically. 2) It would be great if cleaning materials and equipments can be provided for long term stay customers so I can do the cleaning myself

The hosts are helpful and reply to your message. I asked for a pan and they provided one. The internet is really fast. The beds are comfy. It has netflix and youtube which is a huge bonus for me. The pool is really nice as well as the gym. It has most things you need. There is a 7/11 close by. It's in a pretty central location so close to most things.

You have to pay a fee after 8pm on arrival. Never had to do that before.

Amenities were good. The room was very nice. Staff were very accommodating and friendly. Overall the stay was very pleasant.

Nothing in particular about the room. However the area is quite far from most big malls. So if you are going for shopping best to keep that in mind and budget for taxi services.

The overall facility is nice, clean and well kept. There is a swimming pool and even a gym which we didn't use but some people will find it useful. Our apartment had two bathrooms and a washing machine which was a big plus.

Some of the furniture needs to be replaced as it looked like it's going to break down soon. The kitchen was a disappointment. We had a two bedroom apartment for a family of four yet there were only three plates, one knife and two chairs....

Kind staff. Clean and comfortable facilities. It's a 15min walk to the closest BTS station, which I didn't mind. I liked it as it is close enough to get quick to the centric and touristic spots without being in the middle of these noisy and busy neighborhoods. Recommended.

Far from the station if you don't like walking.

The loft we stayed in was incredibly clean and comfortable! And the gym and pool were great facilities to have nearby! Additionally the abundance of food options at the main building made the location feasible.

It was difficult to get around from here, however there were a nice amount of restaurants and cafes about a 20 minute walk away.

Beautiful, clean, safe and well equipped studio in a great condo. We stayed 15 days with my partner and we had a great time there. The condo is relatively calm and quiet. We stayed in building D so from the balcony we couldn't here the highway nearby. The location is ok. 4mins walking from 7/11 and 8 from local street food restaurants. The pool was always very clean and there is enough chairs and table for you to relax. The gym is relatively small. The restaurants and cafés inside the condo are great but relatively more expensive than what you can find outside. The big plus was the staff in charge who has been very responsive addressing the few requests we had. The self-check in was also super smooth and accurate which made the process quite easy when we arrived.

The number of cooking utensils and pots / pans could be improved.

Great amenities (gym, pool, convenience store, bar, restaurant) , clean room, with everything you need. The bed was stiff, which was perfect for back pain. The view was nice and showed the local lifestyle of Bangkok (If you are lucky enough to get an outward facing balcony).

It was very far from any of the tourist attractions, so we had to take a grab everywhere or walk at least 30 mins in one direction in the sun.

Felt like home, clean had cutlery and cooking equipment which was very good and needed.

The security guards are quite rude and not willing to assist which does but a bad taste since the entire property and amenities where very good to have

Location was perfect, a short walk from BTS station. Gym and pool was really nice. Room was clean and easy to communicate with a staff. Definetely I will be here again when I next time come to Bangkok!😊
