The location was super good because we were in Osaka mainly to eat, shop, and go to the airport. The hotel is linked to the JR station on the 2nd floor, and also has a shopping mall below with direct access to some floors. Every shop we wanted to go to was nearby and a bus to the airport was just across the road. We also appreciated the separate bath in the room, rather than the small unit bath type. Size of the room was good. An unexpected bonus was the nice view from the room.

The check-in/out process was automated, which was fine, but staff hovered a little too closely behind us and sometimes pressed the buttons on the screen if we were a little slow to do it. We appreciate the staff wanted to help but I felt a little rushed. Why automate it if staff won't let us do it ourselves?

I have just spent two weeks in Japan and I have to say this was my favourite hotel. The location is excellent for the airport bus and for all of the major stations in Osaka. It’s connected directly to Umeda which has an excellent food hall and some great shops. I was so impressed with the coin laundry service- the tv shows you when machines are free and also shows you how many minutes you have left for your washing. I would highly recommend this hotel for anyone staying in Osaka - especially if you arrive/depart from either of the airports. The room was spacious (in comparison to other hotels in this price range) I chose a room on a higher floor (29) and had a fantastic view of the city. The blackout blinds work incredibly well! I had a great stay here and if I find myself in Osaka again I will definitely book into this hotel.

My second time to stay here. So convenient with direct airport bus stop at the hotel (until 2-3pm departure). Thereafter, you can get off at the Hankyu Hotel stop which is right across. Hotel is accessible to subway without getting out of the building, and also connected to Umeda shopping mall through the second floor. Bed is comfortable, although room can be a little tight with large suitcases, but that is expected in Japan. Ice maker machine and vending machine on each floor with 2 microwave ovens at the lobby (9th floor of the building) for heating food. Check in and out is a breeze. Breakfast has ample choices and delicious! Free coffee and tea at the lobby as well as amenities like toothbrush, comb, razor. Aircon is manually set within the room, so it is your choice if you would like it warm or cold. Good shower pressure.

Probably bigger rooms for 2 people with 4 suitcases! But this is Japan, so rooms are expected to be on the small side.

Location is exceptional. Value for money and very clean. We had a room with three beds. The room does not have alot of storage so we found it best to leave everything in our suitcases. The room does not have a microwave. Only the Fridge and kettle with 3 cups and 3 glasses. The bare minimum.

The room does not have a microwave. It would have been good to have a microwave on every floor in the space where they do have the ice machine and the drink vending machine. It was very uncomfortable having to travel down to the reception area where the microwave was. You are surrounded by people in the lift going up and down whilst you are holding your hot food.

The location is great! The airport limousine bus (Y1,800) goes straight there from KIX and it’s attached to Osaka station by a skybridge. There’s tons of decent food across the street by the station and interestingly also on the 8th floor of the hotel building. Check in and check out are self service kiosks. Pretty easy, but there’s staff around to help if needed. Staff is very kind. Room was great, only thing lacking was a good place to open luggage. Otherwise nice and bright, a view, clean, comfy, and the temp control worked well without being loud. Only cons for me were that the soaps were too fragrant and made me sneeze uncontrollably, so I had to buy my own soap and shampoo in the stores. Also this is a packed hotel and the elevators aren’t the most efficient, so often a line at the vestibule and lots of people in each elevator going to multiple floors. It’s not as convenient to go up and down.

I like the location. It's convenient for day trips out to other cities via trains/ subway. Clean environment. Room has USB ports and international adaptor inlet to plug in. High tech hotel with us checking in on our own via machines, saves miscommunication w local staff who might have limitations with language. Bottled water was replenished daily upon request. I had seen cups brought up daily on a dishwasher rack, presumably cleaned cups were exchanged with the used ones daily. When we didn't know what to do at the check in counter, the staff (seemed to) pretend(ed) to be busy. We had to figure out how to check in on our own, with the English translation on google, at times. Small bin in the hotel room was not helpful, as we had food containers and bags to dispose of, after consumption. Had expected kids sized pyjamas but unfortunately, it's all adult sizes. Check out by 12nn seemed a lil early. But a comparison w 2 other hotels we stayed, it's 1 hr more - the other 2 had check out times at 11am. So I guess it's good. Luggages can be kept in the hotel, at concierge, only till end of day. Fyi. This was fine by us as we got to do some walking around before we came back for our luggages, to move on with our itinerary. Location is superb. Near to major train station and shopping area, with food all within short walking distance. Definitely a good location for families with young children or elderly. We unfortunately had unfriendly and inconsiderate fellow tourists who occupied a number of washer/ dryer overnight and we wasted time waiting for a vacant one to do our laundry. This changed some of our plans for that day.

It was close enough to Osaka station as well as stores and restaurants. Clean, modern and stylish. Separate toilet, shower/bath and sink if you’re sharing the room with someone. Being in a department store complex, we could easily go down to floor 8 for a meal or drink, and floors 3-7 for shopping. It was all in the same busking!

It was close by but because of the multiple walkways (many things are on different levels) you have to learn how to navigate the area. For example, check-in is on floor 9 of the department store complex, while our room was on floor 20 for which there are several elevators to choose from. Floor 1 would be for parking, while floor 2 would be street level.

Centrally located with many variety of restaurants and shops. Airport limo shuttle just opposite the hotel. Good breakfast though you have to queue after 8am.

No concierge service. On arrival, I needed a hotel staff's help to call up a restaurant to confirm an address which was different from the one given during phone reservation. The hotel staff simply gestured a big cross with her arms, saying she could not make the call for me as there's no concierge service from this Hotel ... then she turned away. In any case, this was the first most unfriendly encounter from a hotel staff in Japan which I frequently visit. If you envisage assistance required on restaurant booking or transportation etc., this hotel may not be a good choice for you. You may get a big 'cross' in response.

Super clean, had all the amenities (located in the lobby), helpful staff, self check-in. Close proximity to Osaka station (<5 min walk) and 3 or more massive shopping centres (plenty of food options, shopping for literally everything)

Tight space but that is expected in Japan and I would recommend watching a tutorial on how to get to this hotel to save you the hassle.

The hotel is in a convenient location, but the elevator takes a bit longer to arrive. As for the service, it’s decent. The room isn’t very big, but that’s expected in Japan. However, the layout is well-designed, making good use of the space. The hotel is also very quiet, and the night view from the window is great.

The main downside is that getting to the room is a hassle—you have to go through too many areas and even switch elevators. Also, the room is smaller than it looks in the pictures. Although the provided sleepwear had a previous guest’s hair on it and wasn’t very clean, they promptly brought a new one after I called.
