I loved the spacious apartment and the location could not be better. I would stay here again.

I was on the 4th floor, and no elevator. Apartment looked well worn and needs upgrading. The bath towel was old and worn, and felt stiff sun dried. Took two days to get me a coffee/tea maker. The stove did not work and they brought me a camp style kitchen top stove to boil water for tea (in a saucepan). I felt once you checked in and paid the staff couldn't care less. This place lacks attention to detail.

I loved everything about this hotel especially the location and the front desk people are so chill and friendly, and some of them speak English. But my spanish is good enough to get by either way. I liked the cleaning people. They didn't clean my room but they were around cleaning rooms each morning and always quick to drop a buenos dias other than that i didn't interact with the staff too much until I left when I finally had the chance to have a conversation in spanish with the girl who check me out. I came here to immerse myself in your culture and to have full opportunity to practice speaking your language. So thank you ill will surely be back I loved your price and your location.

Bed was a little hard but I'm solo and don't care at all but other people might. Blanket was a little thin or could have been bigger or had at least an extra one in the dresser or cabinet.but the lady at check out explained why this was so when I addressed this as being one of my only complaints if I had to make one but again that still didn't really bother me. There is also a club nearby I only heard it one night of 3 and again this did not bother me I always sleep with earplugs in and white noise pumping through a Bluetooth speaker. Its just how I sleep. But it might concern other people. I loved my stay at soy local

Location is GREAT!! You have restaurants, coffee shops, bars and everything very close by. Be mindful that being in the heart of provenza you will hear a lot of noise. Ear plugs and sleep mask worked GREAT! The night auditor, Camilo and the guy that checked us out on 3/25 at 5am are very attentive and helpful.

Bathroom was small and beds a bit sturdy for our liking but it’s a matter of preference.

I recently had the pleasure of staying at Soy Local and it was an absolutely wonderful experience. From the moment I arrived, I was greeted by friendly and welcoming staff who went out of their way to make sure my stay was comfortable and enjoyable. The room was spacious, clean, and beautifully decorated, with all the amenities except an iron and ironing board. The staff did provide an iron at my request, but the iron is shared and there is none assigned to each room. The bed was not uncomfortable but could be improved. The WIFI was strong and reliable. One of the highlights of my stay was the delicious tacos which is sold in a taco restaurant downstairs of the hotel. The hotel's location was perfect, with easy access to all the local attractions and amenities. Overall, my stay at Soy Local was nothing short of fantastic. The combination of excellent service, luxurious jacuzzi , and a prime location made for an unforgettable experience. I would highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a comfortable and memorable stay in Medllin.

No iron and ironing board. Rooms are not soundproof making it easy to get a loud noise charge. Bed could be a little more comfortable.

Everything you need for a stay they have. Close to all the night life and good restaurants. Staff is very helpful. If you are doing tours the company picks you right up at the hotel! I would definitely stay here again.

I didn’t mind the noise at night as you are surrounded by the night life but you something to take into account if you are a light sleeper. I would have liked an extra blanket as the bedding is very light.

The property was magnificent, clean, simple decor, everything you will need for a short stay, right in the heart of the nightlife, surrounded by restaurants, bars, stores. The staff went above and beyond to assist with our inquiries.

There was a misunderstanding involving the products in the minibar, we were informed we had some snacks and beverages, that we could purchase and the menu had all the information. We didn’t touch the products as we were outside most of the day. When we checked out it seemed that according to the desk person (never saw them before, the woman who welcomed us and assisted us during our stay wasn’t present at this time) a Coke was missing, which we never touched but nevertheless it was uncomfortable to go through this…

Location, value & staff

There’s a rooftop bar right next door. Depending on which room you get, it can be EXTREMELY loud! Particularly the rooms to the right of the front desk. Room 301 sounded like a live band/DJ was in my closet

Walking distance to metro station El Poblado, full of restaurants and bar at Provenza and Parque Lleras. Location is excellent

If you cant sleep with loud music around, this isnt place for you. Since it is at Poblado, you can hear all the loud music from bars around. Bathroom did not have a space to put soap either shampoo/conditioner, literally had to put at the border of the window

The staff was amazing and very helpful. I would ask the staff for extra items. The staff would go out there way to make sure i receive the items. I believe everyone should stay at this hotel.
