The hotel is outstanding and the staff perfectly trained and extremely kind. We loved the room and the view. Our breakfast was fantastic, both the Japanese menu and the Western menu (2 separate restaurants) although we had expected a buffet from the pictures and that wasn’t available. Top location

I liked the club lounge. We had private meals. I liked that mini bar was free- though wish there was wine. I liked the location, away from the busy train stations. We got lost at first looking for the nakatsu station, but it was really close. The staff were extremely helpful, personally directing us outside the hotel to give us directions.

The bed and one pillow was so hard. It was bad for my back. I usually pay for luxury hotels expecting very comfortable beddings. Sadly, this was not true for this hotel. I guess I got used to it, cuz I got to sleep better as the nights went by. I asked for extra soft pillows which were given. I also didn’t like that the airport limousine bus doesn’t originate anymore beside the hotel. This was one of the reasons I got this hotel.

The location was not central. the Osaka train station was a 15 minute walk and there were a lot of shops and restaurants there. Shin Osaka was a six or seven minute cab ride. the longer we stayed the more shops we found actually behind the hotel but the main tourist areas were a 20 minute cab ride away. it is on I think a local train/bus route but we’re older so we took taxis everywhere Gym and indoor pool cost extra unless you were on the club level which I would advise as it’s not that much more expensive than the regular rooms

We had a club room which had a great city view and was very comfortable. The location was good but not great. The club lounge was a bit ordinary with the food offerings. We stay in club rooms all over the world and this was below par. The breakfast was pleasant. In Australia we have a high standard of coffee, and unfortunately the coffee was not good. Overall though a nice hotel.

I didn't expect you to have such a lack of variety in your breakfast food. I’ve been to Hankyu Respire Osaka, and they had one of the best breakfast that I’ve experiences

Breakfast was excellent. Bacon was undercooked though and I had to send back. Bar Ceres excellent but no view. Beautiful hotel and great location! Concierges was polite and friendly and informative!
