The team was very friendly and the rooms was in good order even though we were a bit early. The location is great for some and not other I would say. If you like a fun location with walking distance to different restaurant than it would be a great option. If you prefer somewhere more quiet and relaxed traffic it would be better to search for something else. Calle 10A is a bit busy.

Room was a bit small. This was our second hotel in Medellin and the other hotel had bigger rooms.

The breakfast was great it was fresh and hot I love everything about this hotel and the best of all the staff especially the young man from New York I forgot his name all I know that he said he started there a week ago he is extremely kind and patient and he exceeded my expectation of what customer service is all about.

There was nothing to dislike the only thing I am mad about is how I did not know about this hotel of my first visit to Colombia this hotel has no issue I rarely give a hotel 5 stars but being there and being picked up from the airport just gave me the opportunity to give this hotel 5 stars.

Loved the property was real close to all the restaurants and bars. Everything was walking distance . The staff extremely nice, and helpful.

Did not like that there aren’t no impact windows. You can hear all sounds through out the night which makes difficult to sleep due to the amount of noise through out the area .

Everything okay or great. Staff are super nice. It's not super cheap but it's fine. Great location. Easygoing. Good breakfast. Nice pool.

Construction noise. Holeee! Very frustrating if you wanted to nap in the day. Music noise at night was not too bad. Sometimes the elevator was being repaired, and there is only one. I wish, also, that the music on the rooftop was a leeetle less loud and pounding all the time. But on the weekends, that's what the kids want I guess

This place is clean, modern, & the bed was super comfortable. The pool area on the roof is fantastic too with some great views & the pool is heated. It was quiet, we couldn't hear the adjoining main road nor our neighbours. Location-wise it's great; far enough from the centre of El Poblado to relax, but close enough to be a short walk from everything. Personally I never travel to a non-English speaking country & expect it to be spoken, but many of the staff here spoke really good English & were happy to use it. This was the best hotel we stayed at on our trip.

The location is fantastic. The entrance is beautiful and has excellent personnel. The view of the hotel is great.

Too much noise on the floor. I heard all the conversations from other rooms, and sometimes I couldn’t sleep well. I did not like the breakfast. It was cold, and I preferred to order breakfast in the hotel.

The rooftop bar hosts amazing DJS. The pool + parties on the rooftop there make you not leave the hotel all day. The rooms are well serviced and the staff is there to address any issues. The jacuzzi is also well maintained.

If you're looking for a really chill and quiet place to stay maybe this one is not for you.

Breakfast on the rooftop is spectacular. The staff is very kind and helpful. The air conditioner worked great. The room had a smartTV in the room which was a nice touch. The location of the hotel can't be beat. Right by amazing restaurants and near amazing neighourhoods for both daytime exploration and nightlife.

The pillows are huge and thick, which I personally didn't like. If you're a party-person, the rooftop is hopping until late at night! If you're not, you can certainly hear the party (from the 8th floor - maybe closer down you're more protected from the noise).

Not many places we have traveled have staff as courteous and abundantly accommodating as Haven A Design, Medellin, CO!! CONGRATS to management team and staff!

We did not like to have only 1 night to spend due to previously planning but are looking for our soon return...God permitting!!

There is only one elevator for 11 floors and it can be slow. Book a room on the 2nd floor and use the stairs
