Breakfast was very good. Never tried dinner. The room was large and comfortable. The espresso machine was very good. Vast majority of the staff greeted and smiled upon contacting you. I liked the decoration around the hotel. Excellent location.

Room was lacking of dressers. I went to the front desk for coffee pods around 11:30PM because the maid did not leave any when she made the room, the front-desk personnel said he will send someone to deliver them but after one hour, we never received them. Some restaurant staff during breakfast was not friendly. The lobby bar did not have red wine by the glass.

Loved the location. This was our first time in Colombia, so we were glad to be able to walk to restaurants and night life. The hotel staff was exceptional - from the bell person to the front desk, the housekeeping staff, the restaurant staff - were all very friendly and welcoming. They suggested excursions we can do to enjoy more of Medellin. We are very appreciative of them. We will definitely stay at this property again. I also liked that this was not a cookie cutter hotel, there are many aspects of the culture of Colombia , captured throughout the property. Also, the bartenders made the best drinks! The hotel helped us with connecting with our driver, Miguel. He was the absolute best! He was punctual, funny, kind, and helped us to explore the city.

The restaurant lunch and dinner was fine, they could have been better. Breakfast was always great!

from the moment I arrived in reception, I was made to feel like a King! The gentleman checking me in was called Alex, and it was like having a personal concierge for my whole stay. He was very professional, but with such a happy demeanour to go with it. Great hospitality skill set. The spa is incredible, the view, the gym and the facilities.

H4 is the best floor, city facing, and between 401 and 409 for least noise at weekends from the discotecas nearby.

The location was good...check in was quick. The bell boys were very friendly

Spa was a bit stressful. Not like a regular spa in a luxury hotel. Very regular feel. Went just once. No privacy atall felt that we were watched upon at all times No spa slippers were provided. My bad I didnt pack them from home. I had to walk around barefooted whereas the staff was walking around with thier shoes. So grose it felt. Also no bottled water too was kept for the guests. The girl had a jug of water uncovered with no glasses. Not helpful, I had to ask for an extra towel above my voice twice for it to be provided. Bfast too not much vegetarian variety ...Average spread.

Loved the location, right in the heart of Poblado. Loved the rooftop breakfast, loved the staff and how helpful they were and especially that they spoke English. Room was spacious, clean, and comfortable.

A little bit on the expensive side. But Medellin is becoming more popular as a destination for tourists and that is driving up prices. Cleaning staff can be a bit noisy when they are cleaning neighboring rooms.

The room was spectacular! Great View! Very clean and spacious. The breakfast was good; you may find many options. I loved the setting of the restaurant and the fusion with nature; including bird feeders. I really enjoy the location of the hotel.

This was our first in Medellin. The hotel was recommended by a friend. At our arrival, all service desk received with a very warmed welcome. We stayed in a mini suite. When arrive at the room, we have separate space with a sofa bed and hammock. Simply perfect with an excellent view. The hotel offers a suberb breakfast. The location is awesome. Very close to Provenza street and Plaza Lleras. Santa Fe Mall is one mile walk. Johnny in front desk was the best with all its recommendations. We definitely stayed in this hotel in our next visit to Medellin

Nothing; we will return

I loved the location as it was next to Park Lleras and Provenza, which meant everything was within walking distance, the room was decent size with a hanging hammock and panoramic view of Medellin - probably one of the best views. Customer service was amongst the best experiences I've had as my flight arrived first thing in the morning but reception staff were able to assign a room by 10am instead having to wait till 3pm.

Gym and swimming pool was closed due to refurbishment but the price for hotel was really good and notice was provided in advance. Noise dampening is very poor so not ideal for light sleepers, I'm from a major city so didn't bother me at all.

Thursday, July 20, my door would not unlock and the master cards of two staff members would not open it. Someone finally had to disassemble the lock. Upon checkout I could not locate my backup ATM card which was in my suitcase. I never carried that card. Upon my return home, my bank notified me they shut down the card on July 20 for suspected fraud, so I did not know it had been stolen until I returned home. The scary part is that someone had to have accessed my room.

The best location, just a block from Provenza, the breakfast super delicious every morning, all the staff always willing to help, with a warm smile and the best customer service ever, all the employees at the front desk and the reservations department, thank you all for making my vacation super pleasant
