Beautiful guesthouse walking distance from the BTS and Sathorn Pier for boat taxis. Close to Icon Siam Mall The room was very nice with a modern shower. The breakfast was basic but wrll prepared. There is a laundry facility at the guesthouse. Good fast and stable wifi. The aircon is great. Very quiet around the guesthouse.

The bed is big but extremely hard. There is no room cleaning service. You have to make your own bed and take out your own refuse. That did not hother me in the least as I do it at home. 4 floors. Unfortunately only stairs that is very steep. No concuerge so be prepared to carry your own luggage up the stairs. Despite these small thing will I stay there anytime again.

The hotel located very close to BTS; Tak Sin station. The staffs were very kind and helpful. The room was clean. It was comfortable for one person. The breakfast was dilelious. It was valuable price for the room.

The room was not soundproof, I could hear the next room talking at night.

I highly recommend it! Haus Sathorn is just off the main road, which helps reduce the noise from the road a lot! The room was clean, with a desk, with good a/c and a great shower. All of this a short walk from a station with the rail system, making it very well connected. Also nearby a bus to Don Mueang airport. The staff was nice and helped me check in a little earlier. Hard mattress (which is how I like it).

Nothing comes to mind. Use Google maps to find it, as it's tucked away from the main road (but no problems there).

Second time book here is great! Clean quiet ! Can smoke at balcony! Value of money. I will keep staying here if i come again to work

This time my bathroom is very small water, and aircond is not so good, but for me still ok no need change room!

The place feels really homey, and cozy. Room was quite new, smelled nice, very clean, bedsheets were perfect, AC was good. Breakfast was fast, simple, and the little sister would make it right in front of you in the cozy kitchen. It had a nice and cozy balcony outside the kitchen. It just had nice vibes, and very safe.

The area is a bit tricky, but also it makes it feel very local. However it is close to everything you need, maybe a 10-15 mins walk

The room was like seen on the pictures, i liked it and there was enough space for me to put my bug bagpack. For two people with big suitcases maybe too small. AC worked well. Everything was clean and the staff very friendly. Breakfast was small but I enjoyed it and also the atmosphere of the little breakfastroom with terrace. Had a very nice stay overall and can recommend.

The shower was either too hot or too cold and it wasn't possible to find a constant temperature in between. After flushing the toilet there was always a loud sound. There was only one bin in the toilet. Another one in the room would have been nice. Only some small imperfections though.

There's not much storage space in the bedroom or something that can keep the bedroom tidy. There was a sink in a separate area from the bathroom and there was no hook around it so every time we would have to walk around with wet hands looking for a towel! I think the bedroom and the hotel are lovely but there are some bits and bobs that could be improved 🤗

Good value, great location for our needs. Staff were friendly and helpful. Room is small with a compact bathroom but sufficient for us. It’s down a narrow alley beside Oakwood hotel, and is easy to find, also very quiet at night.

I like how the room looks like specially the view from my balcony at night cause there’s a big digital billboard that we love staring at while we smoke cannabis. The place and surrounding area is also quiet. Check-in was also easy cause it’s DIY, they just leave a note on the desk. Breakfast is also included but I didn’t get to try it cause I always wake up late.

I understand that there is no elevator since it’s just a guesthouse, but I really didn’t like the water pressure, it clearly has a problem and it’s annoying when you take a shower the water goes on and off approximately every 5 seconds and when it does turn on again, the water is too hot. Also the aircon isn’t that cool, but that’s ok.

First of all, this hotel offers excellent value for the price. The location is great—it's close to major highways, and the BTS station is just a few minutes' walk away. The breakfast is always fresh, hot, and made personally for you. The hotel is managed by friendly and helpful ladies. Now, addressing some issues mentioned by others: 1. The managers do not speak English: They do, at least enough to help you with accommodation issues. If you're looking for long conversations in English, go to England! 2. No soundproofing in the rooms: If you want soundproofed hotel rooms, be prepared to pay 5-10 times more. For economy options, don't expect 5-star accommodations. 3. The beds are firm: Refer to issue number 2.
