Everything!!!! Hotel staff is friendly and happy to be there. The room was clean. The bed was extremely comfortable. The pull out bed was made up for my daughter. My daughter said the pullout sofa was comfortable as well. Of course, the kitchen was awesome and a huge way to save money. Ice machines, vending machines, trash, and recycling are conveniently located on every hall. Free laundry facilities are located on the 6th and 8th floor. The staff was absolutely amazing. There was no handicap parking available for an oversized truck on the ground floor, so we had to park on the top story of the parking garage. Staff met us upstairs to let us in through the gym/ game room area. They didn't want me walking down all the levels in a pressure boot, which was so sweet and thoughtful of them. They aloud, my friend and her three kids to stop by that were staying at the campground. We came together and utilized the rooms kitchen to make lunch and dinner, saving both of us money and stress. Also, I absolutely loved that the campground bus stopped for the trolley is right down the street from the hotel, so it was so easy for both of us to meet up and make this vacation even better two families. The pizza place downstairs, located in the lobby of the hotel, it has amazing food. I definitely recommend the meatball parmesan subs. They're french fries, and their wings were also really good.

The location was perfect, the beach around the hotel itself was very clean and not overly crowded. The pool was fantastic and loved having the adult swim hours. The room was clean, the kitchen had everything we needed, the bedding was clean and neat, and seen no bugs. It fit our family of 3 well and I would think it would fit a bigger family fine. The pull out sofa was comfortable enough for my 16 year old not to complain. The tvs were updated and more than I was expecting. Anyone saying the hotel has a smell, it’s a beach side hotel, there is tons of moisture in the air… it’s to be expected. I didn’t think the hotel was outdated as I have read other reviews. It was a very nice hotel and would stay again. There was a hint of weed smell in the hallways, but there was weed smells even outside. It’s legal here in Virginia. Bring an air freshener. There isn’t anything the hotel can do about it someone smokes it and the smell carries back in on them. I don’t believe it was from someone smoking inside. It also didn’t bother me.

Nothing major went on other than the ac went out at one point and it got hot. There was no fan available to help circulate air. They had someone come up later to fix it and it was fine after that. My husband liked the firm bed, but I prefer a little softer. It wasn’t anything I couldn’t deal with. The blankets were thin so bring one from home because the extra one they offer isn’t any better. That’s it. That was my only complaints.

Overall location is at it's best here at Ocean Keys Resort. I normally stay at The Atrium, but this time we decided here which the street is on the way calmer side. Rooms are a great for families. Having a full kitchenette is awesome. A home away from home!

The fact that there is only 2 laundry site in whole building and that we couldn't extend our stay due to high volume. Check in was a bit rocky, but super understandable due to late check out and low staff on duty. Bedding for pull out bed should be a bit more warmer/comfortable.

I love the two rooms, the kitchen appliances and silverware. The water was hot, and everything was convenient! The television has alot of excellent choices. I love the lounge. It has a seating area, snacks, video game, gym equipment and especially the pool table. Outside deck is nice also!👍🏽

Rooms need more outlets to plug in chargers. Or at least USB connection near the bed on each side. The service desk has a couple of women that needs to greet you with better attitude when approached. Calls about promotions were a bit much.

The location to the beach was great! Wasn't a busy part of the beach, which was nice not to be crowded. The separate living area and kitchenettes were nice. Kids loved the pool and hot tub. The free parking

How thin the walls were. You could hear everything. Especially since we were right across from the elevator. Made it hard to sleep. Would have liked a pool that was outside since the weather was so nice. The parking garage. It was busy the weekend we went, and they have these big pillars you have to squeeze next to if you don't get there early enough to grab another spot.

The rooms are very spacious, and the beds are comfortable. The kitchen is fully stocked with dishes. This makes cutting food cost easier. Each floor has an area where you can get rid of your trash and your recyclables . Free washer and dyers on 8 and 6. The massage therapist Jamie is amazing and affordable. The hot tub and pool were great when the beach was too hot. Had fun in the game room teaching my daughter to play pool. Staff is super friendly and amazing. Maintenance staff response time to a problem with your room is mind blowingly fast. Although we did not have a balcony, we still had an amazing view of the ocean and the marina. Was a great stay. I can't wait to come back.

The bed and pillows were heavenly!! Staff were exceptional! Being near everything was a plus as well!

Adult swim from 9-11 so husband and I went there for kid-free time and kids weren't made to leave the area and we just wanted to relax. No housekeeping was done during our stay so had to keep asking for trash bags and we had to be stingy on our towel usage. Not alot of options as far as kitchen ware, so microwaveable meals was our go to. Walked in to check in and was not greeted, had to ask if that was the space as staff was sitting at a office desk on cell phones. Very odd. Maybe they are currently remodeling this area??

I didn't know that breakfast was available. If the reception desk would have given that information at check-in, we definitely would have utilized it. It was nice to have a mni kitchen in the room, I made breakfast and a late lunch during our stay.

It would have been nice to have maid service come to clean our room while we were away for the day. This one is small, but would have helped a lot; the clothing iron got hot, but the steam was not functioning, so I wasn't able to get a good ironing on my clothes.

Very close to beach access, restaurants, and stores. The room was comfortable wnd was nice to have the kitchen/dishes.

The bathtub had mold and didn't drain properly, the batteries in the lock on the door were dying and we notified the staff over 3 times and it was never fixed during our stay, the parking deck is limited with the pillars obstructing many of the parking spots, and it would be nice to know that you need your license plate number when checking in so you don't have to walk to the top of the parking deck and back to get it. Also most of the front desk staff do not engage unless you speak to them. There was not clear communication on where to check in as there is not a front desk counter, rather people just sitting at office desks.

The room was clean and exactly how described. Staff greeted us with a smile and were able to accommodate our super early arrival (arrived at 730am and 1130am check-in!). We had a small issue with the TV not working in our living room area but they sent someone up who checked it out and replaced it within a half hour. The pool and hot tub were nice and the game room/workout area/lounge area were a really awesome surprise! Parking was adequate and we were fairly close to the sports complex. Perk was finding out we could enter the lounge area from the 3rd floor so we only had three flights of stairs to navigate to our floor (6th). Good value for the money!

One elevator was inoperable due to waiting on the city inspector to come out (they had been waiting almost 2 weeks for someone) so the wait was usually between 10-20 minutes if you wanted an elevator. We were on the 6th floor and I was too out of shape to be doing all those stairs multiple times a day. Lol THIS WAS NOT A HOTEL ISSUE BUT A CITY ISSUE!
